Overall it was good. Seem dated. Bathroom was not good. No air cirulation so when take a shower steam stays in there and floor stays wet and flooring outside of bathroom is super slippery. Pool area is just okay and could not go in pool, too many dead bugs and some kind if film . But the staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and helpful and smiled! I appreciate that so much !

If it wasn’t for your representative Liz i would have checked out early and not think of returning. I had a few issues and was put off, until Liz came in and fixed my issues as best as she could.

The best waffles I ever had!( Texas shaped). Breakfast area was very clean and maintained by a staff member. Huge selection and started at 6:00 which is huge plus for me. Room was cool and didn’t smell. Only complaint would be fridge leaked water on carpet and was soggy in area and great of carpet felt oddly sticky. Very comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom amenities Very Nice!!!!

Place was alright but we arrived at 1 and asked if we could check in early and was told if we paid they would get us in a room but if not we would have to wait till exactly 3 which they kept there word and did not get us in till 305, so don’t expect to ever get in early

Staff, breakfast and clean were exceptional. Everything was excellent.

This place needed a thorough cleaning. The rug in the room stinks. The shower was leaking. The towels are old and dingy. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast was low grade with cold coffee and no hot water for tea.

Accomodations and staff were great during my stay. The only issue was having to pay for self-parking for a regular lot. That was surprising.

Our shower did not work the whole stay after being gone all day and promised it will work when we returned it still did not work. The staff was very nice and the property was clean. We had 16 hour days an it was very inconvenient not having a proper shower

We were shocked that there was no shuttle to the airport. The uber cost $35 one way - the hotel manager said that people are often mistaken because there are 3 Hampton inns around the Houston airport. We stayed at a different one last year and thought that’s what we were booking again. Make sure you confirm there is free shuttle before booking if that’s important to you.

Vehicles get stolen, robed

My truck ended up with three broken windows and my tools were stolen from it. This is an on going burglary and still no security or anything done about it. Makes you think it’s an inside job

It was great. We just wish they would have be open and honest on the website about the pool closure. My kids love to swim and were so excited about the pool only for it to be closed. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff was great! The property was well kept. The only thing I could complain about was my room was very dusty. Also, it seem like someone killed a bug or two in the bathroom and did not clean the blood up.

Fairly close to airport. Very good strong coffee. My guest enjoyed the rolling stools to put her luggage on, and the sliding bathroom door... Some guy underneath us or adjoining rooms were slamming doors at 5AM so hard, that it made the entire unit floor shook?

The hotel is in a good location and was close by everything that we needed. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good. Customer service was ok didn’t receive a good greeting when we were checking in m. There was a sign up and when the gentleman finally came out from the back I felt like I was disturbing him from doing something. But the overall trip was good.

My stay was great as usual. This has been my "go to" hotel for the last 3 years while staying in Houston. Still pleased with the atmosphere and amenities.

Due to the design of the bathroom door, it couldn’t be completely shut, and even if it was, the crack was large enough to leave it exposed. There was very little privacy.

I typically only stay at Hampton and it seems like every Hampton I stay, housekeeping really needs some training. They really do not clean the way they are suppose to.

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent however in our room, the majority of electrical outlets weren't working. Also, the USB chargers weren't functional. The Wi-Fi was too slow and it took some work arounds to connect. The refrigerator in our room was broken and had to be exchanged.

Curtain was dirty, I was afraid to open that how dirty it’s was. The view was terrible looking at trash. They needed to update everything in the room . Some of the outlets not working.

Then I move rooms. The front desk person wanted me to go all the way back downstairs with all my things and get the key. I told him I couldn't do that. So he brought the key up to me reluctantly. After moving rooms I found the coffee Maker was broken. She toilet wouldn't flush and the next day. I didn't have hot water for 3 hours out of the morning. Answer late, check out on hotels.com and in person, and over the phone there. Still wanna checking out no new about it. Even though it was set approved. And finally the room I was moved to had a broken phone. Didn't work not really sure what worked there at all. And it was raised apart as far as cleaning as carpet was very dirty

Not so good. When we initially got checked in to our room. The whole right side of the wall didn’t work. (Tv, refrigerator, and laps) took about 10 mins for someone to answer the front desk. Moved us rooms. Very inconvenient and was informed the maintenance staff aaa unavailable. Cold showers water was not coining out hot. Also there are no such thing as locks on restroom doors in your room. They upgraded to farmhouse style where they slide. Horrible idea since I do like my privacy and not convenient at all if you have a toddler.

Our truck got stolen!!!

No dining around it beside Jack in the box. My bathroom counter was leaning forward hard, holding by caulk. Although, my AC unit was working great and staff is great. Overall: it needs an upgrade
