Breakfast was great
- 2/5
Pool was having feaces material and sand as well elevator to parking was broken and ice vending machine out of order and so many other issues other than breakfast which was good.
- 4/5
The location is not so ideal for visiting NASA.
- 4/5
Everything is very modern, breakfast is good, except we find the bed not firm enough.
- 3/5
Didn’t like the elevators for parking didn’t work but overall it was great stay.
- 5/5
Very good place to stay. Staff was excellent, the facilities were great, and the morning breakfast got us going!

The swimming pool was great.

Superb

The check in was good except I booked a king size bed room. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have any so they gave us 2 queen size beds. The beds were comfortable. My husband ate breakfast and he said it was good. Checking out was easy.
- 4/5
My husband with severe cardiovascular disease disease needed back surgery and could barely walk. This was quite unacceptable for us to pay Hyatt prices. I myself had my 4th back surgery last year and cannot do stairs. Walking up a steep ramp with two suitcases was almost impossible for me. We were quite disappointed. Shrugging shoulders doesn't work for us when you say that we are expected to climb3 floors of stairs is a ridiculous expectation.
- 5/5
Breakfast could be better more options and maybe stay open a little bit longer. There were still a lot of people that were coming down to eat and they were closing. It wouldn’t let them in.
- 5/5
The property was very clean. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room had fridge and coffee pot. No microwave, but there's one in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful with bags since the elevator to the parking garbage was broken. Self parking is $9 per night. Staff was professional and courteous.
- 5/5
Loved that they had a shuttle to the reliant stadium, made it it so convenient. Employees there were very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
The room and breakfast along with the staff were all top notch
- 5/5
The best employees, best breakfast, super clean, every stay. The beds are always clean and comfortable,. These are the reasons I always stay at this hotel during every visit to Houston. The only thing I would recommend is including two bottles of water upon arrival and/or daily. This was missed during our stay.

Hyatt Place was clean, staff was very friendly. Only problem we had this stay was the parking garage elevator wasn’t operational, but they did provide a golf cart & driver to bring people to & from their vehicles. Note that Hyatt didn’t charge for parking due to the elevator being out of service.
- 4/5
We travel monthly to Houston and have stayed several times. It's very close to MD Anderson Medical Center which is our purpose for staying. Restaurant and bar food is very good and staff very nice. I think the ice machines on the floors were not working but I believe they were remodeling and was able to get at the lobby.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
Great experience. Will be back
- 3/5
Free parking though elevator was out and stairwell did not have entry to all floors. There are no eating options to speak of outside of hotel. Only option was hotel bar-pick up only no room service. Bare minimum of amenities. Free breakfast a plus. Heating system worked well. Exiting garage confusing. Like staying in a motel-not a Hyatt Hotel.

Food was Great, everyone was very nice

Everything was great, clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was AMAZING. I was there for EXTREMELY important hospital visits. I got confused and missed the shuttle. I was panicked. The young ladies at the front made sure I arrived at my appointment on time and continued to help me throughout my 4 day stay. I will ALWAYS be so appreciative and stay at this hotel while in Houston. Ive traveled around the country for years and have never met staff so kind and generous even my lovely housekeeper who kept having to let me in my room from locking myself out. Nothing.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and staff very friendly
- 2/5
Convenient location to the Medical center. Everything from parking to getting to the room was more complicated than it needed to be for such a new Hotel
- 4.5/5
We come every 6 months for my spouse's follow-up cancer treatment. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable place after a long day.
- 1/5
The place smelled like trash when we arrived, the staff was very poorly trained and abraisive. Best advice, go somewhere else.
- 5/5
Awesome staff and great service. Enjoyed our stay and the FIFA World Cup match.
- 2/5
The room itself was nice and clean, but the staff was so rude when we checked in. We had to pay to park in their parking tower, and when asked since we were staying there, parking should be included, the lady answered rudely that it says it on the website, which, mind you, I went back and checked. No, it doesn’t say anything about paying for parking, and she’s added if we didn’t like it, then we were more than welcome to leave later that night. I went downstairs to ask for towels for the pool. There again, I got a rude answer from a different lady saying towels were by the pool when I informed her the cabinet was empty. I got told, “Well, I don’t have any towels up front. I’ll get maintenance to go drop some.” Well, they never showed up.
- 4/5
Water pressure is the shower was not good. 4/5 stars because of that
- 5/5
Very clean, excellent breakfast, attentive staff. Only down side was I didn’t really there was an extra fee for parking.

