The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was super uncomfortable. I am a disabled veteran with back problems and I the bed caused me pain. I ended my stay early for this reason. The staff was very professional in handling my unique situation.

The hotel is spectacular! Clean, efficient, well maintained, awesome! Staff is so friendly and polite, very helpful and thoughtful! Breakfast was delicious and nutricious! Over the top experience! Looking forward to come back soon.

Entering the building, it is very impressive.—looks & smells clean. There was only one man at the desk and he was very cordial and professional but there was a long line to check in & I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes. The room was ok. First room we were in we could hear the people next door loud & clear as if they were in the room with us. We moved to the 2nd floor and had no problem with noise. The bathtub area had some areas that needed to be cleaned/Hair in toilet/Tissue box empty. Very disappointing that we found a pair of men’s underwear underneath the sink. We reported it before we checked out. We’ve stayed at this hotel for many years because it’s close to MD Anderson. Not sure I will go back.

Modern and clean for a great price! Plush beds, small seating area with sofa and table. Well maintained pool. Breakfast would be the only complaint… not many options and the items there seemed old- dry/stale. Overall, we would use this hotel again.

It was clean and Dennis and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful. After an 8+ hour drive, we were allowed to check in early It got a little loud right before bed time but staff was able to take care of it

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was actually larger than I anticipated. It was very clean. Sheets and pillows were very comfortable.

The property and rooms were clean and I did like that the rooms actually got cold but the beds were extremely hard! I have two herniated disc and I was unable to sleep the entire weekend I was there. If I did manage to fall asleep I was waking up an hour later to my back spasming and being painfully tense. It was impossible to get comfortable. Also when they say breakfast ends at 10, they mean at 10 on the dot! Turns out there's automatic doors that shut kind of like garage doors and if you're in there when they close you have to go out the exit door off to the side of the room. Definitely freaked my husband out when he went in to get some syrup and thought he got locked in lol

I loved my stay. Everything was clean. From the outside to the room, The pool was clean and looked refreshing. The breakfast looked delicious. However, I was too busy to stop and taste it. The hotel staff were great from check in too check out. I loved it so much in going back.

Parking was great, and available through out our stay. There was a Security Present. Thier is a fee though. MAKE SURE U DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Location was good and the Staff very friendly! Property was basic and could use some updating in the rooms department. Other than that it worked for us.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is within walking distance of NRG Stadium, and only about a 10 minute drive to my Doctors’ office in the medical center. There are also, several eating places near by, which are all pluses, but the most important thing for me was the great service. The staff were extremely nice, and wonderfully accommodating.

Clean throughout and front desk was friendly and helpful

The hotel was greatly located for a game at NRG stadium. Their breakfast was decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. Despite several phone calls they still haven’t fixed an issue with my bill and they haven’t been responding to an item we left behind.

First the greeting from Leslie was top tier. He was so helpful, so kind & more importantly he was very respectful. I had so issues with my card. He was very patient while the issue got resolved even with a lobby full of waiting patrons he waited on me. After my issue was resolved I saw he moved on to the next person with ease and grace once again. I will definitely be back to this location & I hope he is there to check us in & out! He is a great access to this establishment!

Great location with clean rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Loved that they had Dove products to use in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice with many choices. Will definitely stay here again.

This property asked for my debit card stating it was just for incidentals at time of checking in. The next day they charged my card for the price of the room even though it was already paid for through Orbitz. They denied the charge even though it clearly states on my account I was charged by Holiday Inn. I’m now, 2 months later, still fighting/disputing the charge through my bank! Avoid this property unless you like having unexpected unauthorized charges!

We were unable to remain in this location as the room we were given had so much noise from the air handling system.

They have a very good breakfast. Very clean rooms, and the Staff was helpful when we needed something. Check-in was easy and the Staff was very accommodating.

When I arrived the front desk informed me that for certain class of guests (business travel or personal travel) they have a new parking fee. I suggested that they should inform guests of that fact before check-in. I told him that Expedia would be happy to include that information if they were informed.

The room location was wonderful because it was away from the elevator and had a good view of the city street. The hotel is in the heart of the city and so close to everything you need regarding food and shopping. My husband ate the breakfast and enjoyed it and I love the free parking, microwave and refrigerators in the room because we come out there to go to concerts and things and often eat at the restaurants and have take out. The only setback was on the day of check out, our phone began ringing at 10:00 every 15 minutes as if they were rushing us out but the desk clerk informed me at check out that it was not the front desk so that was absolutely weird.

When I went into my room, the toilet was not flushed and the shampoo holder in the shower was broken and lying in pieces. That is an inexcusably uninviting and unprofessional look. I suggest you hire maintenance people that either understand how to flush toilets, or forbid them from urinating and defecating in guest rooms. Breakfast is the by-now-typical at all 2-star hotels: powdered eggs and that same 3-4 soggy frozen items. The road noise in the room comes through the HVAC system, making rooms facing the road unacceptably noisy. Otherwise, the room was clean. My compliments to housekeeping. 6/10

A/C was a little squeaky and there was a slight smell in the room, but it didn’t bother us, and we still slept good. Comfortable mattress and pillows, clean room.

Due to the Rodeo the Hotel raised the price by twice the amount we pd almost 400$ for one night.

Staying at a nice hotel for my daughter's pig show at HLSR is great, however, plus having to pay for parking so my vehicle don't get towed, unreasonable. I was staying at the hotel but had to paying an extra $7.00 a day to park, crazy and unprofessional. I understand charging other people who are NOT staying at the hotel to park, but not the ones who are actually staying there and paying almost $600 to stay.

By far one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Just to put it like this I've stayed at motels with a nicer experience than this.

The room was nice, very roomy and big. Loved the beds. Nice place. I did not like that they advertise free parking and then bill for parking anyway. Likewise the free shuttle was not running. So no shuttle to the NRG stadium. It cost us $28 in parking at the stadium. So loved the room but did not like the added fees.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The coffee bar was ready when I went down - before breakfast. I will stay here again on my next doctor's visit.
