nothing my 1st room was n't serviced by housekeeping, second room smelled bad and they wouldn't cancel my stay

Everything was awful don’t stay here!!!! wmwe had to go through 3 rooms before we got a clean one. gave us a room it had not been cleaned gave us a second room it smelled like mildew and the guy said you don’t want this room because it rained in there and finally the third room was OK, but it was on the third floor after we asked to be on the first floor at this point, we’re like give us whatever

Clean room and great customer service

The table, night stand and Floor. It was not cleaned. The ice Machine didn’t work. Water was all over the floor. When I checked in Friday night to get Ice from the Ice Machine. It was Still water on the floor. When I checked out Sunday afternoon. I wouldn’t Visit again! Receptionist was Helpful doe.

Old, outdated. Our truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. Manager was NEVER available and the staff said management was RARELY here. Internet is horrible. Staff is horrible. Do NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Very noisy and the electricity went out keeping us up most of the night. The a/c Turing off was the worst cuz it was very hot and humid. It was a bad stay.

I was in a handicapped accessible room as requested. When I woke up there was water leaking through the ceiling into my kitchen area, and neither of the phones in the room were hooked up, no dial tone. We were the farthest room from the front desk. When we made it to the front desk and notified the staff someone from maintenance came, took apart the light fixture and threw towels in the floor to soak up the nasty water. The mess was left and no one cleaned after request to. When returning to my hotel room at 9:45pm and seeing the mess still on the floor I had to wheel back down to the front desk, again request cleaning. Cleaning staff was gone, and the desk staff (Eric) was very helpful. He came and cleaned up the towels from the floor. He told me the manager was not in and provided her name and schedule. I wheeled back down to the desk the next day during provided managers hours and requested cleaning, again, told them the hot tub was unusable. I was told the manager was not there. I was provided the managers hours and again wheeled down the next day to no cleaning service and no manager. Room service cleaned the bathroom on our 3rd day but did not clean the mess is the kitchen. The last day the manager again was not available, I never was able to use the kitchen and couldn’t be moved as there was no available accessible room. I paid for half a room without resolution and am still waiting for a response from corporate… corporate was unable to reach the hotel manager either.

I usually stay in Hilton properties because of how clean they are. This property did not meet the standard or service expected. I had to check in late due to my plane arrival and was exhausted. I have a routine of thoroughly inspecting my room. When I came upon the bed, I found that the mattress had an unusual large amount of blood and urine stains. There were also noticeable stains on other furniture. No one was willing to go the extra mile to help in my situation or even be willing to offer a refund that fit the situation. It was a lot of avoidance shifting with the staff and surprised a manager wouldn’t even take the initiative to handle the situation. I would be embarrassed if I managed this property. It became clear that this particular property does not do quality check on their rooms and make updates regularly to maintain Hilton standards. I was personally surprised by the cheap mattress protector that was supposed to protect the mattress. Usually there is an extra layer. There’s NO way a mattress should get like that and it still remains. The positive was I didn’t see any concerning bugs. I will not be staying at this particular property again.

Common areas like elevator thresholds dirty. Hot water only warm. Panel fell off kitchen cabinets. Kitchen very small and cramped. Bathroom sink drained very slow. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Desk staff very good.

Hot breakfast every day, definitely was a hit

Booked based on rating. No where near rating. Elevator was broke and they put us on 3rd floor. Three of the women over 70 years old. Couldn’t move because of non refundable. Very disappointed.

It’s one of the best places that we have stayed. The room was so clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan was so nice to have. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely served up with some good coffee.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. We had had a bad experience at a different hotel a week before. We arrived at this hotel very very early before official check in time, and we were exhausted, and they let us check into our room! Our room was even nicer than we had expected! The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn’t even turned on, but we enjoyed our time in the room and were so very grateful to the staff who let us check in so early and hang out all day! We will recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel with plenty of space. The suite was larger than I expected and very accommodating for our party of six. My brother enjoyed the outdoor patio area to relax and smoke a few cigars. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with fresh tasty food and abundant choices. It was a fantastic stay right before we departed the next morning to Galveston Port for our cruise.

Furniture in the room was filthy. Carpet had holes. Huge stain the mattress. Disgusting

The food was fresh and delicious. Staff checked on us daily. I just wish they made the bed on the days they entered the room and they didn't take the dirty towels when they left fresh ones. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bad service!

Front desk staff seemed annoyed I was there to check in, but he wasn't rude or anything. Room was clean. There was no kitchen trash can. Our stay was comfortable.