Pool, restaurant and comfy. Clean floor in my room could've make a 10.

- 5/5
The only thing I didn’t like is when you come in by the reception, they don’t acknowledge you when they’re done with what they are doing then they approach you
- 4/5
Rooms great
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was how thin the extra blanket was. I reserved a stay for 3 adults and the pull out bed was used. However , the blanket they provided for the pull out bed was so thin that one of our guests was unable to sleep due to being cold.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Breakfast was good and the roof top pool is relaxing to sit around.

- 5/5
The shuttle to the med center was down and they provided Uber services. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.
- 5/5
Express cleaning could have been a little better, they didn’t sweep up the dirt or take all the trash out and they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper stayed four nights with 5 people and only had two rolls of toilet paper
- 5/5
Room was clean, view was great, staff super friendly. Would definately use again.
- 5/5
I could not ask for anything more. We were here for an event at Rice University and it worked out great.
- 5/5
Always welcoming
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
We stay at this hotel because it’s so convenient. Close to Houston Methodist Hospital. Good service, nice clean rooms and very good breakfast. Like that there is a bar that serves food also. Only thing we noticed this time was the stairwells were dirty and quite a bit of trash.
- 5/5
The mattress on the beds could definitely be better but still a great stay overall.
- 5/5
Great place to visit
- 4/5
Cons: Bed too soft to be comfortable. Had to request a pillow and blanket for the sofa bed twice and wait a hour total to get them). Our room was directly on Fannin St across from Ems Station. Ambulance and firetruck sirens kept us up all night. While the pool area on the 7th floor did look nice, the clientele of guests who were occupying it were not. They had several cases of beer stacked up directly next to the water, and the adults had completely surrounded the full perimeter of the pool, so my child couldn’t even get in to swim. They also decided to put all of their personal belongings in every cabana and chair that was available around the pool, even though none of them were actually using those areas. Breakfast was average to subpar. None of the food was cooked freshly in house. It was decent at best. 4 elevators to travel to guest rooms all very slow and busy, so be prepared to wait.
- 3/5
I got a room with a shower that leaked into the bathroom- it was an accessible bathroom (which I probably got because I checked in late)
- 3.5/5
I liked the pool it was nice. The room was nice also. I saw a cockroach in the cabinet where the mini fridge is.

Very helpful hotel. The desk staff was kind and the shuttle service was excellent. We swam in the outdoor pot ol. The breakfast was healthy. The room was clean except for the couch where we found a black tooth cleaner. Otherwise shower was impeccably clean. We will stay again.

When we got there we were quickly welcomed at the lobby and given our room keys. As we got to the floor our room was on we noticed a lot of large trash bags in the hallway outside of the rooms. At least 4 large trash bags full of peoples trash just laid out in front of the doors which was weird. There was somewhat of unpleasant smell in the corridor as soon as we got out of the elevator. Our room looked nice but looking in the bathroom and the floors things looked very dirty. The bathroom didn't have a vent or fan to remove the steam from the shower. The ac/heat produced a foul oder when we turned it on so we immediately turned it off. We did use the pool and gym and they were ok. We did enjoy the free breakfast and lobby to eat and lounge. We did notice the following morning when going to breakfast that the trash was still out in front of the rooms. It seemed that nobody was going to come until the next day to pick up the trash as the cleaning staff was gone for the day. We were hoping for a better stay since it has a 9.1 on Expedia, but it deserved more like a 7 at best.
- 4/5
The other thing that was bizarre was that there were several lights in the room that had no on/off switch. We searched in vain for a way to turn them on, but to no avail. Fortunately, there were a few lamps in the room that we could turn on. Then, on the morning of our departure, with daylight streaming into the room, I found a curious little beige box attached to the wall near the door. It was about the size of a deck of cards, but much thinner. I was able to read the very small print on it by bending over and squinting my eyes. It said that you could get "power" by putting your "card key" in its slot, which I did. And lo and behold, several lights in the room came on. How strange. How absolutely bizarre. Has the Hyatt corporation ever heard of light switches? I can only guess that the management does not want people without "card keys" turning on the lights in your room. But then, why would people without "card keys" be in my room??? But since we were checking out at that point, this newly acquired technical knowledge was of no use to us, and we used the room for an overnight stay without the use of half the lighting in the room.

