The hotel offers good value for families, especially considering the price. The parking facilities are convenient and the location is practical for travelers with a car. Overall, it is a reasonably priced option for a family stay, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. As a guest traveling from Europe, I found that some aspects of the hotel did not quite meet the standards I would normally expect from a hotel of this category in Europe. The breakfast could offer a slightly wider variety of options. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable smell in the room, and the carpeted flooring made the room feel somewhat less fresh and clean. These details could be improved to make the overall experience more comfortable.

The breakfast was ok. Pancake thing was not working until 9:20am. We had no shower curtain. I would stay again.

Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy and staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice but definitely looked like it could use more frequent cleaning.

I drove from NC to Houston on an emergency and by the time I arrived I would've needed a super early check in. The agent at this location actually made arrangements to reach out to me once the room would be ready and checked on me and my family during the drive. A real blessing that agent was in my time of need. That Houston traffic is so scary!

I travel to Houston quite often and stay at this particular hotel l. However this trip was great with exception of the shower in room 301 was a disaster. The shower head was not up to par as it was not connected to the actual mount. I had to hold it while I showered. Thst should be fixed immediately or the room should not be available for use. Other than that I enjoyed my trip as usual.

The size of the room was good. The sound pove room was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean with A/C WORKING GOOD. The walk-in shower needs a longer shower curtain to avoid water on floor and getting feet wet after showering and preventing water on floor to be Abe to use sink to brash teeth.

Pool opens at 6am, went to swim around 10am no pool towels. House keeping refused to give us towel that we needed to use the pool towels but they were all in the dryer?! The night manger confused and mixed up room and even called for payment on a check in before arrival l, thought check in’s had to be in person by someone 21+ they where not. Rooms got tossed around and had to book a room for a night until family who was given my room woke up to swap. My number being on the reservation and calling someone who wasn’t for payment was a total shock, mystery , cause tons of confusion. The hot tub was terrible and so dirty it was actually insane. The house keeping kept talking disrespectfully about guess over their walkie talkies, very unprofessional. The day employee completely ignore people and line and had to ring the bell to get her attention the proceeded to be very aggressive and rude. She was going through something but doesn’t have to take it out on us. She I in hospitality if she can’t put a smile on and take care of guest she has to do better or join the house keepers and their gossiping. Breakfast was great well stocked and kept up with. Rooms where clean shower heads needed deep clean but can’t complain other wise on clean hotel. New night employee seems good little jumpy but he’ll be a great help to the chaos there. Elevators worked which is a plus from previous post. Was miss informed in the beginning when checking in about not paying a room that was paid. Do better

The breakfast was ok The air conditioning in our room did not work so we had to down grade rooms that was cheaper then the room we paid for and did not receive a discount or anything. Next day the elevator was broken and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs

There was a a room on our floor that said vending and ice machine but there was no ice machine. We went to the desk and they said oh only the 1st floor has a ice machine. (A sign on tje 3rd floor would of been nice)

The Hotel was very functional and it served the purpose of a comfortable stay close to George Bush International Airport. Facilities were adequate for my stay and my overall experience was good. The facilities and the Hotel itself is dated and in need of a "spruce up" or modernisation.

Accused of smoking weed at the pool. A lady and her kids came to the pool. After a while I got out the pool and sat far away from others and started smoking a cigar. She gets up to complain. She comes back with the other lady, which was on duty for that day. The receptionist approached me asking and I smoking weed? After a couple of seconds she says oh it doesn’t smell like it. Come to find out the lady that complained wasn’t even checked in the hotel but was using the pool. All I got was a I am sorry from the receptionist!

We had a good experience. Clean, nicely decorated room. The bed was very comfortable, not soft and saggy like some hotels. The air conditioning worked extremely well in the Houston heat. The shower head had a strong spray (adjustable) and good water pressure (to rinse my hair) and is a rarity in most places.

