I would not recommend this hotel. The room we were given was left open before we used the key card to gain access and the room was very dirty. The room needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. The smell of the hotel was very musty and it was evident that there hadn’t been basic upkeep on the property. The door to our room closed properly but the lock did not work. The only positive thing was that the shuttle to the airport was on time, although I think that was maybe a coincidence. The only two things I really care about with a hotel is cleanliness and safety and this hotel had neither of those.

Location was great! I asked for a wake up call because I had an early flight. I got no wake up call. Luckily I woke up and made it downstairs to catch my shuttle. I noticed the ladies behind the counter sitting in the breakfast area eating and chatting. No one at the front desk. If I had missed my flight I would have been very angry.

It wasn't good experience at all. Smelly rooms. Not cleaned

I enjoyed the close proximity to the parking garage. Plenty of well lit parking spaces. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit loud. My room was on the 4th floor.

My only issue was lack of wifi connection in the hotel, otherwise all good, comfortable, convenient for the airport.

We found a lot of trash left behind from the previous family/person. The bathroom door was painted so many times that it did not shut as all. The couch had a sheet over the bottom cushion but it was all ripped up. They do have a shuttle to the airport and there is a gas station next door to get snacks

The carpet in the room are very old and dirty with holes in them. The gentleman working during the day isn’t helpful at all walking around on his phone in sweats and crocs not very professional looking. Shuttle was late several people had to order Ubers to get to the airport and the staff never checked on where the shuttle was. Would not stay here again.

This was a last minute stay choice. Facility was clean and the staff was very polite and respectful.

Good: Bathroom very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast quite acceptable.

Breakfast was lacking in sufficient serving utensils & guests were using their hands or their plastic ware. There was a distinctive smell through the hallways & both of our rooms that didn't seem fresh or clean. The front desk staff were always on their cellphones when we approached.

The employees working the desk were unkempt in appearance and appeared not to care if you stayed there or not. Room ok at best. Don’t plan on staying there again.

My plane landed late at night. Despite this, the shuttle was quick to pick up and check in was easy which was much appreciated.

Our room had roaches. Also, don’t know type of laundry cleaning products they use, but my daughter’s skin broke out from the sheets.

It was a very last minute yet they were very kind and helpful in every way.

Nope! It smelled funky and looked even worse! Free 24 hour shuttle was a joke as they were 45 minutes late to pick me up at the airport! It was the only reason why I booked there.

Roaches all over do not stay?

When we arrived at IAH, I called the front desk repeatedly to request the shuttle but nobody would answer the phone. Then the receptionist answered and repeatedly hung up. We had to take an Uber. When I arrived one receptionist blamed the other and vice versa. Then, there was no shuttle available to take us to the airport in the morning. Don't count on the shuttle if you intend to stay here.

There was a small amount of trash in the trash cans and the walls and headboard were dirty. The gym and breakfast are worse than what I had in the military.

It felt muggy in the room, it smelled bad, and holes in the furniture and carpet.

I think these hotels need to start putting restaurants in the or be built near some other amenities as we had to go to the Holiday Inn next to this hotel to get something to eat

The sight was acceptable but nothing stands out as good.

Stuffy rooms, took AC hours to cool it down to get and get air circulating. Shower was cold and would not warm up until after it had ran for 10 minutes.

I forgot personal item in the room. From the airport I called the front desk who asked to come back to collect my item but she advised me to call back to book for the shuttle. When I called the second time she told me that there was no thing left in my room and wanted to engage in an argument.

The place is spacious and the restaurant is clean

Property needs repairs. Had to be moved to a different room because the AC didn’t work. The new room had AC but it didn’t work correctly and was leaking water into the carpet so the room was musty. Door didn’t shut correctly. Overall just dirty and in need of repairs

No hot water even at 5am!! Bed was noisy when you moved.

Hotel rooms stunk of moisture and pure stink. Terrible smell, but not smoke. We had 2 rooms on the third floor. Air conditioner worked fine, but it was like every piece of fabric held stink and moisture. Beds were less than average and pillows were average. On a bright note, the shuttle is very fast and efficient. That was the only good thing about this hotel that has seen better days. This hotel is only for people passing through for one night and it shows. It is rough so be prepared when you book.

The handicap room we stayed in was very damp and the floors were not clean. The sofa has dirty covers in it and stains on the arms. No chair as pictured and the shower was not very safe. Water was filling up the bathroom floor during the shower.

I missed my connecting flight due to weather. I arrived at midnight to the airport. I called the hotel to request a shuttle, but it was too late and no one answered the phone. I was able to take a taxi to the hotel. I arrived and my room was ready. Was checked in promptly. No issues. Went to my room and opened the door and it smelled musty and damp. With the weather disruption rooms were sparce. I had no other choice but to stay. The room is not up to date with charging ports. I was only there for 4 hours. It was okay. It is close to the airport, free shuttle (check hours it runs), helpful staff. It worked in a pinch.

This was by far the worst experience

My room had carpeting with holes. The air in the room lacks clean oxygen as it has a musty, moldy smell. Presume the AC filters and coils need sanitizing. Very unhealthy sleep.

The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that.

Close to airport and offered transportation to and from airport.

Excellent place to stay for price under $100...I had the 1 bedroom suite, Excellent privacy for 3-4 people. 2 rooms. Older hotel but very clean.

Hotel looked great on the outside, reception was very friendly and efficient. Inside was smelly, very dated. Dead cockroach on AC unit. Would not stay again, would have changed hotels if we hadn't arrived so late and knew our way around. Shuttle service was excellent.

Hotel need upgrade, carpet in the room is old, smelly, the chairs had stains, it’s good for the price, you can definitely find better. Staff were excellent, they have free shuttle service.

Not close to any good restaurants when arriving later at night.

I went to Nashville to attend a wedding. Most of our family stayed at this hotel. We all have a wonderful time being together since we are scattered all over the United States and don't get together very often. I am traveling to Colorado Springs Tuesday the 21st and staying at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites close to the Houston Intercontinental Airport.

Breakfast experience

The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice. They let us park our cars there instead of at the airport for a small fee which was so convenient! I will definitely be staying here again if I need to fly out of IAH!
