The front desk people were so nice and friendly. They called to check in on us after we got into our room to make sure our room was good. Breakfast was delish. We always love holiday inn having their turkey sausage option since we don’t eat pork..+ the cinnamon rolls are awesome. Clean room, comfy beds. I enjoy staying at holiday inn express

Location near the purpose of the trip. Mattresses were pretty comfy. Towels were worn out. The fridge could not be used d/t its noise. There were bit enough plugs that worked near the beds. There were no USB plugs. When I requested an additional blanket I was handed a folded sheet! (They did finally find an actual blanket.)

Good for the price. The bed was great, nice and firm. Pillows were very good. Bathroom was very good. I didn’t notice if there was a vent fan. The shower was a little odd init was a hand held that didn’t tilt but I managed to adjust to get the spray as normal as possible. Our room was in the middle and appeared to be adjacent to a utility room. The builders missed soundproofing because I could hear the water above and around rush and someone brushing their teeth. The AC unit was loud but cooled effectively and I’m accustomed to most hotels this level being that way. It provided some white noise. But a big Wow! was they offfered Bigelow Constant Comment tea (bags) in room and breakfast. I just got coffee and tea to go for breakfast but looked ok. My wife loves that stuff! I was concerned about the area and overnight parking but we got away ok. (Maybe the proximity to the FBI building helped! I doubt it.)

Quiet,convenient. I’ve stayed at least two or three times before this location. The breakfast was hit or miss during this day. One morning the staff arrived 45 minutes late to open the breakfast. Front desk staff was very pleasant.

they made a mistake and booked my hotel in Houston but i was in Dallas I called to try and get it switched to Dallas they said they cant switch properties so i lost 154 dollars. they literally took my money so yeah book somewhere else

The hotel is very clean. Staff is extremely friendly. It was very quiet and cozy and I woke up to a very nice breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very surprising because everyone always serves the same thing. I don’t eat pork and I was very surprised to see that there had turkey sausage, big deal to me.😊

Staff was great! Rooms were spacious and clean. They cleaned the room every day without you haveing to request it. Several stores and restaurants close by. The only issue is that there are only three chairs by the pool and the water doesn't get hot enough in the shower. I would definitely stay here again!

The new room was better, but still had a few issues. The shower didn’t drain well and would back up during use, and the sink had very low water pressure. Also, when we interacted with the day front desk staff, they weren’t as helpful or friendly, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was okay, but the combination of cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and inconsistent service left us feeling underwhelmed.

I stayed here with my daughter and we loved the staff and how safe we felt the room was comfy. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a hot tub which is one of the main reasons I picked her. But over all we were happy with our stay

The hotel was quiet and the staff was nice; however, I feel like this was one of the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the website did not match the condition of the hotel (no hot tub). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The curtains had holes in them and the computer chair was worn to the point there was nothing but the cushion. The breakfast bar had the same food every day with no variety. I will not be staying at this location again.
