An absolute nightmare, lots of cockroaches. We had to leave the hotel as soon as we arrived and find another one, even though it was the middle of the night and we had kids with us.

I been there twice is ok, fair price, clean, staff was helpful I cannot complain

also have resturant in shopping stripe mall right next to hotel on the back. You can even walk. They have Mexican, Chinese, Arabic and Pakistani Restaurants. I tried Pakistani Resturant and it was really good in portion size for the least price. Owners are really good and friendly and calm environment.

Llamé espere ccerva de una hora y Terminè yendo en otro transporte.solo estuve pocas horas para dormir tomar una ducha y salir muy temprano. Estuvo bien. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios. Solo que se ve descuidado y antiguo.

I stayed here cuz I had missed my connecting flight to VA due to the long ahh customs line here in houston, it's super close to the airport and affordable so i just went with it. I got there early and checked in early which for some reason my card didnt go through the first time but front desk was very helpful and nice got me in no issues, the lobby and hallway are clean the carpet could use a bit of a vacuum but the rest was clean and i aint picky, the room itself is pretty barebones you get what you pay for BUT it was very clean and neat I will give them that way nicer than I expected i settled in and got comfy took a shower they have soap and body wash which was nice cuz I didnt have any due to not planning on being left behind in IAH and yea the air conditioning works great I like it cold slept amazing cuz I hadn't left for two days til that point the TV has a few cool channels but yea I'd definitely recommend this if you're on a budget for sure Idk about the shuttle though I wasnt tryna figure allat out so I just took a lyft

The hotel should had a warning in the reservation that the ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN! I think it lacks transparency because it would help to make a decision! The price (of about $50.00/night) was too high given the circumstances. What would happen to people who can't carry luggage upstairs?

Water pressure was good and if it wasn't for location, just can't recommend

Wouldn’t stay again don’t answer phone was standing at airport over and hour waiting for shuttle ride from hotel land at 10:30pm got out front about 10:47pm didn’t get to hotel Intel 11:50pm have to change room two time first room smell like urine second room TV didn’t work on top of that elevator didn’t work kids running around the lobby. Just horrible shuttle man was very rude.

The hotel could be classified as less conducive to a motel. Only 1 elevator that does not work. You have no choice but to take the stairs. Water fountain does not work and I could not purchase water from the vending machine that is not functional. The cleanliness of the room was deplorable. The continental breakfast was very substandard restricted to limited fruits and bakery. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for 4 nights, and overall my stay was pretty good. The room was clean and I didn't see any bugs. My only complaint is that I had to keep asking for face towels because they only gave me one. This is a good hotel, especially if you're on a budget.

The television didn't work in one of the two rooms we rented had no ac ? and the pool didn't work! It was miserable and my grandkids were disappointed! My sister and her kids who drove over 700 miles to be with me for my birthday and it was ruined

We didn’t like that the microwave didn’t work when we asked for a crib. They said they would provide. We got a extremely dirty baby bassinet. You can tell the staff is working with what they were given so maybe it’s just a fault of bad management.

Location Very bad hotel. TV didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, bed with a “whole” in the middle, shampoo dispenser broken and hand soap. Breakfast was late for more than 1 hour due lack of staff … did not like the hotel.

The one night we slept was nice, but there was no breakfast/coffee because the employe responsable did not show up.

Not ice bucket or glasses in the room and when I went to the desk she handed me a plastic tub with no plastic liner. When I asked about glasses she said to try the area where the coffee was. Our room phone and TV were not working so walked down to the desk again to be told there was nothing that could be done, sorry.

Friendly Staff Clean & Close to Airport. Some lights were out in room and some features outdated etc but overall a great stay for the price !

The fridge did not work and we didnt realize it until it was too late as our food sat in essentially room temp overnight. The air conditioner rattled throughout the night. A lady had entered the lobby around 2am and screamed for about 2 hours. When going up to the front desk the next day. I had asked if the fridge and air conditioner could be fixed. I was told that they could put in a request but not to get my hopes up. Luckily I reached out to Expedia who handled the situation and requested a transfer for us to relocate to another hotel that was affiliated with greentree.

Room was clean. Refrigerator doesn’t work in room#114. Also smell of mildew in the refrigerator. Pool needs a cleaning. Other than that pleasant stay.

They then said they were full and downgraded my reservation to a nearby airport hotel that didn’t have shuttle or breakfast. I ended up spending money on extra expenses that should’ve been included on my reservation.

