Visited in the beginning of July and the elevator was broke and it’s August and the elevator is still broke and the wait time for only one elevator is long and it’s hard to going down 5 flights of stairs with a lot of luggage.

The bed was snuggly and comfortable, with pillows galore — all super soft. I got a GREAT night’s sleep, which doesn’t always happen for me in a hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, parking was convenient, and the location was great with plenty of places nearby for food and drinks. Overall, just a really comfortable, easy stay. I’d absolutely stay here again!

It was fairly clean The elevators were broken, we continually had to go outside to use the stairs (dirty/dusty with spider webs through). We were afraid that if a fire broke out we would be trapped. The next day there were other guests stating that they are afraid that they would die in the event that a fire broke out. The room was hot even though we adjusted the air temperature to 68 it continued to remain 76 degrees. Every time we went to the lobby to speak with the staff member there were always a line.

We had to book a last-minute room here after our AC went out at home. We arrived late and the man who checked us in was pretty unfriendly. The room itself was nice, but the elevators were wonky, and the breakfast was honestly awful. The only bright spot was the cranberry juice—and I don't even like cranberry juice! Overall, this place sucked.

Breakfast food was terrible

Check in was a challenge with the computer system not working properly. AC in our room wasn't cooling but we were quickly taken care of and moved to another room on the same floor. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent each of our 4 night stay. The staff were helpful and responsive. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The hotel is clean inside and the staff is very professional, but the exterior of the hotel is in horrible conditions with green mole all over the exterior walls. The pool area walls have fallen showing the rotten wood and pipes. Pool is leaking onto the parking garage. The exterior is really bad.

My booking were 2 rooms, I came to c/in first room in the afternoon was great and smooth with nice and professional front desk, room was clean and nice, good location, close to everything needed. But at night my family member came to c/in for 2nd room, we came to front desk with a man working at night shift. He ignored us even came up in front of the counter, No greetings, with face look down for a 5 mins. I asked hello we came to c/in, he responded “I’m working something” then I waited and finally he finished and c/in for my family, we asked whats wifi, he never answered and with attitudes like no asking, I asked what your name? Now he was little easy and answered me with nicer voice. What was my question and help? I told him give your name and I’ll found a complaint, you’re no helping customer even we were in front of you. He was so rude, unprofessional to work at hotel. Big attitudes, his name is Jaquan. Hotel’s manager please monitoring this work. He’s not Willing to help customer with anything even small question Wi-Fi, greeetings and so rude. Every one come to this hotel with nice, clean and good location but Jaguan is unacceptable.

Any way over all it’s very bad experience and I would like to refund my money because of all this inconvenience.

When I checked out, there was no real signage about what to do with the key(s) and no one was around. I even went behind the desk to the employee area to call out for anyone and no one was there. I guess turning in my key was sufficient, but it might have been nice to know that when I checked in. Everyplace is different with check in/out procedures, so being told specifically how your establishment handles that would be great in the future AND if check-in staff has to step away, then have signage that says "We'll be right back" but also, don't be gone more than 5 minutes ESPECIALLY during check in or out times.

The elevators were terrible..one was broken and the other wasn't programmed correctly. The room was freezing and the lights around the pool were strobing non stop all night.

The property fit our needs perfectly. We needed a hotel near the hospital for an early surgery. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. In addition, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was a highlight — it was fresh, well-stocked, and the area was kept tidy the whole time. You could tell the staff actually put effort into maintaining it, which you don't always see at hotels like this. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but there were a couple of things worth noting. First, there was an old, musty smell that seemed to be coming from the carpet. It's that classic "hotel smell" that just lingers, and it did take away from an otherwise great room experience. The carpets are overdue for either a deep clean or a full replacement. Second — and this one was hard to overlook — we had no hot water Sunday morning. Nothing like starting your day with a cold shower when you're away from home. That's something that really needs to be addressed. Overall, I'd still consider staying here again. The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast more than made up for the issues — but management should look into those carpets and the hot water situation before it becomes a recurring complaint. A solid stay, just a couple of things holding it back from being perfect.

