The breakfast was magnificent! The food was cooked very well and kept in "warmers". There was ample breads, desserts and fruit available, and plenty of milk and juice.

The food was a bit bland, and no bacon. There was a variety of items.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The only downside is the highway traffic noise. I would still highly recommend it though.

It’s a great property that’s very centrally located near the malls and hospital. It’s going to be an even better location once they finished and open the gas station/ food court next door.

Went to staff about situation. Got me a different room and were very nonchalant about the mention of Roaches as if normal. Got to my new room and there were dead roaches in that unit. Thankfully dead but having to clean them up was not on my list for my birthday trip.

I’m not sure it’s possible to say enough good things about the staff during this stay. The customer service was extraordinary. After checking in, my room key didn’t open my door; when I returned to the front desk, I was, without asking, issued a voucher for a free breakfast. When I asked why I was being given that, she replied, “you shouldn’t have had to come down. Hopefully this makes up for it.” Also, I booked my stay here almost solely because of the guest-use laundry facilities. After seeing the “out of order” sign on the dryer, I approached the front desk. In just a few moments of conversation, the manager approved having a load of laundry done in the hotel facility machines by a staff member. Also, the breakfast serving staff were phenomenal.

The staff was extremely rude. The front staff seemed like they were bothered by our presence. Slammed down our ID and key to the room and did not once offer to give us information about check out amenities or breakfast. Will never stay again.

Nothing there were ROACHES IN THE BED AND ON THE LOUNGING SOFA The roaches the manager Kim was very rude ! After telling her about the roaches not only did she refuse to refund me for the roaches being in my room she also was very nonchalant and unapologetic

Location and safe. Many restaurants near by. Staff was very accommodating especially at last minute due to my 21 year old being a female and had to leave another facility due to safety reasons. Had restaurant at hotel as well with good food. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Nothing not to like

Late at night after we’d gone to sleep, we heard someone coming into our room!! The staff had assigned our room to another guest who we had to stop at the door!! This has NEVER happened to me in my entire life and was a completely horrible and scary incident!!

Staff. Very rude just wanted to check in and 3 people sitting at front and had to go get a fourth then couldn’t figure out the credit card was the worse check in experience ever!!!

Clean and crisp

The hotel was nice, we unfortunately lost power due to a storm passing through. The hotel had no generators to get things up and running. They had to prop doors overnight which was a little nerve wracking.

Staff (breakfast area) was very friendly and attentive to all the folks in the breakfast area!

The location was convenient, and the pool was a plus for my son. Our room key would not open the door, so we ended up waiting about 20-30 mins to get a different room. There were someone’s dirty socks under the sleeper sofa.

This is a nice hotel with a lot of good amenities, but it’s not in a very safe location. Cars are being broken into overnight.

Small roaches by the a/c unit in the room and several in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was sticky so we cleaned it with a towel. Otherwise, was OK.

Employees were super rude. Did not want to give us towels for the next day. Breakfast should have been included. Never will stay there or recommend it to nobody

Service was very nice and locagion is right where I needed. My room smelled damp and musty. It was a strong enough smell that we did not sleep well.

It seemed clean and updated. It was quiet which was a plus. The staff were kinda rude in the morning. A lady at the front desk was not helpful when asking for extra towels. She said that wasn’t her job and to go to housekeeping, but did not tell us how to contact them. There was no WiFi password. Breakfast was costly. 12.99 a person seems a bit much for a continental breakfast type deal.

Hotel is relatively new and nice. We booked the largest suite and it had an undercounter fridge and microwave and was spacious. There were a couple of light bulbs out and they repaired when requested. Also, the room was missing a hair dryer and iron - also provided when requested. A suite room like this should have plates, glasses, silverware and probably a garbage disposal to make it competitive with alternative venues.
