Hyatt Place Houston NW Vintage Park

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the A/C worked great, although it was a little noisy. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was okay, but I did notice a dead roach in the hallway, which was concerning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Overall, the room itself was good, but the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Never have I had a breakfast with so much variety. The food was fresh and plentiful. Because of the friendly staff, cleanliness and convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

This is an extremely clean hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety. The room was near a major highway so there was some noise. We have stayed here previously and other rooms we didn’t have road noise. This time an elevator was out which made moving around the property difficult given disability. Last time we stayed a major storm occurred and elevators were totally out. However they created a solution although not ideal at least they were doing their best during a difficult situation.

Johnny is the best. He understands and give great services. Elevators has two different buttons for each. You push one not knowing it's two and wait for the one you push when the other one is already there.

I would like to purchase a pillow like I used at at the Vintage Hyatt in Houston. Please let me knowvif I coukd purchase one? The scent was a little much.

We had chosen this hotel because it was advertised on Hotels.com as "pet friendly". It was therefore a shocking surprise to be welcomed at the desk with a $100 non-refundable pet fee for one night with a 14lb dog, whereas the night for 2 adults including breakfast is $150! We are familiar with nominal pet fees in the $25 range, and refundable deposits of whatever amount to cover for any damage a pet may cause during a stay, but a straight $100? Ridiculous. This put a sour note on a stay that otherwise was within expectations. The room was spacious with a sofa area and a nice bathroom, only comments would be that the mattress could have done with an update and the A/C was on the somewhat noisy side. The breakfast was good as is the availability of coffee. It is close to 2 or 3 good restaurants that can be reached on foot (rare in Houston) and within walking distance of a large park with lakes. Checkout at noon is also a plus. So a decent value-for-money proposition, just leave your pet with relatives to avoid being fleeced.

Check in person, the lady wasn't friendly no personality at all. The young lady at night was great. The young man who checked us out was very nice.

Have stayed here several times

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, however, the 2nd elevator was down during our whole stay. And the hotel was near capacity . Not a good look, otherwise the stay was fine.

Breakfast Bar needs to be open until 9:30-10:00. Room was clean, hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I always stay at this hotel when in Houston. One of the elevators was out of order the whole week.

New, clean , convenient, in Vintage Park which is a nice area and has immediate highway access. Breakfast was good daily and saved us money on food. Always a pleasure TX !!! Very pleased with this hotel

They were short staffed so we had to come to the front desk for extra towels and anything else we needed. We also had some cob webs at the top corners of the room. Other than that we had a great stay!

easy to get to and close to restaurants and freeway to get anywhere... but you don't hear the road noise

African American lady was racist. Asked if I spoke English after all my interactions before hand were in English. Why did she feel the need to ask me that. Place was nice tho.

Everything was great although the breakfast area was very reduced for the amount of people. Getting a plate was in the far corner and there was a line to get a plate. There was caos to try to eat. My room was great but it had no extra trash bags and no extra lotion.

My family and i came back from a quince pretty early (11pm) and the front desk were nice enough to continue our party by the pool and serving us unit last call. i also appreciated the complementary qtips upon request (they were wooden ones!)

Staff is always pleasant, helpful, professional and polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This is the same place we stay when business brings me to Houston every 7-8 weeks.

This hotel is a nice option on the north-northwest side of Houston. The highway it is next to is loud, but we did not notice the noise inside the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility as well as the availability of having a breakfast prior to beginning my day.

It was a quick trip, but everything was as expected. I’ve stayed here before and it’s consistent.

The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least.

This was the first place I’ve ever stayed. The water was not hot and the drains kept stopping up. The breakfast area was very dirty and the food was horrible and cold. Management never assisted with complaints and front desk was very rude. RUN do not stay here

However, it has now been over a week with no contact from anyone. Despite calling daily and being promised a callback, I have yet to hear back. I have also sent multiple emails to the General Manager with no response. I’m not familiar with the area, but when I spoke to Safelite Auto Glass a few miles away, they mentioned that “smash and grabs” are common in this area. This situation has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected much more accountability and support from this hotel, especially after such an unfortunate event.

My only real complaint is that when the room was cleaned they did not change out the dirty coffee cups.

The room was in good condition. The staff was very friendly. However, our room on the 5th floor was very noisy at night. It was very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning unit, and outside exterior noise made this an unpleasant stay.

I think the mattress needs to be replaced. Some hotels give you a free bottle of water.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very nice, and the sheets were soft. We were able to get the room to a very comfortable temperature. Great water, pressure and temperature in the shower also. If I had any complaints, it was that the breakfast was fairly mediocre, but I didn’t expect much

The listing doesn’t tell the whole story: Right along the highway, you can hear traffic going by non-stop. Also, not in the listing here but they do not provide daily house keeping.

The security person should probably not threaten guests when there's no harm being committed.

This Hyatt is always consistently perfect. Good value. Good people. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

I routinely stay at this particular Hyatt Place because the staff is highly efficient, respectful and attentive. The place is spotless and there are never any surprises.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and conducive for rest.

Easy check-in and out. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot and tasted great.

Love this place super clean and has everything close by stores, restaurants.

Staff was very accommodating as I made a 2026 reservation not 2025.