I had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and welcome. The location was convenient, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

When I got there, I didn't know I had to pay $150.00 for a deposit. for damages. Also when I got back from my event there no parking, I had to circle the parking lot the said security guard said to check the basement no parking there and it was dark so I finally find one.

Then at the check out, my daughter forgot her gold necklace, she call 5 minutes after we left the hotel and we returned to get it. When we looked for it, wasn’t where she left it, we asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn’t see it. We talked to the front person and ask for the manager (Mathew) but he left the hotel and didn’t know if he was going to return. After a while and when we told them we were going to call the police, the necklace appeared magically. The only person we got help was Emily the front desk person in charge (very friendly).

Check in was terrible, the Manager (Mathew) was very rude, he doesn’t have customer service orientation, his staff was the opposite, he pretends he know every policy of the hotel and his staff doesn’t. He blamed everything on the employees.

It was too cold to use the pool, but I did use the gym: some of the equipment was not fully working; however, I managed to work up a sweat.

From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was unfriendly, rude, and dismissive. Later, when I returned with my sister and two kids, we were simply standing near the elevators talking when the same employee inserted herself into our conversation in a very unprofessional way, asking with attitude, “Who parked in the VIP parking?”—which had nothing to do with us. When we got to the room, there were only two towels. After calling for more, I was told I had to come downstairs to get them myself, which is inconvenient—especially with kids. The bathroom conditions were unacceptable. The shower was clogged, and there was brown residue smeared on the bathroom wall, which was honestly disgusting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. Overall, between the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again.

When they said Houston was scamming that included hotels too. Book 2 rooms, notified front desk multiple times of late arrival. Checked in was told verbally and signed a receipt for two charges. One for $312.55 and $647 agreed to what was told signed and swiped card. Checked out Sunday, turned key into FRONT DESK no hey there was a mistake with the charge. Got home checked my card another charge outside of the two I mentioned for $155. Called the Hotel spoke with manager and he tried to say it was a valid charge. Called Guest relations a week later no resolution. They are definitely scamming in Houston and that’s one hotel I would not recommend!!

Every morning the elevator floor was dirty from spilt drinks. Looks like whoever was manning the front desk didn't want to lift a finger, waiting until the cleaning staff came in.

Once we get our room, we walk into a hot and humid room. Again, the same front desk girl tells us there are no engineers available and no more rooms so too bad. We switched to a Hyatt and had a great experience there. Do No Stay at this location.

Stay was nice. The included breakfast buffet was better than most. Overall good, only negative was the person who checked me in bordered on rude. I was behind a lady in line, which she moved to the side. I stood there for 10 minutes with no one saying anything. The lady behing the desk never acknowledged me or anything. After another 5 minutes ofvjust standing, i asked if there was a problem checking in. The customer that had moved to the side replied yes, I've been here over an hour. Lady behind counter still never replied or acknowledged. Finally, after another 10 minutes she had the previous customers keys ready. I was checked in fairly quick, although she still was not friendly, didnt apologize for the wait or anything. Only thing she said, was the hoursvfor breakfast buffet.

I stayed 2 nights, the 1st night my tv did not have a connection. The engineer came and looked at it and said he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I didn’t hear anything else for the rest of the night! The next morning I went back down to the front desk and the young lady who is always helpful was the only one who offered to switch my room. Now I’ve been charged 150 twice after my check out due to incidentals I have. Why if my card was charged at check in for incidentals is it charged again at checkout? This is my 2nd stay and I am just frustrated at this point.

The staff was amazing! There was a young lady named Zerena and she was so polite, helpful, and just made our stay so much easier! Then there was a gentleman at the front desk, and I'm sorry I do not remember his name. But he had the most amazing customer service that I've seen in a long time! The room was amazing, the breakfast was delicious we definitely had a great stay and will be back.
