The hotel was very clean and smelled great!

For 3 nights stay way to much. I got robed I want this corrected.

It was good, I like the breakfast and my room was clean.

It was my first time staying here at this wonderful New Hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly. Me and my Girlfriend enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and organized. We loved the walk in shower. I will definitely we will be back. I recommend this Hotel. P.S Air conditioning was nice snd cool.😊

Room and hotel was clean. Staff was generally helpful. Pool was nice, breakfast was good. The one downside was that our room did not have any towels stocked, and we had to ask the front desk for it. We got one for each of us, but needed at least two since we were planning on swimming. Also, they somehow ran out of the hand towels and wash cloths, along with the floor towel. We made due but would've been nice to have that fully stocked. Otherwise, I do recommend the place. Family friendly, and clean. Would stay again if the towel situation is a one-time fluke.

Had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & suites hotel. The staff was always willing to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and every part of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

La locación excelente de fácil acceso y buen desayuno. La gerente y algunos trabajadores fueron muy amables, eficientes en su trabajo. Con excepción de la MANAGER DE LIMPIEZA Elizabeth. Me hizo pasar una MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. No autorizaba el personal de aseo para la LIMPIEZA de la habitación, con un trato poco profesional. Por lo tanto cambió mi perspectiva hacia el hotel y no fue agradable mi estadía. Decidí hacer una extensión para estar mas tiempo en hotel relajarme no para estar en medio de la suciedad. Gracias a todo el personal por su servicio.

The overnight staff (young girl) was so sweet. Loud freeway, parking lot didn’t feel super safe but there was a security guard I guess. The room smelled like intense mold and mildew and woke me up throughout the night with how intense and unpleasant it was. Felt like I needed to sanitize and clean everything I brought into the room with me it was really bad.

When I got there the underside of the toilet had someone’s pubes on it. And the day I am checking out, I am interrupted in my shower by banging on the door. I look out and no one is there. I open the door and a member of the staff is yelling down the hall about checkout at 11 am. I am an IHG rewards member and had already called that morning at 8 am informing them I would be checking out late at 2 pm, so I thought maybe there was a mistake. I opened the door in my towel to see if it was an emergency. I told her i’m checking out at 2 pm and she rudely said I need to call the front desk. I told her I already called and (rudely again) she said that I need to call again because they didn’t put it on her list. At this point I was upset because she was essentially telling me I am lying, when I made sure to wake up at 8 am to communicate with the staff about my checkout time. After she told me I need to do something that I had already made sure to do, I asked her for her name and she walked away, i continued to ask her for her name and she completely ignored me and tried to go into a room to hide. I waited patiently and calmly asked for her name repeatedly after she left the room. I recorded her walking away from me as I asked. I thought maybe she only spoke spanish so I said ‘hola’ and received no response. I brought this up with the front desk and they were very apologetic and informed me to call and file a report. This employee made my stay unpleasant and I left my trip irritated

Pool was nice...breakfast too Lobby was clean Bathroom floors in the shower were super slick after using soap and almost slipped twice. No towels by pool. And if your going to let guest have access to coffee it would be nice to have a creamer substitute if you going to run out of half/half. A staff member was extremely rude to my husband when he simply asked the Spanish lady if she has access to more creamer only for her to snap back and say if it's out it's out! RUDE

The staff were very polite and friendly, my only complaint is that the room could’ve been cleaned a little better. There was soap stains on the wall and poop stains on the toilet left from previous guest. As well as crumbs on the lounge chair.

The location was good, the hotel clean and the breakfast was perfect.

Check in and out was super easy. The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean. The only comment I have was the traffic noise, since it’s right on the highway, but I knew that going in. I will definitely stay there again.

I liked the location.. and the breakfast.. was great.. so was the hotel set-up.. Upon arrival.. the room they initially gave me.. wasn't cleaned. So had to bring all my luggage back down.. and get reassigned another room.. Room Wifi wasn't the best... and because of the storm.. there was no television access..

Everything was great. Clean and new room. Great breakfast. Nice pool and gym. The room had smell like wet carpet and it’s not so pleasant. Also we had pretty noisy neighbors. But I think it’s not a big problem for a short stay.

Having said that, we’d stay again. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioner was cold which is so often not the case. Staff was helpful. Great hotel for little money.

Overall, my stay was awesome, and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The restroom floor had a noticeable slope, which made it feel uneven and potentially unsafe. In addition, I experienced an allergic reaction on my hands during my stay. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but it may have been related to an insect bite or possibly a detergent used for linens or cleaning. Since the cause is unclear, I simply wanted to make management aware so it can be looked into if needed.

Bathroom sink was clogged up bad. And a weird smell in room .

We arrived at 5:15pm and the rooms were not ready. Check-in was 4pm. The front desk person was very rude and did not so a bit of concern that they were not ready. My boss was staying here and told me to never book them again.

I don't know why this place doesn't have very good reviews, but we had a great stay. It was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Front desk staff is the most amazing customer service experience on any hotel property I have visited. From the initial Smile to going out of their way to accommodate early checkins and luggage storage. Please continue to train all your staff based on the Front desk!

The breakfast wasn’t very good, but other than that everything was great, I’d stay here again but would plan to eat breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel and staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and updated. The only thing I might recommend is more healthy fresh fruit options at breakfast. Overall a great place to stay and close to everything.

he cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel overall was very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. The only small issue during my stay was that on the last night, some guests were running through the hallways and knocking loudly on doors. However, I understand that this was not really the hotel’s fault. Overall, I had a great experience.

The hotels looked very clean and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is very decent and covers variety of food items. Very affordable price as well. The hotel is situated for all the nearby attractions such as Gerald d Hines water fall, statue of unity, Vietnamese buddha monastery, balloon museum etc. I have a Tesla so there’s a nearby Tesla super charger in Queensberry parkway (there’s a nearby shopping center, so by the time the Tesla gets fully charged), I can go around shopping. Overall it’s a great experience.

The location is very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is right off the freeway, i10 & the belt way, so it is slightly noisy but not loud enough that it’s annoying. I would Definitely stay at this location again.

This hotel is very loud, you hear the 1-10 traffic all night long. It also took a week for them to release the $100 hold on my card.

Staff was unprofessional and inattentive to the needs of customers. I waited and hour at a empty desk for the rep to come.

several light bulbs in the room were burned out. exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functional.

The breakfast and coffee was really good! Parking was nice and easily accessible. The rooms were big and beds were so comfortable! I just wish they had a hot tub. Other than that it was a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The breakfast was not great, i reverted to cereal and yogurt. Other than that it was not worth the price as o e time I walked out into the hallway and it smelled like a Marijuana factory.

Is close to a major freeway and th traffic noise is considerable. They did have earplugs by the night stand. Nice hot breakfast was a bonus.

We have stayed here in the past and the service was excellent at that time hence we rebooked for our trip back to Houston. This time service was very mediocre. Front desk reps are very rude on the phone and not willing to accommodate. The complimentary breakfast is good but they do not replenish the items so wake up early to get a cinnamon roll or some yogurt. Room was good and clean. Only complaint for room was the shower pressure was very low, but we made do.
