Unique building. Quiet and spacious rooms. Beds are ok. No microwave and coffee set up was lacking. Hospitality was excellent and helpful. Great value! Restaurant next door is very pricy! In general it was a good stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived a tad bit early and was about to get into a room. I didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities as I was there for the World Cup. Nice hotel for the price.

Good location. We didn't like our initial room because the carpet looked very dirty but they quickly found us another room to our liking.

I’m used to breakfast being free! It was Al la carte. I didn’t like that! So I ate breakfast else where everyday of my stay. Parking was ok just not enough parking spaces. My room was clean. It was a spot where the ceiling was leaking by the elevators.

The fridge was on the floor so it was hard to open the door. Water was scorching hot in the shower and you couldn’t control it.

This was my first bad experience at this hotel. First of all, the air-conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, so it was very cold in the middle of the night. I contacted the front desk, but there was no one there to fix it because it was the middle of the night. Secondly, the toilet was clogged and the water wouldn't flush, so I couldn't use the toilet the next morning. Thirdly, the shower water temperature could not be adjusted, so it was either too hot or too cold. This was the first time I had such a bad experience, and I will never book this hotel again.

Was given a late check out of 12. From 10 to 11:10 had multiple people try to come in the room even after I informed them I had a late check out. within five minutes of the first person there was constant banging on the ceiling above me, which was constant for over a minute to two. I got the hint and left.

Calm location

This hotel is clean and quiet at night.

There were 2 dead bulbs in the bathroom on arrival and we called for replacement. There was a floor strip at the door that was sticking up and obstructing door movement. We Called maintenance and the tried fixing it and the problem continued. Reported the problem to front desk and they put in work order but the problem was not fixed until we checked out on our four days stay.

We had too many issues from the moment we checked in. My friend had dirty bed sheets. The tub drain kept backing up when you showered. There are no microwaves in the rooms so if you have left overs you might as well toss it.

The check out time was 11:AM but to check in was 4:pm check in time should be same as check out I will never go back again

The overall stay went well…. My only complaint is the amount of deposits and fees were not presented at the time of check in.. I was awakened at 4am, with an additional charge I knew NOTHING about. When I reached out to the front desk the worker stated I was charged due to an unknown audit overnight… she couldn’t give me a proper reason for the charge. I proceeded with the manager and she stated the additional deposit was for what’s called an “incidental charge” for purchases made, for refreshments or a meal from the restaurant which NONE were made!! I’ve NEVER heard of such a charge and sounds completely made up, especially since it wasn’t made known at check in and was taken out AFTER we checked in, in the middle of the night.. The manager stated that all deposits would be refunded after our stay….

It is not kid friendly they didn’t have microwave or kettle to warm baby milk and denied warming it at their end too. I have never stayed at a hotel that denied warming or hot milk for babies

The property needed upgrades our bathroom needed work the door frame is showing rotted wood on the bottom we told them the toilet seat was loose they didn’t send device to fix it but the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Breakfast is in the attached restaurant (Rio Ranch) at 20/person which isn't the best deal but the breakfast was tasty. If I hadn't prepaid for breakfast for my daughter, we would have found breakfast for her outside the hotel.

I ordered dinner it came in a Togo box I ordered toast and hot tea with milk they put it in the most dirty tray and sent it in form cups and put the bread in a plastic Togo container Bathroom floors are dirty Furniture need updating Room is dark Bad pillows Not even a bottle of water in the room Has a tiny coffe maker sitting in a flimsy small stool that you can barely move a cup I won’t recommend this if you are looking for 4 star status

This did not feel like your typical Hilton. It’s very outdated & needs major renovations. Definitely would not stay here again until things are updated. The staff was friendly though.

There was a big roach in my room more than once

The property is clean and well-kept, but is showing its age. The room I stayed was clean and spacious, but there was trash left in a trash can while the iron and ironing board were laid out. The chair was a bit squeaky, the lamp shade was unhinged a bit. One of the elevators was a bit clanky.

They mischarged my fiancees credit card! Took several days to reverse the charge, the room reserved through the hilton app was not ready when arrived to skip front desk. The shower tub didnt drain efficiently. The property does close some of the entrances at dark. No gift shop and no onsite laundry! It was a MEH! Hotel for a hilton brand!!

My stay was good the only bad thing the HOT was not good at all in my room.

Property was not clean. Bathroom shower was extremely small no room to turn. Tub too low. Mold in bathroom. Possible camera hole in ceiling inside bathroom caused me to check out immediately when I saw it. Very very disappointed in Hilton as a big brand.

I had specifically selected this hotel because it advertised a hot tub. When I arrived, I immediately asked where the hot tub was, and was told the hot tub wasn't working. Because that was an important amenity, I asked to cancel the stay and go somewhere else. The hotel only agreed to refund half of the stay, which I think is ridiculous.

Ac didn’t work in the room for two days and had to argue with staff about getting the ac fixed.

Odd smell, AC loud and blew directly on beds. Fridge area had visible water damage. Overall old and did not feel clean. Check in lady not very friendly

Staff in both hotel and restaurant were awesome! Friendly and welcoming. We were treated like family from all staff members and I was amazed when we were greeted by names on our second morning.
