The pool was dirty

The beds where comfortable after the room Love the city view Cleanness of the room . No pets allowed unless services animals . Tick fell from the ceiling or the bedpost on us

I wish the small fridge in the rooms were able to adjust to a good temperature. I breast feed and could not put my milk in the fridge due to it not being able to stay cold. I had to switch out ice in my cooler that I brought just to keep my breastmilk good. Other than that the stay was very good

The parking fee

The Hotel was grrat staff was very friendly and accomodating. expdia however cancelled my booking the night before my arrival and I had to PAY another room because expedia was not willing to help solve a problem they created and still kept my full payment. still working on a refund although i have not heard anything back from them very dissapointing.

The air conditioning was horrible, the entire hotel was hot. I had to purchase a fan, I was not the only person having the same issue. No one would pick up the phones, literally just ring when calling front desk. Would not recommend or stay again.

I like the room and quietness

The pool was so nice on a very hot July 4th day and I needed to get a trim so I visited the on property salon - SO WORTH IT- the hotel is in such a good area my husband and I didn’t have to do to much driving ! 10/10 stay for me!

I had a great stay at the Hilton. I had an inconvenience with my shower and couldn’t use it but someone came to fix it the next morning. Other than that, friendly staff, smells amazing everywhere, clean and efficient.

La atención muy buena desde que llegas al lugar te atienden para darte instrucciones de donde esta el estacionamiento, cuando entras en la recepción todos muy amables y atienden tus dudas de buena manera, el cuarto estaba limpio, el aire acondicionado muy bien, camas todo perfecto lo recomiendo mi estadía fue solo de 1 noche pero sin duda regresaríamos a 11 min caminando de la Galería y restaurantes cerca

The covers is full of mold and mildew on both beds. Talked to manager and was switched out. Same thing full of mold . Shower pressure is very weak. Very disappointed !

I booked a room with a peloton bike and when i got there they apologized and said the room assigned to me the bike was not working... Very frustrating !

The room was a nice size. However, the bathroom was still dirty. A large hairball was on the floor in the bathroom. The hallways of the hotel were extremely warm.

This hotel knows what they are doung. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The first guy who helped unload my car and get everything to the room was frienly and professional. I got to check in early and go shopping at the nearby Galleria. I slept well in the cool, dark room with soft sheets. Thanks, Hilton!

I like the accessibility, it was easy getting around from the hotel The parking was a bit on the high side :( but receptionist explained that in the galleria area, parking is difficult.

Very old and dirty building. It felt like we were staying at a no-name motel. The bath tub bottom surface was torn out and we did not know what we were standing on.

Does not have 24/7 room service. When you are starving because flights were cancelled and you couldn't get anything to eat all day, that is quite the inconvenience. A lot of the facilities are kept extremely cold, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you. Would I stay here again? Not unless I have to.

We had a great stay. We were in for the Rodeo - Hotel was very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. We will be back!

Staff was awesome. The hotel itself was clean and up to date. The strong smell of marijuana was constant on our floor, only complaint.

Not only that, this hotel was obviously NOT CLEAN. There were six old French fries and an olive on the carpet next to our room, and they were on the floor for all six days of our stay. No one cleaned the hallway. No one cared. And now that I have called and talked to three people at the Hilton Post Oak hotel, I know that no one cares because they treated me horribly, intimating that I was lying. I told them that the lice specialist I hired to comb through my and my son’s hair gave me the maturity of the insects and eggs, and I KNOW I caught it from this hotel. I KNOW it was the sofa bed because only my son and I got it. The timing is exactly right. Bad service. I told them to check on the people staying in that room now because they could catch the lice too. They laughed at me. Stay someplace else. This place is dirty dirty dirty, and if they mess up your stay, they do NOT CARE about

The room felt neglected and not completely clean. The walls in the bathroom were run-down. The next door neighbors were very loud throughout the night. Water was not available for guests during the night time and early morning. I was told water would begin to be available at 10am which was too late for my trip. Overall, the hotel stay was poor.

Handicapped room was given. Also bathtub tiles were peeling. Curtain rod was broken. Balcony wasnt clean

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hot water in the shower was not working. I immediately informed the front desk, and they assured me that maintenance would be sent to resolve the issue. I proceeded to the gym, and when I returned several hours later, the problem remained unresolved. The staff mentioned that the boiler was working, but I explained that while the hot water was available in the sink, it was not working in the shower, which suggested the issue was with the shower handle. They assured me once again that maintenance would be notified. As my son and I had an event to attend and urgently needed showers, I requested a different room. Initially, I was told there were no rooms available. After I explained our situation and the necessity of having a working shower, a room was eventually found for us. While I appreciate the staff's attempts to address the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of promptness and concern shown for our comfort throughout the process. This experience does not reflect the high standards I have come to appreciate from Hilton properties. I hope you can address this issue to help improve future guest experiences. Could you please let me know what steps can be taken to prevent similar situations? Thank you for your attention to this matter

Just a bad value all together. Other much nicer properties in the area that are priced about the same. No coffee (unless you count terrible room coffee) available in the early morning...which is insane for such a large hotel with so many business travelers. Music from wedding reception audible in room very late at night. Insane. Spent nearly a grand here for a weekend stay in a corner room, at that price point, in this area, this hotel falls far far far below expectations. Would never stay here again.

Really nice place, I don't go downstairs, my husband and I paid her drinks, charge it to her room after doing that we never saw the bartender again. We waited for for 20 minutes..that was disappointed besides that everything was nice

I stayed at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria to celebrate my birthday with my sisters and mom. We got the suite but the couch did not pull open and staff insisted it did and when someone finally showed up over 45 minutes later, they too were surprised the couch was not a pull out. The sink did not drain and after multiple complaints, no solution was made. We stayed in the same room with a toilet flush as loud as an airplane engine about to take off and the customer service was not polite. I was hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately did not have the best time due to the sink, couch and service.

Quick trip

1st room HVAC did not work, transferred to other room, plumbing did not work. Staff was helpful yet smelled like booze… I felt like I was in a cheap hotel in on the strip in Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and pleasant. One staff in aprticular was amazing. Jackie! She is the overnight frint desk and all around manager. Her gesture, empathy and genuine care for guests was exemplary.

Issac in thr coffee shop understood the assignment and made our coffee perfectly! It was a short stay but it was a great one.

There is a balcony but over the years it has gone down in value and service . The care for the building has decreased . No microwave , the WiFi would not work . We have to get different sets of keys cause they repeatedly didn’t work. The fridge in the room did not work . I’ve stayed here a few times before and it wasn’t this bad . Also out of the 4 elevators they had only one worked , filling the elevators or waiting a long period of time to get on. I won’t be coming back to this hotel , the balcony is not worth it .

Terrible. Apparently there is no management or oversight. We stayed in town for my child’s birthday weekend. We witnessed drug deals, apparent adult content creators, clothes left outside the elevator and near the pool, vomit. Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The first day we got there, only one elevator was working and took forever. The large rug at the entrance was heavily soiled and the overall smell of the hotel was gross and musty.

My stay was very exceptional everything about my stay was amazing it was relaxing peaceful the room was comfortable, spacious shuttle service in a 2 mile radius was nice to have. Front desk was nice asked for a microwave and when I came back it was in there nothing bad to say. Will be back

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Valet and self-parking cost was pricey but convenient.

Unfortunately, the room had some issues that were deal breakers for me and cleanliness was one. The pool was filthy and had so much chlorine you couldn't see through the water. The staff was very responsive and promptly addressed all issues I reported. The best thing about this place was the staff.