Convenient to our meeting Hotel is tired. The carpet in our room (136) was ripped in many places. It is past needing to be replaced

No bacon WTH. Hotel.com shows a mgr reception with drinks and hot appetizers. Which they do not have. False advertising. The dyer on the 2 nd floor needs service takes 2 hours to dry 8 shirts and 5 underwater.

Room was clean linens seemed clean . Pool was a bit dirty but was clean enough. Spa was not in service though I saw someone in it at night 😬. Breakfast was good ice machines on 1st and 3rd floor were not in service but over all it was a cool stay for the price . Beds were comfy

The stay was really wonderful except for a few things. 1) The floor plate between the bathroom and the hallway was too high for my mom to get her wheelchair to roll over it by herself. It seems like this should not be a problem in a room specifically for handicapped customers. 2) The lounge chair and footstool was dirty or at least stained w/what looked like a cigarette hole burned into it. 3) Surprisingly, none of the premium channels (Netflix, Prime. etc.,) were offered. Other than this, the say was wonderful; free breakfast was great!

The shower water was a orange color in color and someone’s nails on the bathroom floor pillow covers were dirty, loud music being played in someone’s room and smoking and it wasn’t cigarettes, lol but will probably never stay here again. Also the elevator was not working.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean.

Elevator was not working when we checked in. Had to haul luggage up the stairs. Elevator got fixed the same day. Room was missing fridge but once I told them they went and installed one. Headboard had drywall dust over it. Drywall dust was on the carpet near headboard and behind nightstand. Then at midnight someone opened the door. I had the safety hook on it. But they tried a second time. I thought we were the only ones with key. Told young lady at the corner Sunday morning. She was surprised that someone was able to open the door. She said she would notify the general manager but I never heard from her.

The amenities were fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This hotel need new update. Bed sheets are dirty, some have stains on them. Bathtub drains very slow. Towers are bad. The got very good price on this hotel but for cleanliness is terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised for the price and what I received. I assumed because of the price the hotel would be standard, but everything about my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed to include full course breakfast. I definitely would stay there again in the future.

When I walked into the room, smelled and felt damp in room 105. The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. The air conditioning helped some but not much. It was a short stay and didn’t stay in the room much only just to sleep, so managed. In the middle of the night can hear water running down the walls in bathroom and dripping in room wall near bed. Staff was nice when checking in. I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Rooms were clean and all appliances worked.

The sofa bed had not been cleaned and had old bedding still on it from a previous stay honestly pretty upsetting considering I like everything else. Staff is nice and location too.

Room was spacious and clean. For my wife, the bed was a little HIGH off the floor, but she is short and sweet. Breakfast was excellent!

Didn’t clean the room, did not say the room wouldn’t be cleaned so we were expecting house keeping. Only provided 2 towels for 4 people I asked for extra towels the next day before we left for the day and they didn’t bring them to the room. We had to go back down to get them and wait for them.

Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Parking included and easy. Breakfast was standard.

Only bad thing was the pool was closed. I was looking forward to use the pool with my kids.

The room was very clean, the front staff was nice, but confused because the room i entered was still occupied, they were helpful and got me another room, unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, not sure why. They also had to replace the fridge it was broken, hairdryer did not work, the breakfast lady, very rude. Breakfast was good, but the lady was not very friendly when asking for something. Overall stay was good.

Breakfast was a full hearty self-serve Buffett. You could be a full big back if you desired, plus it was such a great variety that any special diet could be adhered to. Example: Fresh fruit for vegetarians; eggs, milk, sausage and turkey sausage for protein diets; and all the carbohydrates you could dream of. The warmed buttery cinnamon rolls were the best!!

The is a very clean place to stay. However, please use the products available in the restroom with caution. The Dove Shampoo and Conditioner broke my Husbands forehead out and my daugters neck, along with her ear and shoulder and she has never had a reaction to any Dove product before. Bring your soap and hair products when you stay.
