Room was very clean and organized. The staff were very helpful, kind and very welcoming. Our room was always cleaned up while staying there.

The rooms was spacious and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ice machine was broken but alternatives were given. Only coffee was offered for continental breakfast but was expecting a muffin, fruit or yogurt.

The pool area was horrible. The indoor pool had way too much chlorine, you could smell it down the hall and it burned your eyes. There was no ventilation, it was so hot and humid. The hotel air didn't seem to be working except in the rooms.

Clean room, building also clean. Staff even though she was the only one there she helped everyone waiting quickly as possible.

The room was so hot. Request a fan but she try to move us in a room smaller than what we had at 3 am in the morning. I hated staying there.

We had to ask 3 times to get more towels and washcloths, and didn't get the washcloths until we asked again. The front desk phone was never answered. We were ignored at the front desk while we stood there because someone was being trained and we had to just walk away. Also waited a long time for waitstaff to appear for meals and the bar. Couldn't get the free breakfast as advertised, the hotel staff said although we are IHG members we booked through a 3rd party so couldn'tget it. I would like compensation for that.

The bed was very comfortable The lamp lights next to the bed were not working and the young lady serving the breakfast was not on time to take orders she was about 10 minutes late

Location was convenient as it was close enough to highway 45 to where you didn't have to travel far from the highway to get to it. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good value for money. I spent one night and as we arrived the receptionist at the front desk wasn't the most friendly; she had a bit of an attitude. Then when we got into our room, the cleaning staff were on our floor and were very rowdy. It sounded like they had gathered in the room next door and were having a party. It was very loud. Then the following morning (Saturday) someone started vacuuming that same room at 8am. Again very loud. Breakfast was decent but it wasn't a buffet. You ordered at the desk and then they handed you your food in a styrofoam container. They had no butter or coffee - apparently they ran out!

It was secluded by itself, which made it nice parking lot strictly for itself, which also made it nice We had to guess the above us that was extremely loud when made it hard for us to sleep our first night we did let management know. They said they adjust the issue however it continued.

We stayed two days as we went around town. NASA museum and Astros game. Hotel was great. Quiet and clean. Staff was terrific. The breakfast we ordered was really good. Would for sure stay here again without question. Very happy with our stay!

5 stars for all but one survey question. The customer service was wonderful from the front desk to the clerk in the dining hall and even the housekeepers. Our room was clean but the bodywash was out and the bedding needs to be updated or needs lint removal. Other than that I cannot complain. Peaceful, quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay!

Excellent view from the room. The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and smelled great. It was smoke-free, and the check-in was no hassle.

I thought it was great other than 2 things.. the first was the pool was way cold definitely not heated and we couldn’t swim. The other issue was when the electric went out they didn’t have a plan or backup generators.. I had a recent heart attack and had to walk up three flights of stairs which took forever and I was holding my chest to my room (definitely scary). Then once in the room, the ac wasn’t working and it was hot as well as no alarm clock to assure I woke up for my early flight. Nothing was offered to me for the inconvenience and when I asked staff they were like normally in weather events they don’t do anything (but they even thought they should). Said maybe call ihg customer service. The other places around them had electric. Seemed specific to the hotel, rain damage to the building caused the outage. Regardless, it’s good client relations to do something for the customer when the hotel was lacking a back up plan. It was beautiful and they even offered a free drink or appetizer. I would gave it prefect but the no backup plan in a disaster sucked.

Food presentation was excellent and tasted great!!!? Comfortable beds and quiet rooms!!!? The orange juice machine did not work in the breakfast area!? I came down to retrieve some items from our car, there was a couple with a dog checking in at the desk, the dog looked like he wanted to attack me, so I walked to the other side of the lobby to get to the front door, are there additional rules in place to prevent guest from being attacked by dogs of another guest?

The Internet for my room didn't work and the staff was completely clueless. I asked for a code in which they said they didn't have one???? I have always had codes available when this happened but wow not this time. No one seemed to know what to do

Walked down, and they assigned us a different room. Went back upstairs and the second room had been serviced - but wasn't clean. There are chips of plaster gouged out of the walls, black scuff marks on all the walls, the bathroom door was _stuck to the floor_ and the bathroom light was orange. We booked at another hotel and got out of there fast.

I made a reservation through Expedia and after I traveled five hours to reach the property, I was informed by the staff that there were no available rooms upon arrival. While the hotel staff was courteous and did their best to assist, it’s concerning that Expedia allows bookings for rooms that are not actually available.

-it set the perfect tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were gracious and attentive, ensuring every detail was just right. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed and offered an exceptional level of comfort. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

First the sink in room 200 had small sugar ants coming out on the sink area. Second i walk out to my truck in whats suppose to be a secured parking lot and my back window is smashed in. Then i ask about cameras and i get told they are down.

This location seem nice online but in person all that's not true. 1st when i arrived around 4:30 5:00 p.m. to check in no one was at the desk me and another customer stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes waiting before I decide to walk around to look for the staff office and the ladies back there on her phone 2nd I wake up Sunday morning 7:00 am in the morning to shower and go to church water not on. check my phone no message, no message at the door, or no email. No nothing letting us know that the water is off and couldn't get a hold to no one at the front desk. when I went to get my breakfast Monday morning for the ticket that I purchased ticket says Buffet or entree and drink but the lady says I can only get this particular item with that ticket and she says that they just changed it a week ago but yet again no information no update or nothing informing customers that that occurred. The tv was not a smart tv so had to watch basic tv and old movies. Then houses keeping mops the lobby and elevators with dirty water making it smell like wet dog.
