The house keepers don't clean I had to go to front desk to get a vacuum there was lots of hair in the carpet and I pulled the beds from the wall they never clean behind the beds. There was candy around the night stands and under the ac. The shower was full of hair and he shower curtain was used from the people who stayed before us

The breakfast was awesome

Spacious comfortable room. Very nice breakfast. Area is off freeway. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby unless you have a vehicle.

He just said: I don’t know, you have to find out yourself. The elevators are broken, we have to carry Dow out two big luggage’s and I was a 62 years old lady with a stick and my friend is 66 years old lady! Asking where is the shuttle bus? Tons of people waiting and he said he didn’t know where is the driver! How to use the business area’s printer, his reaction is not my business, you have to find out yourself. Ck out ask for billing print out, no, just drop the key in a box! This is a worse hotel that I have been stayed! First, I gave a good review, since their room was clean. Then find out the air conditioner was so loud that wake us up at mid night after our tired flight! I will not back to this hotel again!

Grass was really high. Air was out in the lobby. Elevator was down upon arrival. TV didn’t work in my room at all. Bathroom needs updating paint pealing looks like mildew on the ceiling.

Basic hotel, it's near the airport and has a free shuttle. The hotel is in a field by the side of a freeway. The nearest food option is Burger King at a gas station. No footpath to get there.

Tiles in the bathroom were broke or loose and it didn’t have a clean carpet, elevator was dirty and smoked in.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful! I really appreciated the market set up by the front desk allowing me to have snacks/dinner without leaving the hotel. Communication could stand to improve. I messaged through booking.com multiple times about the hotel shuttle never receiving any answer. Perhaps something slipped through the cracks, but I was disappointed to pay for a cab when an airport shuttle was available. (Not every traveler has access to a phone for calling upon landing)

How close things were. The room was clean. The pool was green and closed in the middle of summer. My kid wanted to swim so this was an inconvenience. Would have stayed elsewhere if I would have known before I booked this hotel.

The biggest issue however, was the customer service. Within 15 minutes of checking in and getting to our room we realized there was literally construction going on in the room across from us. The works literally had the door propped open at 9:00 pm, and we could see the work going on inside. We returned to the front desk to request a different room because we were unhappy with the one we were assigned. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available. Instead of offering any alternative solution or attempting to accommodate us, his only suggestion was that we check out even though we had just checked in. To make matters worse, he informed us that he could not issue a refund and that we would have to wait until the following morning to speak with management. We were essentially left with no reasonable options and no willingness from the staff to help resolve the situation. Customer service is often what makes the difference when problems arise, and unfortunately, this hotel fell far short. Between the construction, the lack of transparency, and the poor handling of our concerns, this was a very frustrating experience.

The price was very reasonable. The location was near IAH. The breakfast was very large and varied and maintained well. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. There seemed to be many small maintenance issues that were not being addressed. A beeping elevator awoke me at 5am and kept beeping all morning. My keycard became disabled at some point during the second day and I had to return to the front desk to have it reset. The swimming pool was green and unusable. The maids were pleasant and efficient, and our rooms seemed quite clean although in need of some repairs.

The beds were comfortable and lighting was great in the room. However, the shower had a foul smell when the water was on. The ice machine on the 3rd level was not working. The pool was not operational- the front desk claimed it was under maintenance but no maintenance was being done to it. Thwy sis accommodate us at the neighbors hotel where their pool was functioning. It wasa huge inconvenience! The neighboring stated it has months since this hotel has had the pool down.

the fixture to hold the shampoo and conditioner bottles was broken completely. It was not easy to get the stuff out of the bottles. That fixture should have been repaired before any customers stay there. The temperature control of the gym was broken and was set at 88F. It was too hot to exercise there. I reported to the front to fix but they said they couldn’t. In addition, the outdoor pool was green and was not fit for swimming in it. I do not think I will stay there again.

This was our first trip to Houston, it was easy to get to the hotel, the staff were friendly & helpful, & the rooms were clean, There were good selections for breakfast. If we're back in the area, we would stay here again.

TV did not work, changed rooms and only got 2 stations that were fuzzy. Needs updating.