La limpieza es una tema importante, me pareció que hizo falta mucho. Llegue al cuarto y estaba apenas con la cama tendida pero el piso todo sucio. A mi esposo e hijo le dio mucha alergia :(
- 3/5
Mikala at front desk is great, Cory just sends patrons to hold for a half hour. A little dirty- Blood on walls, facility damaged and showing signs of wear such as nasty shower curtains and smeared stuff on walls, broken handles on furniture. Cleaning is very basic. Lobby is so loud and plays annoying music or t.v. at max volume. Breakfast is good. Most staff goes out of their way to be nice and helpful. The free shuttle is clutch! My door bolt lock was broken. Needs some attention to details.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Limpias y cómodas habitaciones.
- 3/5
Breakfast is the most basic I have ever seen, after first day, only helped myself to coffee as the spread looked very predictable and sad. Once again the staff was very helpful and ready to help, always with a smile.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room with decent breakfast. Super close to NRG stadium!
- 5/5
The breakfast had closed and we had overslept and they opened the doors so we could get some food that had not yet been put away. WE had an appointment to make and would not have been able to eat prior to it. Not only did they do that as we were eating, they got up and helped us with some things.
- 3/5
Parking was difficult and pricy. Check in staff on Sunday (the day I was supposed to check in) were rude and dismissive. The reservation I needed was Sunday June 28 to Wednesday July 1. Some how the dates were changed to check in on June 30 to July 3rd. My husband had appointments at MD Anderson and we had to find another room which was difficult because of FIFA.
- 5/5
I really enjoy my stay when I’m here at MD Anderson for medical treatment. I always stay at this location and I come at least 3 to 5 times a year.
- 5/5
Very nice place and extremely convenient if attending a game at the stadium. I will book it again in my next trip to Fort Worth.
- 5/5
I loved my stay. I was only supposed to be there for one night so I checked out and then medical issues had me check back in. The stuff was so friendly and helpful even when I had made a mistake about the shuttle. The place was clean the bed was very comfortable in the pillows amazing. I will stay again.
- 4/5
The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back and forth from events is completely price gauged! The breakfast was the same everyday and hot food was cold. The restaurant food was ok. The bar staff was great. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Customer service reception was excellent.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner but the staff was so great
- 5/5
Have instructions on where and how to park and to let travelers know that the key card helps get them around.
- 4/5
I liked the location. Staff was great! I didnt eat breakfast. Neither did I use the laundry room.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Have stayed there several times. Very clean, comfy beds, AC worked well and really like the bar and restaurant! Front desk stay very friendly and helpful. Parking is covered, but there is a charge daily. Super convenient for medical center appointments
- 5/5
Friendly staff very helpful!
- 5/5
Muy lindo el hotel en general. Lo único malo es que cobran el parqueo
- 5/5
Excellent, renovated hotel, very near to the Med center with a shuttle facility that is very convenient!
- 5/5
Great staff. Super helpful. We left my wife’s watch in the bathroom and when we came back for it a couple of hours later they had it in hand. Place was busy for the. World Cup games at NRG but they were prepared and enjoying the business. Prime location to walk to the stadium.

Great hotel near the Houston Stadium. Walking distance for the soccer games. Starbucks in lobby. Nice pool with hot tub and bar. Would definitely stay there again..
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Decent breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a few nights during the World Cup, it was amazing, everything was well organized!
- 5/5
So good! Clean room, nice Staff, perfect breakfast, clean outdoor pool and so comfortable 😊😊😊😊😊
- 4/5
The property was beautiful and peaceful. I did not appreciate the fact that the pool bar was closed on a Saturday and the kitchen didn’t open until 4-5pm, did not provide much convenience for us, as were there to take a break and relax.
- 1/5
HORRIBLE STAFF! Refused to ask pool patrons to quiet the music so people can sleep. Had to call police. Overpriced food. Did not read or respect allergy requests. Bad Place!
- 4/5
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful even on BUSY mornings. Pool area, fitness center are absolutely a hidden gym compared to other hotels in the area. Absolutely will stay again Cons: parking garage/self parking is extra (i believe was $18/night) Must check in by parking on the street before you can park. Leaving your vehicle in an ACTIVE lane of traffic.
- 1/5
AVOID!!! Horrible! Loud! Rude staff!!!! Dirty counters, old tissues. Took five hours to get room. Pool area and whole place is a NIGHTMARE! Stay anywhere else but there.
