Clean room, friendly staff. Shower was a little strange- should include directions because there were 4 faucets! Breakfast options were okay, but breads were somewhat stale.

The location was great. The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a must go to again!

Staff was very friendly, lobby was clean, but the room was not up to par! Refrigerator wasn’t clean, bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and room was overall a 2.5! I’ll never stay there again, but again, staff was amazing! Also the elevators were weird!

The hallway on the second floor was dirty; trash all up and down the hall. Carpet needs cleaning. Room was clean.

Hotel had everything I needed. Room was clean. Noisy above me kids running and playing at 2am. But other than that stay was great!!

A staff person came into my room with her keycard. I guess she thought nobody was in there. The gym Treadmill wasn’t working. The elliptical was unsafe and tipping over. The bathroom was older than the rest of the room. There were no clothes hook in the bathroom. It was hard to find front desk and room service staff whenever needed to ask questions or ask for more bedroom supplies. Overall it was a spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was good and easy to manage, again staff was hardly available. The entire check in and check out process was online without a living person.

It was beautiful and the rooms was very nice. Plus, it has an indoor Pool and a full breakfast in the morning. My husband and I very very satisfied with the room and are definitely going to the hotel again when we visit Houston again. Nothing! We loved everything

The only issue I had was that the air conditioner was broken. It was so hot in that room that I became sick. Other than that, it was a beautiful hotel

You can not darken the room for a good night sleep as the light from outside can't be stopped by curtains Room window open to some roof. Yes, it literally opens. Unsafe!

We had to switch rooms because someone forgot to do something very important. The stay was nice and quiet. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly. The bedding was very thin so if you like to turn down the ac at night i recommend you bring a blanket to your liking. The linen was lacking comfort and the bed was very hard for me.

The pool was out of service for 2.5 of our three days stay. Trash cans were overflowing, the carpet at the front door was extremely worn. There was dead bugs on the window sills. Just overall dirty

We enjoyed our stay my kids were very disappointed the pool was closed. The room was comfy but the temperature stayed a bit warm and did not smell fresh. Could have just been an air filter issue the room did have a ceiling fan which was nice and a little room spray and we were happy. The lady who checked us in was amazing our first set of keys didn’t work (may have been user error) but she got us some new keys and went with us to the room to make sure we got in ok. She was very nice and very helpful. Overall fantastic room and stay and a great price.

8.5/10 Highly Recommend was in town for a family reunion was close to nearby stores and the staff was great.

Unfortunately, the room I was initially assigned was not what I had paid for, and the online photos were misleading. The first room appeared to be under renovation, with light bulbs in the sink and tools and fixtures left on the counter. I returned to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to another room. While the second room was better, it still did not match what I had booked or what was shown in the photos. In addition, the TV did not work. Staff later discovered a note on the back of the TV indicating there was a known issue with the cable/antenna box. Because I booked through Hotels.com, the hotel referred me back to them regarding any refund or room concerns. I was advised to contact Wyndham the next morning, but when I did, the front desk staff was rude and refused to provide Wyndham’s corporate contact information.

The next morning we again asked the front desk if we could either move or have someone clean the room. They again said they were full so we could not move rooms, and they did not clean the room all day. For three nights, we had to put up with a horrible smell of dog urine. Obviously, whoever stayed there before us had a dog and it left a mess. This hotel refused to do anything about it. That's now how you treat your customers.

The pool area smelled real bad and the pool wasn’t clean. There wasn’t any housekeeping. We were there from Thursday to Sunday without any fresh linen.

Clean room, helpful staff but not so kind. No welcome message. When I told them the air condition was making and extremely loud noise, they gave me a new room. Breakfast is good with options. Be aware of the parking!!! The entrance is only one and difficult to find, I had to go around the block 2 times to get it right.

Honestly, this La Quinta was an upgrade from others I’ve visited. It has a nice indoor pool with colorful lighting that stays open 24/7(surprisingly). The room was really nice with an extra sink and a ceiling fan. I’ve never seen a ceiling fan in a regular room. I will definitely stay again and it’s in a great location surrounded by the mall, entertainment and shopping.

Some basic bathroom amenities and toiletries were not stocked in room when we arrived, and a hairdryer was not available in the room, which would have been helpful. Additionally, housekeeping services did not appear to be carried out daily you had to request it.

