Great quick getaway,the little store thing in the lobby wasn't working n the breakfast was a rip off. There wasn't any food or drinks. Just coffee n water.when we asked about more food to come out I was told it was to close for end of breakfast at 9:45 n they stop at 10:30 lady was nice just gonna charge full price for half breakfast

Great location! Had view of Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. Went to a Texans and Raiders football game and was within walking distance. Had a great bar for cocktails and buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. Gated parking and nice pool. Rooms are nice and clean. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. I love it here and will always come back to stay when I’m in Houston. Everything was wonderful. No complaints at all..

The location was great, we went for a Texans game, and you can cross from the hotel right away, that was excellent. The staff always with a smile, and very very nice. Nothing, everything was great!

One block away from Reliant Stadium! Perfect if you have an event! Hotel was clean, well maintained for the most part. Tiny but of rust in the tub nothing crazy. Room was clean and of good size. Overall would stay again. I’d say 8/10 for sure. Oh almost forgot, $10 parking per vehicle per night will be added to your total.

My room had a cockroach which irked me.... The staff is freindly but they seriusly need to make over the breakfast ... stayed at this same hotel last year .. same BF menu .. no changes ... and also ladies take time to re-fill the buffet..

The rooms were clean and had hard surface flooring throughout the room instead of hard to keep clean carpeting. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! In fact, all hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I showed up at 9:30pm to check in, Expedia already charged my card. The property said they needed the $50 for incidentals, so I swiped my card for that. She then said that charge didn’t go through. I pulled up my account on my ap and showed her it did. She then tells me Expedia didn’t send them the money so they needed to charge my card again. NO, I called Expedia and they were at least kind. The next morning I woke up to $114 ADDITIONAL charges from Hilton. I went to the lobby and spoke with someone who was kind, and she got me help. I am still waiting for the $114 to be credited back. For the price of the hotel and lack of free breakfast, I will NOT be going back due to the non approved charges just added to my card.

We were therefore a quick overnight stay for medical reasons. It was during FIFA! This Holiday Inn is located right by the NRG in Houston, TX. The hotel was full. There were lots of FIFA walking on the streets. The Staff kept the Hotel running smoothly. Nice pool area too.

Our room was very clean with a nice view of the astrodome and nrg. We stopped by the desk to let them know there was an issue with the mini fridge. The maintenance man was very polite and had a brand new on installed in less than 30 minutes, awesome. Thank you for a comfortable, quiet and clean stay.

It was a fantastic place to stay. I mean i was there for two days and everything was great. When i was checking in they let me use a charger cause I thought I lost my wallet and they were understanding, gave me a good recommendation for good BBQ. The staff was amazing keep hp the good work.

We stayed here for the world cup, and the location was very convenient! There was the stadium, a fiesta market, and multiple fast food places within a mile of the hotel, so we didn’t have to use our car! The room itself was pretty old, but nothing beats the location and the hospitality, we weren’t able to check in until 2am and they were able to hold our room for us!

Amazing location but Beware of the on-site bar/restaurant. The servers won’t give you a detailed receipt, only has the total amount (which already includes an 18% tip) plus a tip option. Very misleading because for two days of our stay I double tipped, it wasn’t until the last day I asked for a detailed receipt. Guaranteed trick most customers into double tipping.

Front desk personal was annoyed when we checked in. Pool was very dirty. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Bartender was on her phone instead of helping customers. Took 10 minutes to get service AT the bar. Patrons at tables had to come up to bar to ask for service. Thinnest walls ever!!! Could here everything above us, next to us and coming from the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The bedspread was not clean and smelled. No carpet. Ice machine was out. The room was clean and the front desk was awesome. Gated access was great.

The lobby is nice, but the bar is completely open to the lobby and the music was loud. We didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant was closed in the evening, when we had planned to try it. Note that the breakfast is not included and the prices listed were fairly expensive.

I didn't use the pool. I stayed here for proximity to the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium. Two nights for nearly $600, and they didn't even have free coffee. No continental breakfast. Only breakfast was $1700 buffett which was terrible....ran out of eggs, certain things weren't in containers (empty containers)....asked for a to go container to go back to the room. Was told unavailable, then witnessed same person giving a "no" response give one to an employee. Not even a pad of paper or pen in the room. Just overall TERRIBLE. And for $600???? NEVER AGAIN. I want a REFUND

The stay was pretty decent, some things were definitely overpriced like the breakfast and it seemed as there was construction being done but it wasn’t terrible. It was in a decent area and we had no big issues.

Great stay. Loved being able to walk out the back of the hotel gated parking lot directly onto the NRG Stadium grounds. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting for conventions or concerts. 5 minute walk. So convenient!

My bathroom toilet not working was a pain

This hotel is not worth the money! Within 15 minds of being in the room, we had to call for maintence due to toilet not flushing. It is advertised to have a gateway to NRG stadium which in fact it does, however they cant open it! It is up to the NRG Stadium workers as to when it opens, so we had to walk all the around. I asked several times for the manger and he was always unavailable, I will be calling back Monday! The trash and beer cans that were thrown all over the lobby and the trash cans outside that were not emptied was nasty. Upon getting ready to leave this morning there was not hot water to shower. Breakfast is not included in the outrageous price of a motel, its $17/person and its hotel breakfast, that you serve yourself. I was disappointed in this hotel for the money, Will never stay here again!!!!!

The room I booked wasn’t available so they put us in one of the newer refurbished rooms and there was no counter space in the bathroom, just a sink. No full length mirrors and it didn’t look completed! The bed was comfy though!

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room during my recent stay. The room was poorly maintained, outdated, and not clean. The toilet was not flushing properly, and there was no hot water in the wash basin.

I had to book one extra day on the front end of the trip. the front desk made my crew check out and check in later that day to finish the trip. Was charged for incidentals on both. Lots of money poor service. There is no reason for this. 6 rooms for a week and they had to pay $100 incidentals for one night and $100 for the rest of the trip. refundable 7-10 days. rediculous.

Everything went well overall. They did have a fire alarm test that lasted longer than expected, but I doubt that will be an issue in the future.
