Best place to stay close to the airport clean and safe

Room was clean, but could only open the door a "certain way" after using the key card to enter the room. The housekeeping staff showed us how to use the door handle - push down, then pull up. Staff was good and helpful. We did, however, have to scoop a cochroach out of the hottub..... There was also a black greasy film on the pool handrail - leaving stains on our kids' bathing suits.

The hotel in general very good but I would suggest better care of the corridor carpets, there was also a strong smell in the corridor

Clean comfortable and very easy to travel between the airport. My only complaint would be that the restaurant and bar were rather small.

Worth every penny we paid. Shuttle was so helpful and prompt. The long term parking was as well. I’d stay again if flying out of Houston.

solo traveler, one night, everything was great

The shuttle service was delayed this trip, I always stay here when I’m in Houston. I called twice to ask for the shuttle after waiting 50 minutes after the first call, called again and was told he had just left there, the other driver just happened to stop and check and I was able to get on that shuttle. The return to the airport was also delayed significantly.

My bathroom had a sink full of dirt! The staff said it had a backup, so they put in another room across the hall. Went to take a shower the water drained really slow, and then I noticed that they left the previous client personal hygiene stuff in the shower! So, the next question is did they EVEN CLEAN THE BATHROOM!

I liked the convenience of the airport shuttle

The hotel was very nice. The staff answers any questions we had and were helpful. It was very convenient for us since we were right next to the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Will's check-in and service were exemplary, and the room was meticulously maintained. The toiletries provided were also of exceptional quality. Highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel for a 1 night stay if transiting through this area.

Close to airport is only plus. Pretty gross room, I think black mold on ceiling. Needs better cleaning floors and bathrooms. Will never stay here again.

The room needs updating. It lacked USB ports for phone charging and because of a cancelled flight I had no way to charge my phone. I had no luggage or toiletries and had to pay $12 for a toothbrush and toothpaste. What happened to complimentary toiletries? Also, the shower ran out of body wash and there was no extra soap to use.

Room had a mildew smell however the front desk moved me immediately, which I appreciated.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near IAH one night when we had a layover in Houston. Shuttle service by the hotel was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable. The pool was open late and just the right temperature.

It was easy to get to. The shuttle ran every half hour to hour. Clean comfortable room. Soft bed.

Shuttle to the airport was a great plus. Everything was clean and in good condition. Friendly staff.

Sadly, this property was possibly the worst Hilton Garden Inn my family has stayed in. It was convenient to the airport and relatively clean, but the bed was like sleeping on the runway. The pillows were the complete opposite, completely soft without form. The hotel sounds like it's in the flight pattern. We were told we couldn't check in early even though our flight was early in the next morning. Just not a pleasurable stay and quite expensive for 13 hours in the hotel.

I was upset that the hot tub was broken and I wasn’t warned before I booked the room. Staff was nice. The room was ok. Nothing special. I kind of hoped it would be a bit nicer.

AC unit wasn't working so room never cooled down. WiFi also having issues. Really nice shuttle drivers though and room was spotless.

The price going over double from one weekend to the next. Spring rates? Spring doesn’t start until March 20th. It cost me over twice as much because March 1st was the day we checked out. I had inadvertently booked it for the previous weekend for over 50% less. Why? Crazy

The room was very nice. The staff was great

I was only there about five or six hours. Had to get up at 5 AM to catch a…. Didn’t get to try their breakfast. I had been there a week before and accidentally left my phone charger in the room so I called and told them and the housekeeper got it for me. Kept it in housekeeping until I showed up again to get it from them. So that’s a big plus. It was clean and good and quiet.

There was a sweet stray cat that was just darling as well. Room was decently sized and had nice amenities such as microwave and coffee pot. The shuttle back to the airport wasn't working due to an emergency and caused us and other guests to be frantic trying to get to the airport in a rush because their next shuttle they could get up would cause many guests to miss our 4-5am flights. Staff while checking in were sweet, but delayed us from being able to check in for over an hour because there system wasn't working and updating for our reservation, was told this was an issue that happens all the time. Had a dog growl at us twice while staying here.

The front desk was nice but didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. And you could hear everything in the bedroom. You could hear the person on the phone in the room next to you or walking in the halls. I know it’s a hotel but it was horrible to hear anything. Neither my mom me or my son slept.

Conveninetly located, with a free airport shuttle made for an easy early morning flight out of IAH. Comfortable large rooms There was quite a bit of airline noise especially eaerly in the monring that made sleeping a little challenging

Everything was on par for me at this hotel. What I needed most was a dependable shuttle to and from the airport and this proved to be the case here.

Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very nice especially Vincent and the lady that ran the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff cheerful and helpful, shuttle fast and dependable, restaurant in the hotel is convenient, location only a few minutes from airport. Perfect stay for an early flight.

Very convenient for travellers having a stopover in Houston as Hilton Garden Inn provides responsive shuttle service to and from the airport and it only takes 10 minutes each way.

Staff was very kind and helpful on my brief overnight stay. I love that the lobby had all sorts of snacks and even little microwave meals to tide me over until the next morning. Everything was clean. It was decorated very nice for the holidays.

Everything and everyone has been great one of the best hotels I've stayed in I travel a lot so I spend a lot of time in hotel and by far these is one of the cleanest and the staff is supper friendly and helpful and very safe location love it

The front desk person suggested that check-in online and reserving a room online would be easier and they did not lie. I was charged for the room again by mistake and the error was corrected later. Trying to book abother room after was also an ordeal. You can hear the rooms next to you, the AC is loud, and there aren't many decent food options nearby. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was fine…but my room was not cleaned and I went personally to the front desk and made sure they were aware that the toilet was leaking from the bottom. We had to keep wiping the floors with towels. I saw a bug on the window shield and I hope it wasn’t a bed bug I took a picture and showed the front desk… I had to checkout early due to that reason.

I'm so sad that customer service is no longer important to businesses. It's about making as much money as you can by charging for every little thing, despite the fact that we paid for a room in the hotel.

The hotel was fine but at the rate they charge its shouldnt be 12.00 for toothbrush and toothpaste. Used to be free if you forgot it and may not been the best but it work. What happened to guest care instead pulling every dollar they can during your stay. The over peiced breakfast should cover it also. Hilton needs to tethink
