Nice place, my kids had fun in the pool. Beds were ok but caused a back ache. Pillows were way too soft. Internet was poor and lacking. I had to use my data and hotspot for my kids pads. Staff was friendly and helpful. If they replace the pillows and improve thelr internet would be 5 stars easy. Breakfast was ok, and seems to be popular as many ppl eat there.

The hotel either had the heater on in the lobby and hallways, or their AC was out. Also, the hallways smelled like rotting sewage and when I got into my room the shower was disgusting and had black mold.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was not good at all and it is Not complementary. The food was cold and when approached a staff member, she said to heat it up in the microwave. The microwave was not working. So paid for breakfast to eat it cold. Other than that, hotel is ok.

No evening food despite what website said. Broken phone and coffee maker, missing picture. Maid service every 3 days and did not leave extra towels for 2 people

Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great, neighborhood was fine despite all the prior comments to the contrary, really was a great place to stay, particularly given the price

honestly, the hotel did not look and feel safe at all and I don’t assume, but there was multiple women that looked as if they were using the hotel for daily services. After checking in, we booked a hotel somewhere else within the hour.

Room had obvious water damage and smelled a big moist… overall was clean just wasn’t very visually aesthetic. They don’t have housekeeping clean the rooms day-to-day (or maybe you have to call and ask for them to clean the room and make the bed) and you have to bring your dirty towels to front desk in order to get more clean ones. Wasn’t too bad stayed in worse lol. Staff was friendly.

Only complaint is that the courtesy water in the lobby was hot. Not cool,not warm,but hot. With no ice...

Very helpful staff. Was frustrated that on both Saturday and Sunday the breakfast was not ready at the published 7 am time so that I was not able to eat as planned before I had to leave for the work conference I was in Houston, I think it is not professional to advertise and not deliver.

Great…especially for the low price. Clean room. Nice TV. The buffet is only $6.99, which is what you might spend at McDonald’s. I didn’t take advantage of it this time, but I probably will next time I am here.

According to the hotel website the property had laundry facilities and microwave in the rooms. News flash neither exist. I told the manager these two amenities were important to me. She said sorry we need to take them off the website. So obviously on weekend breakfast is a suggestion. I had to eat at waffle house but the Employee at the counter told me " he hot coffee and breakfast " mind you this was at 7am no food st this time over the weekend. I paid for a 35.00 charge today but housekeeping who spoke little English knocked on my door to clean and I explained I paid. He ask me to call downstairs I went downstairs and checked b out and exto the manager what just happened she said I told them you have a late check out. I want my 35.00 back I will dispute it.

When I come back to Houston, I would definitely stay here again. My room was perfectly spacious and well stocked. The staff was more than helpful in accommodating my needs. The pool was amazing! There is also a gym right next to the pool which was also a plus. The hotel itself is located next to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops, and shopping areas. A sufficient breakfast is provided on the first floor as well! What a steal!

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and also clean. The staff were always greeting when leaving and coming in. The wifi didn’t work but for me personally it wasn’t a huge issue.

The front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful ..

Crystal, the manager was incredible. She went over and above the call of service to ensure the customers were treated like royalty. Her hospitality is the key to an awesome stay.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Plenty of free parking and the rate was absolutely perfect. Wonderful staff at front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

The water pressure was non existent. I wouldn’t recommend based on the way the rooms look. The staff were helpful and the grounds of the hotel were clean but the rooms weren’t.

Rooms were very clean and well equipped for work. Breakfast ran out fairly quickly. Still highly recommend this property.

When we chose the hotel, it said "hot breakfast"; we thought it was included, but it wasn't—we had to pay extra. Also, the rooms didn't have a hairdryer, whereas most places provide one.

Nice place it was price right and just what we needed

Wifi didn't work staff kept notifying someone. Only 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 guests over a 2 day period. Front desk said they didn't have any extras. TV remote was missing and staff said it was stolen finally got a replacement on 2nd day. If you just need a bed and 1 towel its ok.

