Location, Location. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The pool water was too cold for my daughter and granddaughters (3) but the staff comp'd us breakfast passes to make up for it. EXCELLENT!

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and assisted promptly with check in. The room was clean and neat to our liking standard amenities. The breakfast and other amenities were great!! Thanks Holiday Inn!!

Very good breakfast and clean hotel

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was quiet and relaxing, which made my stay very enjoyable. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything was clean and almost all the staff were enjoyable with smiles. I registered at check in for late check out due to my husband being in a late meeting and at check out they first came to clean the room which I thought was funny because I requested late check out. They then called my room saying they did not see that I reserved late check out and would have to pay an extra $75 if I were to not leave soon. So I packed all my things and am now in my vehicle til 4pm at least not knowing where to go or what to do. The guy who called my room also had a snooty attitude with me on the phone. Other than this I enjoyed my stay.

I booked and checked in and pay for cash. They charge me for no show or cancellation fee. The front desk asked me to dispute and they keep charging. I filed a complaint and disputed again and again. I also provides them my receipt that’s I am there and paying cash. I am not booked this place again. Bad service and give me too much issues to going back and forth. I was excited to stay here because management was super friendly and the hotel looked modern and clean. However, I probably slept for maybe an hour the one night I stayed there. The chemicals in the sheets were really strong so I had a hard time breathing, plus I was itchy all over. I came back home with a rash and just really drained from my trip.

Wonderful 4-night stay in a clean, comfortable room. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a superb area of Houston - safe, secure and convenient (I-10 a mile or so away). We did not eat breakfast so I did not rate it.

-no working microwave, loose plumbing fixture in bath, and some of the people at the desk and at the cafe did not know what a Keurig pod was when I asked for extras. Was told that Only two carts to serve the entire hotel!!! The front desk was useless getting me one over a two day period, so I had to find one of the staff to bring my luggage down to my car

There was an odor about the room. The shower door would not stay closed, and the towels appeared to be the original towels from when they first opened. The last thing was that you were required to park your vehicle in the gated area behind the hotel, which was great; however, when leaving, we were unable to exit as the exit gate did not work. My husband was required to knock on the window to get the clerk's attention since he did not have a key to get back in after we checked out. The staff were all great and very accommodating, which we appreciated!

Nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Daily cleaning was nice. You have to pay for breakfast and Happy Hour. We were discouraged from taking breakfast upstairs to our kids. Didn’t like that.

Our door lock was not working. They gave us another room but it had queens. I can not fit on one with my height. Every time we left there was a possibility that the door might have been opened. The staff was very short with us. Internet stopped working, and there was a gas leak in the area to boot. Will not be going back there.

This place was filthy, food smeared into the carpet as well as the skirtting for the bed. The tables and dresser was sticky, the hard surface floor was greasy-like, the bathroom dirty with an used bar of soap 8n the shower. I had to request and change myself all the bedd8ng and clran walls, bathroom, and hard surface floor just to feel okay to stay a few hours to request a refund. Mamager name Sam was rude slammed door in lady face because she wanting a refund too, he refused to let us checkout early so that he could keep Our money. Stay away from this location it is HORRIBLY KEPT.

Just had two small cockroaches in my room.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re on a budget. I had two issues, one small and one not so small. The front desk handled both.

We had an unexpected lengthy stay due to my husband being very sick. Front desk staff, each and every one, was very helpful with making sure he had what he needed! Veronica, from housekeeping was wonderfully accommodating to our situation: removing trash and leaving fresh towels. If one has to be sick away from home this was the best other option!

They changed out booking last minute when I booked well in advanced. I needed a room with two queens and a day before they switched me to a room with a king and pull out couch. Didn't give me any partial refund for the difference. I had to ask and reason for breakfast vouchers and they only gave me two when I told them I needed 2 queens for 4 grown adults. They had random people walking around outside at all nights and loud kids running around inside the lobby and hall ways late at night. Requested extra blankets for the pull out couch and they didn't have any. 1/5 stars overall.

Additionally when I asked for some dinning plates and silver ware the request was declined and was provided with styrofoam plates and plastic spoons. The staff stated the it’s the policy of the hotel to not provide dinning plates and silverware. It was altogether a horrible experience.

Only stayed for 1 night, but it was super clean

I needed a hotel due to a power outage from a storm that blew through Houston, Tx. They made me very comfortable and saw to my needs.

No breakfast including for $ 150 dollars.

Served its purpose

We booked a room here because there is a restaurant on premises, but when we got there we were told it wasn’t open. Plenty of other places nearby, but we hadn’t wanted to leave again once we gut there.

Was on a solo trip and the breakfast selection was great. Good value for the room cost. Headboard was a little scratched up.

It was a hotel. Plain and simple. Breakfast was okay, good variety.

A lot of the rooms are located very far from the elevator so if mobility is an issue ask at the front desk if they have anything close to the elevator.

Continental breakfast was not included because I use a third-party for my booking so I had to pay an additional $10 per person for a continental breakfast and my microwave in my room wasn’t working. I was told I had to wait till the next day for maintenance. However they never came to fix the microwave and management was rude. The desk clerk was nice, but the manager was rude.
