The bad smell in our room made my wife vomit, right after eating that good breakfast. Bummer! Then we were off to the airport to return the rent a car.

Every thing was good except breakfast double egg and double sausage not very good staff was asking for your room number before you got breakfast which was odd I have never been ask that to get breakfast

Two very specific items: the bathroom sink had an inoperable drain plug...so for four days, shaving, brushing teeth, etc., was very unpleasant. Also, breakfast service is disappointing. Condiments very limited, unsanitary and room verification required.

Every time I come to Houston I stay here it’s the best. I have no complaints I totally recommend. The breakfast is fresh and they keep that area clean.

Great place to stay. Convenience to restaurants, clean, and staff kind and helpful.

Location and staff were great. Room had a smell of mold. The paint was coming off the walls, and the carpet around the AC unit was soaked.

Beware of the night security, supposedly a dangerous area of town. Never had to show proof of my hotel booking while been blocked from coming into the hotel parking lot before. Thought I was at the wrong place at first.

They never disappoint. Well maintained & friendly. We were there for just 1 night but we can always depend on positive consistency with this hotel chain.

No matter the side your room is on the freeway is heard but with a fan it drowns the sound out.

I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to be at the airport around 5:30am. The parking was excellent because it was convenient.

Our stay was great. My only issue was that the hotel only has 2 entrances. One of the entrances was blocked by the hotel shuttle the entire time we were there. I was told by the clueless receptionist “this is just what we do.” This is a major code violation, and it has been reported. I was further informed that there was no staff available to move the shuttle. So that means if there is an emergency and everyone needs to vacate the property, no one can move the van? Ok. Got it.

We arrived way earlier than expected, but the front desk didn't bat an eye to call housekeeping and get a room ready for us and allow us an early check-in. The breakfast in the morning was great, hot and fresh! While it is an older building, it is well-maintained. Definately, will stay here the next time we are in town.

Perfect place to break up our drive to Galveston for a cruise the next day. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very welcoming, sharing water and amenities. Breakfast the next day was great and room was just what we needed.

Everything was great with the exception of the greeting at the front desk. I am an IHG member but didn’t have my number readily available. The young lady noted down my phone number and email address and I never heard back from her. The person in front of me received the complimentary goodie bag, no questions asked, and as I walked back into hotel with my luggage, I noticed she also gave a bag to the man in line behind me.

I love my stay there, I love the size of the room very big and the front deck are very active to responds to customers and very nicely. My next time in Texas I will always choose you guys

Room size was roomy, front desk clerk was helpful and housekeeping was made sure we had plenty of towels!

Found trash in the parking lot twice (2) current days. Brought it to the staffs attention and it was ignored after they Stated they would clean it up.

Very clean. I love that they offer items you may have forgotten such as a toothbrush and toothpaste and shower cap, and ear plugs .

Breakfast utensils could have a separate place to be set next to food so that warmers could be completely closed and food could stay fresh. Also, extended breakfast time till 10am would be nice.

The shuttle service should be 24 hours the lady that do the breakfast was great the place is quiet and well kept overall everything was excellent for me..

Airport shuttle was amazing. The staff was so attentive and even allowed us to Check in early. Our room’s air conditioner was broken when we first checked in. I called the front desk and it was fixed within minutes!

This was a family visit trip. This was in a safe area. Clean inside and outside. Staff were great. Stephanie at front desk was great help on finding places around our hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Hot food clean and great juicers and teas. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Little noises from I terstate traffic but overall very good place to stay.

The property was nice and quiet with friendly staff. Conveniently located next to a gas station so you can fuel up and purchases snacks and other necessities. Only negative was that our tv kept disconnecting from cable service, but the staff was great and rectified the issue and there is no full length mirror in the rooms Otherwise, great stay.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was a welcome bonus. However, I was double charged for the room and the only explanation I was given was that it was a “training error”. Still waiting for any type of refund or charge to fall off.

Tub was extremely slippery, just the water and the tub no soap yet while showing I almost fell 6 times. I was having to bend down and hold the side of the tub and still almost slipping. My son as well who is 6ft was just rinsing off his legs and almost slipped and fell a few times as well.

The most important things when lodging are a clean, safe and quiet environment to get sleep. That was impossible in Room 308, it is approximately 100 yards from the highway and the road noise was horrible. Was not able to sleep at all! Can’t emphasize enough how disappointed I am. A total loss of money and left feeling terrible as we went about our travels. Would never stay again and will warn people of the same.

Friendly and quiet

The Hotel was very comfortable, service was great. However, I was cold and when I turned on the heat I noticed that the air was coming out of a vent that was probably dirty. Since I am alergic to dust, I developed a severed headache during the night which I believe was the result of dust from the vent. Perhaps there is a filter that needs to be replaced. Otherwise this hotel was great.

This facility needs to figure a way to reduce the highway noise being so close to interstate 45