We booked the king deluxe suite—deluxe it was not. Cheap contracting, the room reeked of KILZ (deodorizing primer, I work in property management), tv zip tied to the mount, stained sheets, stained couch, filthy light switch covers, no way to turn off the fan lights unless you unscrewed the bulbs (thank goodness for a tall husband), all the lightbulbs were different temperatures making the room feel weird, a broken phone…the people at the desk were nice and the property is decent on the outside. But this is a 2 star hotel from my point of view.

We had a good stay. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Nice staff. The only thing was the pool room. It was too hot. The A/C was off. My kids were having fun in the pool in cold water. I told the young man in front desk that the termostat batteries didn't work, and he only said that he would write it down. It was just 2 AA batteries.

Only have a few complaints the mattress is as hard as cement it felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. The breakfast is ok no bacon and its the same everyday. Last you will need to go over the floor with a wet towel because they did not mop that floor. My feet were black at the bottom just from my bed to the restroom. That should not be. But the staff is as awesome and nice as they come. Stayed 4 days. Other then what I said it's a great place.

Did not get next day housekeeping as promised. Room had a strange BBQ pit smell. I stayed there 1 tear ago with no issues which is why I chose the same location this year.

They accepted my large dogs. The staff were remarkable, even gave me a larger room for the dogs. Room was perfectly cold and also clean. The only thing I have to say negative is the bed was extra firm. I like a soft bed and had trouble sleeping on it. And the hot tub has been concreted in. It's not under construction, it's full of concrete. Pool was great, they even had some pool toys.

We rented this hotel because it had a hot tub. But to our disappointment, we were told that there is no hot tub anymore. We tried the pool. But the pool was very cold. So, if you don't have a hot tub, please don't say you do.

This hotel is what you expect when traveling. The staff made it feel like home away from home the entire time. I stayed for a week with my family of 4 and we had no issues. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning, clean nice size pool, fireplace outside, and clean hotel from the front door to your room window. I loved every second here and will only be staying here for all future travel. 10/10 book NOW

air conditioning didn’t work in the first room when moved to the second room is never went to the temp set (which was 70) .. late check out isn’t available upon request even if facility is less than half booked.

There was supposed to be on site EV charging. I called ahead and verified with the front desk. And there were NO chargers of any kind available at the hotel. I would not have booked the room if I had known this.

I stay there on a regular basis for my work. They have undergone renovation and the rooms are very nice.

The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again.

Property welcomed my service animal no liability fee. The room was clean but there is upgrading that needs to be done. Refrigerator had scratches. Shower curtain had hole in it. Black marks on shower wall and room had a stale stench smell

We also had to keep asking for towels, which became frustrating. It’s the little things that make a stay more comfortable, and unfortunately those details were missed during our visit.

There was paint spatter all over the carpets and floors. It made the floors look filthy. There was trash and linens left in the hallways outside of rooms during the entire weekend. There were no pool towels and when I asked for some, I was ignored. Also, there was some loud motor or fan of some sort that went off every hour. Made it almost impossible to sleep. I will NOT be going back.

Smelled like pot on certain floors. One room smelled like dog. Thin covers and loud next to highway. Very nice staff who goes above and beyond. They will change floorimg so that will help. Walls are thin. Pricey for the quality.

The room was in terrible condition but the customer service was great.

There was paint or stains everywhere. The hot tub and bar were closed. There weren’t blankets on the beds. We had to ask for blankets. We booked the room for 4 people and only got 2 towels. The staff was rude. We were called at 6:30pm to tell us to be quiet but we weren’t being loud.

Hiii I am a regular customer at the Laquita and unfortunately was not happy with the service the room had little baby roaches all over the room … the blankets aren’t enough and same as the towels could not get comfortable in the bed because the blankets…

Room had stains all over floor, shower hot water never got hot. had to hold the shower handle the whole time it was too low to stand under and i am 5'3. Bed was horrible uncomfortable. only had a sheet on the bed, hot tub was broken. breakfast was horrible! my husband got sick after eating

While waiting in the lobby music with vulgar lyrics was playing. This is not good especially with the amount of families present LaQuinta should make sure to have an appropriate and approved playlist The shower head wasn’t working right. I reported it but nothing was done The upstairs in the hallway and room looked like it needed a remodel.

The second room did not stink but had horrible bodily looking stains on both couches and a heavily ripped chair.

Pool very cold. Hot tub not working. 3rd floor smelled like fish. Got moved to a nice accessible room on 1st floor.

Room was on accessible as elevator was out of order for over an hour. Otherwise room was nice and clean.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. When my fridge wasn’t working it was replaced on a matter of minutes. Nice breakfast everyday with many options.
