Hotel Willowbrook

Please please please RUN!!!. I stopped because it was the closest one to my location and it was late at night. The parking lot was empty and that should have been my first reason to RUN OUT OF THERE!! I still gave it a try and it was HORRIBLE!!! The elevator felt bad as it’s going up, the room was dirty, there were dead roaches and the room smelled HORRIBLE!! The next morning as soon as we woke up, I told the man in the front I wasn’t staying anymore and I needed a refund, he said he couldn’t and to call Expedia. I did, Expedia spoke to the “manager” and he said he will not give any refunds. I don’t know how that place is still open to the public. It’s not safe, the locks didn’t work properly, the roaches there and the fact that they are remodeling it’s not safe to stay open to the public. I wish I could give them NO STARS!! nothing but money hungry people who run this disgusting place. PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE!!!! This place needs to be closed down for hygiene reasons & safety precautions.

THE LOCATION THE HOTEL WAS NOT CLEAN. THE COUCH AND CHAIR WAS DIRTY IN MY ROOM, I HAD A ROACH CRAWLING ON MY WALL, AND THE BATH TUB WAS STOPPED UP. I REPORTED TO MANAGER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BUT NEVER DID. THE FRONT DESK WAS NO HELP STATING HIS MANAGER WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY, IT IS A WAY NOT TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Pretty run down, gym and pool are out of service. Room smells weird.

The hotel is old there was no signage to let you know where you was. The room was dirty the walls need paint there was spider webs in the corner, I had to ask for new sheets and pillowcases because there was other people's hair.

I will not recommend Expedia to deal with this hotel, till when the hotel is full renovated. There was no breakfast. No service. Not clean.

If you expect value at this price point, don’t! I gave it a go. I’ll stick around 150/night. This hotel smells like urine. Rust everywhere. There was remodeling happening on one of the floors. Only one elevator worked. Although there was never enough foot traffic to cause delay. When you think of run down, Think of this hotel. And what was that white stuff on the couch. Yuck.

No sign outside. room smelled and had roaches in room. I brought my own liens and still trying to get be $50 security deposit back.

Spacious room, quiet, feels safe

Pool was out of service, the hotel was dirty, bugs were on the wall, mattress were outside near the garbage, sign on the building was scraped off, terrrible spot!

It has a smell

Hotel was poorly maintained, dirty and had a bad smell. Conditions worsened through the elevator and hallway as we made it to our room. As soon as we entered we noticed several cockroaches! We immediately left and requested a refund and the person at the counter said they were aware but the roaches were only confined to a couple rooms. I have yet to receive an email confirming refund was issued

Hotel was the worst I ever stayed in...the room smells bad very outdated & not clean I will never stay here again looks nothing like the pictures they portray online

Super friendly staff. Hotel just needs some me work in terms of cleanliness and appeal. Maybe fresh paint. And new carpet would be a perfect stay.

Car Parking was secure that’s all.

The price was decent, they great hot water, and cold air. They had roaches in the rooms. The hotel needs to be updated. The towels were horrible like they were cheap. It was also a roach in the refrigerator.

It was clean and reasonable price there is a $50 deposit but no biggie In town to see family had surgery and didn’t wanna get out much my brother in law stopped by and wasn’t allowed upstairs NEVWR been in a hotel from outta town where u couldn’t have guest to visit

The convenience of booking was great.

3.5 stars the hotel. This hotel is under new management, so in the 2 weeks of them owning it, they did a nice job. I think there were some parts about the stay that made me give it 3.5. But the amazing service gets a 4. They were very accommodating our first night, helped us out. Pool is closed, but they are fixing it. They said they have big plans for it, so i’m excited to see how far they go with it. Standard brekkie, but saved the day. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you and good luck to the new management.