So the staff was ok but there was no lock box to store my personal items the tv didn’t work while I was there for 4 days and all they kept doing was changing the roommate which did nothing the refrigerator didn’t fully close so all my stuff wouldn’t stay cold, Housekeeping was being persistent and trying to come in at random times in the morning and then the maintenance guy came in they didn’t confirm a time he would come and he literally just unlocked the door and came in without knocking at all the 24/7 coffee was cold 95% of the time

Make sure you are getting what kind of room you think you are getting.

Really nice. 2 large rooms with kitchen and living space and bedroom. We had a very short stay and did not use the amenities- but I would have.

came in at midnight, third floor. have of toilet paper roll in the bathroom. asked the desk to send one. made me go get it, after a long ass flight and late arrival.

Pool and hot tub were disgusting along with inside of the room we had. The lawn had garbage everywhere. Stains on everything, part of the carpet was missing. You don't dare take your shoes off in the room we were in.

Stayed on the main floor with someone staying right above us - floor and ceilings are not sound proof or insulated so the slight footstep can be heard below. Didn’t get to try on the food options or shuttle due to our late arrival and early flight

This experience was terrible. When we first arrived there was not any buggies to bring our bags in, the room was not clean properly, we couldn’t even put trash in our trash can there was ketchup on the wall. Called two days before and a few hours before to see about early check in and late check outs and they gave me the run around by saying just wait and they will let me know. There was no late check out. I am not satisfied with my stay.

One day beds were made but the rest of the room left unattended, the next day the room was attended but the beds were not made...so many inconsistencies. Pay a few dollars more, stay somewhere else.

I did not check into the hotel. I drove around for 45 minutes and could not find the hotel. When I called rhe number it was no longer working. I DO NOT need to be charges for this hotel sray sonce I tried trying to contact the peoperty and couldn't speak to anyone. I dis contact the virtual customer service but I want to check to make sure I am not charged.

We stayed (5 family members) The breakfast have a really good taste.

The room was clean. However that was the bare minimum. The toilet would not flush the first night and the tub did not drain fast. It literally took over 30 minutes to drain. We had to have a maintenance come in and unclog it to take showers. Not to mention neither phone in a handicap accessible room worked. So we had to google the number and call the front desk from our cell phones to request maintenance. On Sunday, our last day we were awaken about 945 by housekeeping asking if we were checking out, however checkout isn't until 12. Well we got up and started getting dressed. While we were loading the cars around 11, our keycards were deactivated. We were stuck outside until our family realized we had not came back in and decided to come look for us. And before you ask, we didn't go around to the front desk because there was a stray dog at the entrance who was coming up to guest as they tried to enter the building. When we finally got back in and asked the guy at the front desk about the key card being deactivated he laughed and said oh you should've just came in the front door, and that dog wasn't going to bite you. I'm completely appalled by the entire experience.

The reason I decided on this stay was the advertising of an airport shuttle. Whuch the night before my reservation was to start I called and asked directions on to get their shuttle. Was informed there wasn't a shuttle which kind of but us in a predicament. All the workers were friendly and respectful. I sure hope the take off the airport shuttle off of the interent.There were other places that offer a shuttle but not here . Breakfast had options daily..

Our suite was perfect for our overnight stay with grandkids--2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and kitchenette. Spacious, clean, 3 TVs. Nice breakfast included in price. Will definitely stay here again.

They don't automatically clean the rooms unless you ask them prior to 11am. I did that and I returned to my room at 5 PM and no one had cleaned it. No paoer towel either. I asked them to send someone to clean it and they said all the cleaners were gone! I asked them to change my room and they refused. They did not even let me to talk to the manager. They did not reimburse me at keast for 1 night.

After a long and exhausting journey, we arrived and were informed that our reservation no longer existed. They alleged "overbooking", that was clearly not real, as the hotel was able to assign us a room immediately after we were forced to pay for our stay a second time. Fortunately, the Hotels.com agent, was very helpful and quickly resolved the double-payment issue, processing a refund for the initial, cancelled reservation.

Not booking with 3rd party going forward, hotel only offer airport shuttle during certain times , we were forced to pay for a taxi over 35.00 dollars. Huge let down

Our room was dirty. The furniture was stained. I refused to sit on the couch and chairs in the room. I would’ve requested a change but we arrived at 11pm after a very long day. The lady who checked us in was SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! When we went to check out and let them know how the room was there was no one there to check us out and we stopped by multiple times at the front desk.

My boyfriend flew in from Alaska and we were able to enjoy a three day stay. The breakfast was amazing. We occupied the pool. It’s very quiet if I had to pick another hotel stay I would pick this one again.

This facility was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Hilton has gone WAYYY DOWN!!!!! There were holes in the OLD carpet. The lighting was so low. There was a police camera in the parking lot. We got there late, otherwise we would have left. I am not booking Hilton again and I will be giving up my Hilton Honors membership
