Location, size of rooms, cleanliness, felt safe, fair price 1) You cant extend your reservation through booking.com and if you make a new one, they want to charge you $30 for an early check in fee... but if you just book directly at the property, you dont have to pay that, just an extra $5 +$2 if you use a card. Ridiculousness tbh. 2) They force housekeeping on you on day 3 whether you want it or not. I am a very clean, very private person. I clean up after myself (i even travel with lysol wipes, mr. Clean erasers, toilet cleaner, and my own trash bags, linens, and towels...) and i use my own linens, so i never needed housekeeping during my 6 day stay there, but i was rudely told the morning of the 3rd day that I HAD to let them in, no arguments... and even though I tried to refuse service every other day, they still knocked on the door, which leads to 3) No do not disturb signs... 4) No breakfast. They have what appears to be a very nice space opposite the front desk intended for hot breakfasts/buffets of some sort, but they dont offer it nor do they offer a grab and go, in fact, they also charge $2 for a bottle of water and $1.50 for a can of soda. 5) Lighting in the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired. I had trouble putting on makeup/doing my lashes bc its so dark and the lights are so dim... even with all of them switched on.

This is one of two properties in the Houston area with the same name, the other near Pasadena. Subjectively it's a step above Motel 6. Fairly clean, towels are more substantial and not as see through, maid service daily, it has all the basics. The indoor bar fridge was turned off with a puddle of water in the freezer portion but it was a separate freezer and fridge. Amenities were basic including the small packets of shampoo and conditioner. Would of been nicer with more furniture like more nightstands or small reading lights or table lamps but the room has minimum furniture and the table and chair was a plus. The television has a good variety of channels. I reserved a room for 5 people but there were only two queens so be aware that just because it allows you to reserve a room for 5, the room itself may be able to accommodate in name only. There's no breakfast, meals or snacks available. Lots of nearby fast food and especially Asian restaurants. No roaches seen and we were out on the far inside of the motel so very little highway noise. Decent value for the amount paid.

- 3/5
The staff! That old man that’s at the front desk is always rude and nonchalant! Makes guest feel uneasy about staying there. Other than that very reasonable price, convenient location and very quiet being that it’s right by the beltway.
- 1/5
Everything was terrible I had to pay right away there was no after payment
- 2/5
They have a beautiful Dining room but no Breakfast is serving. Coffee tastes terrible. Pillows, Bathroom curtain was old. I chose this hotel based on the stars but it was so disappointed.
- 1/5
The staff were incredibly rude. They removed all of my belongings even though I hadn't checked out yet. They didn't even call me.
- 3/5
They could've gave a late check out at 12 but he said to pay $20 but it was ok
- 3/5
The room is not clean compatible with the price
- 3/5
Condition has gone down from 2yrs ago. Sofa bed with no mattress so the sofa has a dip when you sit down. Nonsmoking room has marijuana odor. Bed mattress has seen better days..

Cheap motel. Run by Far East Indian. No shampoo. No coffee. Room is dirty. no friendly front desk guy. 1/10
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
Broken toilet seat when checked in the room. No Internet in the room. Need to step outside of the room to get any WiFi
- 1/5
Would not process even a partial refund after experiencing power outage causing us to leave early for other accommodations. Advertised amenities were not accessible because of this. Older "gentleman" working front desk had an attitude during check in, while requesting room service and on phone when following up on promised refund. Would not suggest taking a chance here.
- 2/5
The room was clean though, so there's that.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. We save money and that’s good. No breakfast and ice machine is broken.
- 1/5
Dirty and contaminated!

- 4/5
It was straight just need amenities
- 1/5
I didn’t really feel safe checking in to a person behind billet proof glass. He was friendly but it was not comfortable. There were roaches in my room, we got there late due to our whole day being messed up with the crowdstike glitch. I would never have stayed on any other day.
- 4/5
Close to chinatown.
- 5/5
Great , very clean

Everything was fine except the The microwave and phone wasn't working they replace Microwave everything else was fine. Oh they don't have breakfast but they have coffee.

