Average Parking costs extra 26$ per night. Milk was no good on a breakfast, you might have a diarrhea from that , but as we were told expiration date was “good” Breakfast might be also for extra cost need to be aware of it - might be surprised in the morning

Breakfast was clearly listed as free and included with our Expedia reservation, but we were still given a bill for it, which was confusing and uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

Rooms are spacious and very clean!! Definitely the property we will stay at for our visits to Houston.

The location was central and close to the Galleria and restaurants. The receptionist during checking was very facilitating and friendly, the staff was overall good. The only thing we didn’t like with our room was the carpets.

The room and hotel was clean. Convenient to our activities. Does not include breakfast and water costs $2. Bathing products are nice. It has an evergreen smell. I prefer unscented products as I an allergic to scents., especially evergreens.

ever slept on. I expected better from a Hilton Hotel. Rollaway beds were listed as an amenity. We asked for one but were told it was not available. We were staying at that hotel to be in close proximity to the Hermann Memorial Rockets Orthopedic Hospital so we could be there at 5:30 am the next morning. It was a miserable night.

Parking is not free. I hope that part can be improved.

My bed stank like vomit I ask for housekeeping to come clean the room and change bedding three times and nothing got done. After communicating 3 times to the front desk. I ended up taking the bedding of the bed. It was a horrible experience

The amenities list says there is an EV charger. There is NOT.

We stayed in the King suite. If you plan on using the sofa bed, please be aware that when opened, it takes up the entire space of the room. This means you will have to climb over the sofa bed to get to the other side of the king bed.

Fire alarm kept going off and we were asked to leave facility, staff not so courteous because I was not dressed professionally was treated as unimportant. Which it shouldn't matter what you look like being courteous needs to be implemented more at this facility. Very disappointing microwave wasn't working properly at all. Had to unplug it in and out which is a hazard. Just not what I expected.

The lobby staff were friendly .Excellent service and attention. the room was comfortable and clean. The parking was secure .

The hotel location is good, and very convenient to move around. Also the parking facility is convenient and close to the lobby. The breakfast was OK, though it could have been better, as it missed fruits, as well as, the bakery was not good quality. Also the Croissants were not there.

The front desk employees were very nice and attentive. Having coffee in the lobby area was great as well!

But if you’re staying here, ask to not be roomed at the top floor. There is a persistent odor on the entire floor. Everything else was okay though.

We ended up laughing and chatting about nails 💅, which made the check-in process feel so personal and enjoyable. It wasn’t just a check-in—it was a fun, informative, and memorable experience. Her customer service was truly elite. She even did such a great job explaining the breakfast options that I decided to purchase breakfast for the next morning! Staff was not very friendly. Was reluctant to find the exact room that we have booked for. Provided a similar one initially then after multiple request they changed The couch was very old and the cover was torn. Not up to the mark like a Hilton property

Bad food, poor choices, they did not do the cleaning as requested, tv remote control didn’t work, they could be better.

The staff were very friendly and happy to greet us; we were even able to check in early. It was in walking distance to the Galleria and restaurants. The only problem we noticed was when the AC kicked off in our rooms it got stuffy.

Customer service was excellent. Hotel was at a safe and prime location close to many amenities, shopping in particular. Staff was very helpful with anything that was required including a tiny safe issue. Over all highly recommended

Everything was great! Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. If you don’t get breakfast included as an option it’s $16-19/person thankfully we got ours included. Parking was onsite but you have to pay $24-25/night. Otherwise it was great hotel to stay at, close to the stadium and we made it to FIFA match 35 on time without a lot of traffic and got back to the hotel in less then 15 mins. We also took a day trip to Galveston and went t the beach and bubba gump.

Parking was awful and was $25 a night - way too high. Toiletries smelled awful. Room walls were so thin we not only heard the neighbors but could smell their food & fragrances. Staff was friendly and attentive.

From the moment I arrived the staff was super accommodating! Very friendly and a very clean facility.

The breakfast was good although I didn't like the fact that a waiter had us sign a check for the meal and there was no dinner because the cook was not available

Be aware that the property is right next door to a strip club, they charge for parking and don't tell you how much it is. The room was smaller than i thought it would be. There is a parking garage in the rear of the hotel. The shower/tub looked dirty, I don't know if it was just old. When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait a while till someone came from the office. When the employee did check me in he didnt tell me what my room number was or did he write it on the cards till I asked. Then i had to ask him where I needed to go since I have never been there before. It was like he was clueless. I didn't like that it was an adjoining room and it would of been nice to be notified before hand to be given the choice. I didnt like the $2 each they wanted to charge me for the 2 bottled waters in my room, either give it for free or don't put it in the room. The bed was comfortable that was the only highlight. The employee at the front desk for checkout was friendly.

We have stay in this location couple of times now, staff is always friendly, the room is always clean, and quiet.

Hot water and free breakfast

Everything stood out as great. But the breakfast menu could use some help. Glassware was not very clean from coming out of the dishwasher. Not just spots but some had lip stains and food particles still on them.

Other hotels from same chain in Houston offer complimentary breakfast and complementary parking here you have to paid and you get the same park yourselve and breakfast as in any other hotel

The rooms are very big. The staff was very welcoming. We didn’t eat breakfast cause we were on a time schedule. But I would definitely book here again.

I stayed there because they had a Jacuzzi and they didn’t have it working even one day and each morning I’d ask him is it gonna work? They said oh yeah maintenance will have it running in a few minutes. I had to move hotels so I got so tired of m not telling the truth

We stayed at this hotel in Houston and were surprised to fin that breakfast and parking were not incluided, even though we initially thought they were. The biggest issue was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that became noticeable whenever we lowered the A/C. we had to keep it running on hight to avoid the smell. Staff was polite, but overall the stay did not meet our expectations.
