Amazing

Close to the Galleria. Lots of shopping and food options available. Breakfast each morning was good.

The hotel is well located close to Galleria Mall and not a far driving from downtown.

The staff was nice upon arrival, I didn’t see them much after I checked in until the time I left. The room was fairly clean but the restroom was not. Make sure you grab earplugs from the front desk when you check in because there is construction right next to the hotel and they work very early.

Over all was great!!

I did not have a balcony. I booked a room with a balcony but I did not get one. The view from my room was looking at a billboard. Breakfast was the same each day but was good.

The hotel was nice, clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately the surrounding area was not very family friendly.

The check-in was easy, front desk staff was very courteous and professional, The rooms were clean, parking was convenient. I would highly recommend ta stay here, it was a great experience!

Excellent hotel

I accidentally left my key card in the gym and went to the front desk for assistance so I could access the gym, retrieve my card, and return to my room. Instead of being treated like a valued guest, I felt as though I was being treated like a criminal. I showed the staff member the credit card I had used to check in and even opened my bank statement to show the charge to my account. Despite providing this information, he continued to refuse to assist me and left me standing there in my bra top and yoga pants while he remained at his computer. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt humiliated. I eventually had to explicitly tell him that I felt I was being profiled and that I did not believe he would have treated another guest the same way. Only then did he get up and provide me with a new key card. I explained that I did not need a new card—I simply needed access to the gym so I could retrieve the key card I had accidentally left there. He eventually opened the gym door, allowing me to retrieve my card and return to my room. I reported the experience to another staff member who was on duty afterward, and I appreciated that person apologizing.

Never got back my deposit

Our stay was good. All the staff are nice and the hotel is clean.

Great location, fair price, lovely clean modern interior—would definitely stay here again, just heads up with current construction next door that gets noisy around 6am on the dot.

We had an awesome time during our four night stay, the beds were made daily, dishes washed daily pretty much whatever needed to be done was done. The entire facility was clean and maintained.

Nice place. Traveled with a young child and two dogs. No issues!

It was quite a good experience but, our room didn’t have the necessary things like the body wash and paper towels. We had to ask before getting them.

My stay was awesome as far as cleanliness. The Front Desk Male named Daniel which he might have lied about his name, but just in case, I will upload pictures because He was VERY RUDE. While our two-night stay was otherwise pleasant, our interactions with Daniel were disappointing and unprofessional from the moment we checked in. Upon arrival, Daniel was rude and sarcastic while checking us in. We were having difficulty hearing him as he explained information about our stay, and he sarcastically remarked that he “doesn’t like speaking up.” I then tried to lighten the situation by saying that I like being nice because my wife wants me to be. Daniel responded by saying that he doesn’t like being nice and that I was “better than him on that one.” At checkout, I simply asked for a receipt showing our complete two-night stay. In response, Daniel called me an “idiot” because I wanted a receipt which I didn’t know when you book through second party websites they have to provide the receipt. However, there is absolutely no excuse for an employee to speak to a guest in such a disrespectful and degrading manner, especially when the guest was asking a routine and reasonable question. Although we enjoyed our stay otherwise, our experience with Daniel overshadowed it. Hilton has built its reputation on hospitality and professionalism, and employees who interact with guests should reflect those values. No guest should be made to feel insulted or belittled for asking for basic information regarding their stay. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to Hilton in the future. We strongly encourage Hilton to ensure that its employees are properly trained in professionalism, customer service, and respectful communication with guests. We hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to prevent other guests from experiencing similar treatment. Thank you.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms definitely could use some assistance with breakfast it was not enjoyable and we went to eat around 8am food was very cold and rubbery. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I would definitely book again but would definitely go have breakfast at a restaurant of needed. Indoor pool was amazing and so was the big balcony. Definitely worth the price.

Honestly one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was impeccable, pool was indoor which was amazing! Breakfast was great! Room was spacious, just In love! Will definitely stay here again when coming to Houston again!

Had a decent stay and until I checked my credit card and found out I was charged for smoking even though I didn't smoke. I'm very upset and will be disputing these charges.

Stayed over 4th of July weekend and it was great. Loved the balcony!

It's was outstanding room 609 nice, very very clean breakfast was great and the staff was nice and sweet and helpful Love all of it.

Family of 4 with 2 kids and stayed for four nights. Location was walkable to Galleria Mall and other stores in area. Parking garage was never crowded and had plenty of spaces. Breakfast is always why I stay at Home2Suites and didn’t disappoint. Hot and cold options. Would stay here again!