Clean room just need some updates in the showers and they need more towels we couldn’t shower the next day because they were out of towels. Breakfast is $6.99 pp

All well, but the hallways were uncomfortably warm. Good breakfast, but you pay for the cooked items.

The room was neat and clean.What I don’t like when I book the room it said it have a microwave and the room when I arrive it was no microwave and my room I ask the receptionist she told me they been remove all the microwave out the rooms..The one they have in the lobby is so small and it’s a fee for breakfast

Major safety/cleanliness issues: shower had visible mold, tiles and shower base were cracked, and the pool was toxic dark green. Key amenities were broken, including the window shade (jammed open, letting in full sun) and the bedside light.

I love that the gym was clean and neat as well as the hotel as well very good quality room for reasonable price.

Kosy hotel is a hidden gem. When I walked into the hotel, the lobby was large and beautiful. The staff checked me in quickly and with professionalism. My room was amazing. Everything was modern and very clean. I changed clothes and hit the gym. The gym was very nice, it has a cable station, a dumbbell area, an adjustable bench, and various cardio machines. Over my two day stay, I got in a great shoulder and biceps workout. It really wanted to try the pool, but it was 106 degrees outside. Maybe I will get to take a dip on my next stay. I had a wonderful experience at Kosy hotel and I highly recommend Kosy hotel for everyone visiting the Cypress Station area.

Very clean, ample amount of parking on the site, breakfast is too, rooms are spacious Only thing need to consider is the distance, like downtown is little far and traffic towards downtown is usually high

Building was clean. Shower water pressured needs to be stronger. For a four day stay, we did not get any room service until we asked for towels and we put the garbage outside the door. Breakfast manager embarrasses people by screaming that breakfast must be paid instead of doing it discreetly. Breakfast should be included instead of charging 6.99. Charge to Check in 1.5 hours early of $45 dollars is ridiculous.

Loved everything about our stay. Only thing is if you want a quiet room, make sure you're given a room that doesn't face outward towards the street.

We arrived at a little after 1AM, I was expecting a tired desk attendant. I was oh so wrong! All of the staff we encountered were beyond nice and polite! I can’t say enough about the hospitality we received during our stay!

Room and hotel was outdated, online pics did not match. I saw 2 roaches in my room and had dirty towels. AND the room had an odd smell to you it.

We'd never heard of The Kozy Houston North Hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience, the overall upkeep, BUT the staff was amazing(Thanks Malakhi). Would DEFINITELY recommend this Gem!

We had a great stay at Kozy Hotel. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area, which made us feel very secure throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was awesome, but it need to be a microwave in the rooms are in the hall somewhere, instead of going up and down the elevator all day, trying to warm up food. Overall I love it. I will be back ❤️

The hotel was close to the interstate, good proximity to the airport, shopping, and places to eat. Staff were always pleasant. It was a nice hotel and I would stay again, but only for a short stay not the 11 days that was my stay. No microwave in the room. There was a community microwave available in the lobby. It was dirty each time I went to use it. There was only coffee available in the room, no tea bags. There is a $25 charge if you arrive early. Check in, without paying extra, isn't until 4:00 p.m. There is a continental breakfast available, but you have to pay extra for a hot breakfast. My stay was 11 days. A couple days complimentary hot breakfast when staying over a certain number of days would be a nice amenity.

Clean and new Garbage in front door overfilled killed the entrance entirely!!! A simple fix

Quiet, good WiFI, refrigerator, iron, nice bathroom, good tv, spacious desk, nice chair with an ottoman and a tray. The room was a great value, breakfast wasn't included but available for $6.99 plus tax. The rooms don't have microwaves. I believe there was a communal microwave on the first floor but I didn't check.

The service was impeccable! I booked at the last minute at midnight. The attendant was very polite and professional. The hotel it’s is very clean and smells heavenly. the breakfast is great. My only complaint is there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to use the one downstairs. The shower wasn’t clean very well

Nothing It was dirty, the door handle fell off, the A/C did not work, there was tools and other door parts scattered on the floor. It was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Charging me $35 for late check out when my receipt says checkout by noon.
