Was there for two days, one night. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was super sweet! The room was pretty clean but was missing towels (it was 4 of us) and some dirt by the sink. But overall was a good

Canceled our hotel without telling us (despite an email with the hotel manager assuring us our room was confirmed and would be ready for us), without refunding us (we had to fight for a refund, they told us the room was non-refundable, even though THEY WERE THE ONES THAT CANCELED THE RESERVATION), had us show up at nearly midnight with two small children during FIFA with no rooms available, no apologies, and zero follow-up communication when we demanded contact from the Manager when he returned on Monday.

The room was very spacious and clean. Only problem we had was the TV kept freezing up so we couldn't really watch it.

Staff was responsive. Had problems with room door ,over an over. On the way to airport my CPAP machine fell fromm the schuttle I put a suit for 24 hour laundry and it was not done

The hotel is very dated. Bedding (blankets) we so old and matted up i was afraid to use them. The shuttle only holds 4 and only runs every 30 minutes so don't count on getting on the timing that you need for the airport. It's close enough but definitely not worth the $$.

The check-in process went smoothly and the front desk clerk was personable. The location was close to IAH and the shuttle service to the airport was great.

Clean and tidy, did the job for a base for a couple of days layover exploring Houston Was at the end runway so planes a little low and noisy but that is to be expected and was quite good for a spot of plane watching

Our flight was delayed so we did not get to the property until after 10pm. The airport shuttle did pick us up but our room had been given away. They had a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. We had reserved 2 queen beds for 4 adults. The person was very helpful checking us in but informed us they were overbooked. We would have to contact Expedia . We were tired but he was able to get us the room with the king bed. We were not 100% happy but we were glad to have a place to sleep. Again the customer service by the desk clerk was excellent! But the fact that we reserved a room and the possibility of not having a room upset us and caused unnecessary stress.

The carpet outside the door to our room was stained, looked like bleach

Proximity to airport, great staff, good breakfast. There should have been more clarity about how to access shuttle to airport. We had to ring the hotel to request they pick us up but hadn’t known this. It would be good to have an email after booking to explain this. As a non US resident we did not have US minutes to ring them but airport staff were v helpful and informative and phoned them for us when we found this out.

Very Clean, the excellent shuttle service, comfortable room, I booked a room because I wanted a day nap I arrived al the hotel al 5 am ( which I called to put in alert my reservation and the first thing they told me was that they gave my room because it was a no-show. Thank God I had the e mail responding me that there was no problem. I've went for 5 hs sleep and had 1 hour discussing this problem I and an other problem is that when I arrived I didn't have roaming and couldn't call for the shuttle

Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Last minute we decided to leave our car parked at the hotel and to use their shuttle. Saved us over half of what we would have paid parking at parking spot location. Only complaint is the beds shaking.

Great location right on St Charles and the streetcar line. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff is always nice. Clean rooms. Shuttle did not run till 12 am as noted. Ram till about 11:15, which I was 5 min late from catching. Cost $25 for a taxi.

I can't write a review the stay didn't happen as my booking was cancelled I had 2 Expedia bookings both cancelled I only found out when I arrived and had to pay an extra 100 dollars to rebook and stay

Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me.

The public areas need a little refresh, but the room was clean and modern. No noise at night and convenient for the airport.

Made reservation through Expedia. However arrived only to find it had been cancelled. I received no notification and my Expedia app showed I had an existing reservation. Arthur (I believe was his name) was able to give me a room and he was quick and thoughtful.

Staff was wonderful, I am handicapped and they were above and beyond helpful. The property is an older Hampton but was clean.

The rooms are dated but the staff is amazing. Great for an overnight stay if you have a layover! Shuttle service was prompt!

Sink leaking Housekeeping came before check out and myself and my guest weren’t made aware housekeeping was every 3 days Water didn’t get hot enough at all Shower head spewed hot water in the back and cold in the front: uneven pressure Spots on the walls Iron didn’t work Didn’t have enough towels (I had a double bedroom with a guest) A/c kept changing to its own temperature. Paying for parking wasn’t a bad price but I called the hotel beforehand and I should’ve been made aware of the price I asked for late checkout when I booked, when I checked in and day of check out, offered to pay and was declined because I was not a high tiered member. How can someone book more stays, when the service and room isn’t up to par. I can’t rack up points to up my tier if my stay isn’t pleasant. It left a bad taste for my guest and myself

One night stay and conveniently close to the airport. Less than 3min drive from the rental car Depot to the hotel. About 18min downtown area. No complaints.

Fire Alarm Control Panel was beeping during our check-in. Clerk stated that they were working on it and it should be ok. At 2AM, we were awakened in our room by the fire alarm and flashing strobe light. We evacuated the room and when we reached the 1st floor, the clerk told us there was no fire, that the control panel was still not working properly. The alarm was silenced, but the strobe continued to flash in our room. We checked out and took an Uber to the airport; should have walked away at check-in.

We didn't stay long just over night for an early flight. However, the staff was very helpful and understanding in returning my lost jewelry. Overall, the room very clean and well-kept. The airport shuttles were prompt with friendly drivers.

It is close to the refresh car return area. Kids were running down the halls around midnight and then someone was outside near the room taking loudly on the phone. It was hard to get any sleep before we headed to the airport to catch our pre-dawn flight. Facilities and staff were fine.

Room was clean but the TV didn't work . The day that we went, the elevators weren't working? And people had to go up the stairs to their rooms. Thankfully, I had a first floor room. So I didn't have to worry about that. Staff was we're nice.

Breakfast was fresh, room was clean, and the staff were very polite and respectful. One of the elevator was out of service. My room was on the second floor so it wasn’t too bad! Overall stay I give the Hampton inn 5 Stars ⭐️

The room was not the cleanest and could definitely use updating.

They accommodate us by giving us our room early after getting off the cruise ship. Our friend traveling with us was impressed with how many plugs were in the room too! We were walking distance from the hotel to restaurants. I will come back

Stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. Rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was definitely a plus. Already have another reservation for a future trip.

From the shuttle drivers to the property manager we were literally there 11 hours and it was great!

Typical airport hotel. Had an odd smell but was clean.

The shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. They advertise that they have a shuttle but don’t tell you it can take an hour. We called them 3 times snd they said it’s almost there every time! We were tired from our flight and that is the last thing you need is standing around waiting. Then we learned the shuttle does not reference Hampton inn. It says holiday inn San Antonio, yet we were in Houston. Total morons this place is!

The staff and property of the Hampton Inn Airport Hotel were very good. Close to some shopping and restaurants, plus there is a shuttle to IAH.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay. The shuttle was easy, you call on arrival. The lady who picked us up was friendly and full of knowledgble for food options. There is a jack in the box right next door along with a Mexican food truck and a gas station. There is a Tim Hortons within a 5 min walk. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was with the TV and cutting in and out of service.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Ideal for our one nights stay.

Upon entering our room it seemed very musty or moldy. We didnt say anything figuring they wouldnt do anything.

In general it was a great staying and accommodating for a transit stay near the airport. The breakfast was plenty good and the shuttle to the airport very practical. I recommend it!