ONE NIGHT STAY BEFORE MD ANDERSON APPOINTMENTS...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL...NEAR THE GALLERIA AND NOT REALLY A FAR DRIVE...HAD A GREATVLITTLE STOCKED KITCHEN WITH A DISHWASHER...REASONABLY PRICED EVEN DURING THE SOCCER EVENT IN TOWN

ok for a quick simple breakfast. Buffet not very good. Most all buffets offer overcooked products, dried out eggs, sausage etc. waffles are pretty good!!!

The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional. They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting. The only set back we had was not having a jacuzzi to unwind in but the trade off was a balcony which we enjoyed using to awake and eat our FREE BREAKFAST at. To be honest this was a remarkable start and unless we are staying five star we will continue to use this Home 2 Suites every visit to Houston.

The room needed to be deep cleaned, the side and underneath the fridge had to be cleaned. The microwave, fridge, and dishwasher needed to be cleaned as well. I purchased cleaning supplies and did it myself because I requested to the room be deep cleaned and it was not. I had to talk to the front desk about it and the maintenance man was sent to clean the sides and underneath the fridge. I also cleaned both sides of the bathroom door, all the cabinet in the room, and the cabinets in the bathroom as there was visible dirt. Additionally, I requested the room be serviced while I was out and the gentleman said ok. Just to later act shocked when I asked when housekeeping would be done. He first asked who I spoke with, it was him, and then saif that he told me that housekeeping doesn’t work in that fashion.

Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was simple but delicious, and check in was quick and easy.

They have to change their cook. The bacon was too cooked. The eggs were not seasoned well. Everyday it is the same choices. It is too difficult to get the food from the warmer.

This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in because the floors were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we enter the room anyway. After a long drive, being told to return in an hour was disappointing. When we returned, we asked for compensation for the inconvenience, suggesting free parking for one night. He acted as though we wanted the entire stay refunded and falsely claimed the room was ready, though the floors were still wet. He eventually gave us free parking for the stay but seemed irritated by the request. The room itself was disappointing: flat pillows, an over-freezing freezer, and no real cable channels. The bathroom was extremely small, the toilet was hard to flush, and the sink opening was dirty. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we couldn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Breakfast was awful. The eggs were thin and tasteless (no scrambled option available just thin patties of eggs) , the bacon was pre-cooked and heated up in the microwave, the sausage smelled sour and was inedible as the smell alone was enough to make you want to throw up, and the hash browns were frozen, microwaved and soggy. The walls were also very thin—we could hear the toilet seat being let down above us. As Hilton members, we expected much better and will not return to this location.

Get a room with the balcony, you won't regret it! Will be back really soon. My family and I absolutely loved it.

The hotel is old-dated that is the reason requiring constant maintenance ( noisy extractor in the bathroom same for the refrigerator) we reported it and a person came to the room and did his best. Furniture in the rooms are old- very used. However clean. I will stay again. Remodeling is needed, considering that is not cheap. It will be great if they do some changes.

I did not find the bed comfortable. Also, the pillows could be improved.

Great place to stay, breakfast is great and unsliced. Parking is $20/per day no problem in a covered garage, huge plus when rain or heat is out. Food nearby, indoor pool, you’ll love it here.

Good value compared to similar local hotels. Breakfast included but not great. Room had everything needed but layout made space tight for moving about when using the sofa bed. Location walking distance from local retail & food . Plus the huge mall 19 mins walk.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Loved that there was a parking garage, especially because it was at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was free either my stay and offered an impressive spread. Will definitely be back.

We reserved a balcony King for the evening, arrived to find music blaring out of the room next to us, you could actually hear it halfway back to the elevator and we were near the and of the hall. We switched rooms and all was very well after that, easy parking, nice area outside for quiet morning coffee, neat as a pin and friendly staff (I gave 4 out of 5 on staff simply because of the hassle of changing rooms though the gentleman at the desk was very courteous about it).

I appreciated the amenities—it truly felt like the full package. I also loved the complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. What I didn’t like was that housekeeping did not keep us well stocked with towels during our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located for most Houston/Westhiemer events.

Rooms were clean, but they only clean every ither day unless you request to be freshened up. Very clean. Breakfast was minimal but was good enough for a quick bite to eat. Pool was clean.

Everything except for the bed. The mattress closest to the window needs to be replaced. Hughe dip.

It was cheaper than others and also with a bigger rooms The canceled my reservation even tho I messaged at booking that my flight got rescheduled and I will be arriving next day. I had to make a call from the airport in order to figure things out, which added some stress to my trip. I also requested the adjustment of the stay but they never got back to me

The room was decent. Staff was rude during check in, the parking garage machine was a hindrance and wouldn’t work when trying to exit. Had to constantly call the front desk to lift the gate.