When I booked room thru afterpay I made sure to read everything because I alredy had this happen i made sure there was no fine print and sure as the sky is blue I get to hotel and all of a sudden I have to pay 60 $ security deposit needless to say I just had to lose another room and now have to pay for something I did not receive afterpay and hotels .Com need to take these shady hotel and motels off your platform terrible business practices terrible customer service and from reading reviews i do not belive there's anything in that roomworth 60$

Breakfast was trash, didn’t like the hotel overall was rundown.

Charge a $60 deposit which takes 5-10 days to get back. Found a roach climbing the wall in one room, switched rooms, didn’t have tv remote, switched again, tv just didn’t even work. Beds are springy and room just feels moist. The rooms are what you pay for I guess… breakfast is fruit, yogurt, sunny D, milk or a microwaveable breakfast sandwich which they only put out 3-5 of them at a time…. Slightly better than. Nothing at all I guess. They charge you $30 if you’re even 2 mins late on check out, even when I extended the room another night they still charged me $30…. Will NEVER give them my business again. The vending machine has like 3 items in it. The Mexican restaurant right by there is the only good thing I can say about this location. Spend your time, energy and money elsewhere.

This hotel if you can call it that is run down. The room had pieces of the ceiling falling down, things splattered and black electrical tape on the walls, hair in the sink and shower upon check in. I had to go to a nearby Walmart to get lysol wipes and spray to feel comfortable in the room. There is no such thing as basic room service during your stay, even if you ask. Front desk only sits on their phone and has an attitude. For 2 people we were only "allotted" 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 bath towels on our 3 day, 2 night stay. Sorry, but we take our hygiene a lot more seriously than what this hotel "allots". The continental breakfast is a joke as well. They only put out what the little that they do offer in increments of 4 at a time, so you have to wait until someone feels like restocking 4 juices or 4 muffins. All in all, PLEASE read the reviews and stay away from this place!

Property LIED and said shuttle would come at 1am. I triple checked with the lady at the front desk. I arrived and I call and the guy says someone will come every 30 minutes. Let me check with the driver. 30 minutes later no one shows up and I get no call so I called the hotel again and the kid at the front desk goes. Oh they stopped running so you just weren’t gonna call me??!?! Disgusting behavior. Complete violation of my safety. I also called corporate and still have not heard back. Clean and simple, proximity to the airport and shuttle service was a plus. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Walls are paper thin, but our 1 night was fine. Nothing fancy, a bed and a shower. Our tv didn't work.

Overall it was good experience, not very luxury but it was a good place to stay for a day or two.

This hotel may have once been amazing. The shape of the rooms is good. However nothing has been done to maintain it. I would suggest a lot of white paint is needed! Everywhere is cleaned but very tatty. Airport transfers are good.

Airport transportation still doesn’t start until 6am, but I did notice other hotels had their shuttle busses running at 5am when we drove our rental car to the airport.

The hotel is very far from downtown, not surrounded by many options for food and attractions

All was fine. The TV didn’t work so we changed rooms.

I had my vehicle stolen at this property not to say it was the hotels fault but they should be more aware and have better security of the property. There is suspicious people lurking they should walk the premises often.I had to call police make a report the staff wasn't concerned nor tried to assist in giving contact for property manager. I was here for work rooms didn't get cleaned often and amenities like microwave and tv didn't work. I will never recommend this place to anyone my vehicle was locked and with an alarm.

Dirty mattresses. Not encased in mattress protectors. Gross. Got 2 queen room to spread out. Ended up sharing the lesser of the dirty. Arrived well past midnight so didn't have energy to find somewhere else. Run don't walk away.

Property is run down, staff not helpful, when you asked a question it was always “I don’t know”. Shuttle does not run between 11-3, so no shuttle when we arrived or after check out. Cigarette butts in pool, algae in pool. Not enough towels or pillows. When we I left the room on our last day a guy came out of the room next to us with a pest control bottle and sprayer, when asked what he used it for he said cockroaches, and I asked it it was for bedbugs and lice and he said sometimes. Cleaning lady worked really hard.

I was very impressed for the price and location. 10/10

There was no breakfast available on the both days I was there. This was one of the primary reasons of selecting this hotel.

But, the TV didn't work, the hot water didn't come on, there were bugs in the room and the promised breakfast from 6-9am was not ready yet at 6.30am when we had to leave. The staff was very friendly. All in all an okay deal for the price.

The property is extremely old and dirty. My initial room was full of flying insects. I was given another room with less flying insects. I tried getting another hotel but it's hard with a little one. Absolutely no cleaning on the weekends. How are you supposed to keep and maintain a clean and safe stay like that?

The hotel is very old. Prices are very good.

The iron stained my clothes when I went to ask if I could have another was rudely told no and the ilight in the shower was not working the bed springs popping out and the fridge was not working.