Basic lodging at the airport. Not a tourist destination. Not a lot around it. But, you can get a nights sleep and be close to the airport. Good shuttle. Continental breakfast.

The front desk white lady was very helpful. That is the only thing good about that hotel otherwise it was very dirty. Not well maintained. In fitness center AC was not working. And no equipment was available. Barely few dumbbells were there. Parking lot was flooded in the back water was there. But staff was very accommodative and they went out of the way to help us so it was OK stay. It is a convenient hotel though near the airport.

Clean room, outside not so much. Staff friendly. Refrigerator did not seem to work. Floor machine (3rd) did not work had to go to extra floor. Breakfast(Saturday) was very very well stocked with more than just continental breakfast... no apple juice however. Also it seems only one of elevators was working (saw tech working on it upon arrival.

The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. I couldn’t get past the smell of the room and the bedding..it’s almost like the bedding weren’t laundered from the last stay..I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is amazing

The hotel needs a lot of repair and cleaning! Rugs on floors were dirty and worn in rooms and lobby. Bathroom floor needs replacing. The bathroom off the lobby was very dirty, needed cleaning!

The hotel was nice. Disappointed that the pool had green water in it.

Shout out to front desk clerk Portia! Super helpful at check in. I wanted to buy some water but the little store at reception area was out so she gave me water from the employee area. I was so grateful after just coming off an 11 hour international flight. She was very kind.

Navigating the airport with elderly parents proved remarkably challenging because the shuttle service does not service Terminal E (International). Compounding the issue, the shuttle operates just once an hour and caps occupancy at 10 passengers, making terminal transfers highly inefficient and stressful.

No lights in the room were working. So we were in the dark. Only reason we didnt change rooms is because we got there late and had a early flight.

Great airport hotel. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and punctual. Front desk super helpful.

Transportation was professional, friendly and timely. Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The shower needed a thorough cleaning and the towels were dingy. The lounger in the room needed steam cleaned and the bedskirt needed replacing. Housekeepers work very hard with very little time to do a good job. Management needs to give them more time.

Can’t really judge on the hotel itself because they cancelled on me after the reservation was confirmed (Expedia)

At first I was skeptical about staying because of the other reviews but after staying I can say the hotel was better than I expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable , the shower could use a little more pressure. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

We stayed two nights passing thru NO COMPLAINTS.. Only bad thing there was no pool and no indication of it before we booked. We would definitely stay agin if we are in Texas

Power outage caused nothing to be served and no AC in sweltering hot conditions

The property was well maintained, modern and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. The only complaint I have that the pillows verge too flat and hard, otherwise, I would stay there again.

I stayed here after a missed connection. I was a pregnant, solo traveler, and I arrived at midnight. The receptionist was a very kind man and a friendly face after a long travel day. The breakfast and shuttle were great amenities for a very affordable price.

Room lock was broken, mold in the showers. Carpets visibly dirty. Outside hotel area was dirty. Saw prostitutes in the vicinity as well. The room was large, shower was large, water was hot, but you can hear everything outside the room. Sounded like the ceiling would cave in from the people above us, and you can hear everything in the hallways/outside. It was tolerable for our purposes but I would NOT stay here again. I also would not stay here with children. Hallways smell like legal adult products and the room smelled faintly like cigarettes— as if it used to be a smoking room or someone had smoked in it prior to us being there.

You can hear people through the walls like motel 6. This building needs and updated remodel.

Hotel was well maintained. Staff was amazing. Tae welcomed us and explained accommodations to us. Buffet was good- eggs,sausage, oatmeal etc.

Shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge asset.

We had an overnight , nice hotel. very confusing pictures on the website, i thought i booked separate rooms and leaving area and bedroom, i was told they actually dont have separate rooms

The staff was accommodating to us when we had to extend our stay because of cancelled flights due to the winter storm that his the northeast. We had an issue one day when our room was not cleaned but we were provided with fresh towels promptly when requested.

Hotel needs general cleaning, from the entrance, the lobby to the elevator floors and the hallways. Room was okay but did find a hair in the bedding, which was a little disturbing. 3 stars is generous and would stay somewhere else next time travelling through Houston.
