Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow

The room was spacious and clean. After receiving a very nice welcome email touting their pool area I was very disappointed that it was not open. Their bistro area was also closed and there was no microwave in the room making impossible to eat anything in your room. Had to leave the property and drive to a restaurant for every meal.

Everything was great during the stay. Clean room, a lot of parking available and the ladies at the front were very helpful and friendly.

The room was exceptionally clean. It was stocked with everything that we needed. They have security on staff so we felt very safe. The front desk clerks were super nice and extremely professional especially Miss Rosa.

The rooms were moderately clean and I didn't see any roaches like some of the other reviews stated. The staff was very helpful and sweet to all of my needs and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was big Cons: there was a moldy musky smell everywhere except the lobby. The hotel is outdated and past due for renovations. I was disappointed by the quality of the room after seeing all the positive reviews but the smell was so bad I had to Wash my bag after just spending one night there

The room was ok, very large, but the carpet was wet around the AC unit and there was black mold on the baseboards due to the moisutre and water damage. It's an older building that could use a few upgrades. The ice machine was out of order, and the pool was closed because a kid messed up the lighting around the pool area. I did like how the hotel seemed secluded off the freeway and it was very quiet at night. Overall, it was ok, but i would have to say it was definitely over priced.

Location 1. The sink was clogged, and black, dirty particles kept coming out during our stay (two days). 2. The shower had a leak, and the floor was wet and remained wet for two days. 3. The fridge stopped working after one day, and we lost my daughter's milk. 4. The pool was closed. 5. When we talked to the personnel, they offered me a different room; however, I told them that I could not move immediately because it was midnight and my daughter required some logistics, so they canceled the new room and told me to go back the next morning. The next day, I talked to a front desk person who was more focused on telling me that everything was my fault because I didn't move immediately when they offered me the new room. Since I had a tight schedule, I didn't follow her argument and just left. A couple of hours later, they called me to offer me a different room, but it was too late. I was returning to the hotel very late, and my check-out was scheduled for the next morning, so it wasn't worth the effort to move everything for just a couple of hours. For all of the above, I want to request a refund.

The comfy bed. The green pool, roaches, dirty/moldy bathroom, constant clogging toilet, ripped sheets, view of black dirty gutters and green pool.

It has carpet in the rooms & is in a pretty good location Josh put me in a room on the 2nd floor in which one could not get the shower to run because the metal piece was stuck.

Room was clean and the woman at the front desk (Rosa) was very friendly.

This is the safest hotel in Houston. Cameras are at every exit and throughout the floors. I love it here. I feel super safe

The stay was good. The room was clean and stocked. The only issues I had were first, the shower water did not get hot, it got warm at best. Next, the WiFi was terrible. Couldn’t connect to anything. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

The stay is at least convenient and relatively comfortable. Quick access to Highways when I am passing through. Have stayed multiple times without issue other than no staff available to check out in the morning. As for the facility, I don't think I have stayed here once without have to smell illicit substances when walking through the halls to my room.

Inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Clean and friendly, but the ice machine on my floor was broken and my tv remote only worked intermittently. But the location is great!

Everything about the property was on point....nothing that I can say about the Brook that has any problems or issues that would ever keep me from returning here ...or recommending it to others...be prepared to relax...

Great staff! Room was clean and no issues. AC was a little loud but otherwise, just fine.

They did not clean the room well before hand! There were questionable stains and dead bugs in the room.

This place is good just for a night, rooms smells and very loud all night. I couldn’t sleep all night long because the air conditioning was making a very loud noise like rubbing a bunch of plastic bags all night long. The guy at the counter was very nice and so was the lady when we were checking out.
