Very clean, feels safe, nice staff, and the room is vey large. We loved our stay

I recommend this place. Staff was great. Place was very clean. Room was in good condition and provided plenty of places to charge your devices.

Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived, the first room we were given had not even been cleaned after the previous guests, and we had to wait about an hour for another room. Later, we discovered dirty sheets and had to change rooms again, only to find hair all over the sheets and pillowcases in the next room. Since there was no housekeeping staff available at night, I had to get clean sheets from the front desk and CHANGE THE BED MYSELF. The mattress protector was also torn and full of holes. To make matters worse, the breakfast was disappointing as well. I’m attaching photos because they speak for themselves. Definitely not the cleanliness, service, or overall experience I expected from a Hilton property.

Great location. Secure & clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. AC works great. Next door was a beautiful park with a bistro. Park also has kids activities and dog park.

Everything was nice and clean will definitely stay there again but there is a $3 a day parking fee

Cons: Breakfast options are very limited compared to other locations I have stayed. The meat option they had tasted like cardboard and I couldn’t eat it. Also unfortunately the room I booked (King Suite) I was not going to able to check into until after 5pm because they did not have it ready. It was gonna be minor setback to my plans for the evening so I actually went forward with my day and checked in later that night.

Room 431 , The bathtub is outdated with a vinyl curtain, water splash onto the floor, there were roaches on the bathroom floor as well.

I'm familiar with the area so I know the area very well it was quiet it was good to get away for a weekend man my foster son home away from home every time we go and use our Hilton honors we always get the king room with the couch cuz he loves sleeping on the couch. Everything was perfect it was just like when I worked it for Hilton before the rooms was the same as it was in Louisiana so same layout and everything I loved it

In the bathroom and bedroom areas. I explained this to the front staff. They apologized, but offered no other suggestions but would tell the pest control . This experience made the hotel seem dirty and unsanitary.

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Vinny was the best front desk/ concierge. He really made us feel very welcome. Everyone else were nice, but Vinny went above and beyond.

We stayed at a lot of hotels on this road trip and Texas by far had the best air conditioning system in their room. We loved continental breakfast every morning. Sadly, we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but they do have a pool there we just didn’t get a chance because we were caught up in The tropical depression from hurricane Bertha. But it was very quaint. It was like offset of Houston so you definitely need a car to go to places, but we had the best time and we always love staying at home. 2 suites

The hotel was okay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. They definitely could use some updating in the rooms. Our shower and sink in the bathroom and black spots. Not sure if it was mold or what. Updating the bathrooms is a must.

The vicinity is safe and clean. The rooms were huge and like a home like vibes. Breakfast was okay, not much of choice but it helps. It is a well maintained hotel. Only thing was we requested for housekeeping to make our rooms but no one went there to clean or make the beds. This is by request only room cleaning. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

This is a great choice in the Westchase area. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We found the hotel to be convenient to use. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was a bit above average. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

The fair skinned man at the front desk was so unfriendly and mean to us. Whenever me or my wife asked questions or wanted to clarify things, he behaved like it was a fight. That’s not befitting of a hotel in the hospitality industry.

No housekeeping for my three night stay. Other than that stay was average nothing horrible nothing great. I would probably not stay at this location again. However , the staff was nice. The pack-in-play did. It work for me 1 year old.

Great overall stay! The suite was clean, modern, and stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay. The fitness center, pool, lounge area, and free breakfast were nice touches. My room was non-smoking and spacious. Loved the free Wi-Fi!

A fantastic hotel right in the middle of Westchase, its not too far from a freeway that can connect you all over the city, and right by major roads like Westheimer and Richmond. I've stayed at this hotel many times and they have stellar staff, a beautiful pool, a nice patio, and a great gym. The breakfast is delicious, and rooms are spacious and clean, they feel like apartments. Definitely recommend!

The hotel and its staff are great! I think the design of the shower in bathroom is not good that easily let water to leak over the floor.

My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Cockroaches can insects and leakage , changed room twice every room and issues very unhygienic.

Great location and service . The hotel is next door to a small recreational area - perfect for kids and pets. Nice walk with stationed security. Library on the other side of area. I would recommend this place because it’s in a business area so it’s secure and in a very nice area. Hotel is equipped with pool, gym, nice lobby and breakfast.

We were only in Houston 2 nights. This hotel was so great. Quiet, Clean, and every staff member I came across was super friendly. The breakfast was also great. My husband and I took advantage of the Gym and that was also very clean, and they have quite a bit of equipment to use. Highly recommend.

Breakfast menu is very limited. Cleaning services did not come when you ask them. Checked in with my name and checked out with different name. Staff blamed on Expedia which I know it's not true.

Hotel is older and breakfast is very basic. However, Staff is beyond wonderful. The gym is also very good for a hotel. Back to the staff, they were super helpful, polite, gracious, and went out of their way for guests. We will be back.

Clean room with a refrigerator and dishwasher in the room, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, though a warmer, more welcoming attitude would have made the experience even better. Breakfast and the overall breakfast service could use some improvement.

Chaundra and Jaylen were awesome. Miss Chaundra was very attentive and even assured my birthday and experience were great during my stay. The fire pit was my favorite place to lounge. There was one cleaning lady who wasnt that nice but I will say the hotel was very clean. Even the manage was great and offered recommendations for things to do and see. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I will be staying here again!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome. The location of the hotel was great also. I would like to give a special thank you to Jaylen he made sure that our stay was top notch he is greatly appreciated. Also thanks to Rudi she was very sweet check out was quick.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived we had to wait with others while the front desk staff waited for the cleaning staff to get a list of rooms that were ready. Other than that, all went well.

There's a nice park next door with walking trails, dog park, and children's playground. The only down side of the hotel is that the walls and doors are lacking sound proofing, but nothing that ear plugs didn't solve for sleeping.