- 4/5
We checked in here after the windstorm here and it was pretty decent for the price...this particular location doesn't serve the breakfast but overall it was good
- 1/5

Great value for the money, clean and modern inside. Mattress that just swallows you up and puts you right to sleep.
- 5/5
I loved my stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was kind and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants.
- 5/5
Everything is nice theres never a problem
- 1/5
I have stayed here many times. I was very surprised on this trip to have friends in the room with me. Roaches crawling around the bathroom, the nightstand. This used to be one of the cleanest most economical places around. Now it’s gone down hill quickly.
- 5/5
Everything is nice and clean
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 1/5
I did not have shampoo and the comforter smelt dirty. The door did not lock so when I when to get dinner I took all my belongings with me. It felt like I was staying at one of those cheap motels. “Noises” from other rooms were pretty loud.
- 4/5
The room and location was clean and in great conditions. Lobby workers are a bit too serious and a bit rude, no smile, no curtery, very dry.
- 5/5
It was nice i always come here
- 1/5
Do not rent this place owner was rude. They can't even let you get late check out. Most hotels check outs are 12. This place is terrible
- 5/5
The place was great for the price and hospitality and service was top tier!!!
- 5/5
It was wonderful
- 2/5
Towels are quite old. The white towels are grey now. The hotel is bit old. The location is good though.
- 5/5
Kind and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Room did not have a single lamp or desk lamp, only room light.
- 2/5
Low water pressure barely dripping to take shower. The light switches are all jumbled and the switch by the bed doesn’t control the main light. Bedsheets looks like it’s from Salvation Army. Rust around the tub, and the calking around the tiles looks like someone just slapped a coat on without discernible skill. Overall the building looks like it was erected in a few months, or just need more TLC. Location is good if you want to access Chinatown and food.
- 5/5
One of the front desk guys can be very rude just throw the key at you or just knod his head
- 5/5
Good price,good view,good breakfast
- 1/5
Did not enjoy my stay
- 3/5
Didn like how the other guest stayed up all night for 2 days straight. They were very loud and inconsiderate of others
- 1/5
Didn't like the place
- 3/5
The best parts about this hotel was the quality and cleanliness of the room. The price was very reasonable as well. However, I was expecting a free continental breakfast and there was none to speak of. Though Orange Juice was available (through fountain drink setup); the strange-looking color of the OJ I saw Saturday morning made me scared to drink it. This hotel should not advertise having breakfast available.
- 4/5
Staff needs to show a little happiness. Other than that, all was excellent
- 1/5
👎
- 5/5
Its PERFECT. Staff laid back, respectful, rooms are JUST as clean as in pics. Perfect
- 2/5
BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE, ROACHES ON WALL. PICS MADE IT LOOK BETTER THAN IT WAS IN PERSON
- 1/5
Wouldn’t recommend to no one!!
- 1/5
Rude and unprofessional. Called the office at 11pm due to kids upstairs jumping. 1130 pm still jumping. I called again. He states they are not answering the phone. If have issues i should go up tbere and tell them. I said isnt that your job? He said its late im not going outside. Then tells me come and get a refund and leave. I said its midnight where am i going to take my family (3 year old) his reply that's your problem not mine!!! And hung up. Being already midnight i. Houston we had to stay.... rude
- 4/5
good place to stay
- 3/5
I think the place was good at cleaning your hotel room every single day during your stay, even though we didn’t ask for it. They restocked our towels, toiletries and redid the bed but didn’t touch any of our items. Overall, the hotel is located in a good location I am just upset at how poor their service was.
- 4/5
ok
- 3/5
The property was clean and well maintained only thing is they did not have breakfast and they are supposed too also they asked for 2 forms of ID???
- 5/5
This is one of my favorite places to go it’s always clean and the staff is great
- 3/5
Pretty clean & convenient if you like Asian foods. However, there was no remote control for TV., meaning no TV. Called front desk and got reply “be there in 5 minutes “ but never showed up. Bring your own USB charger & facial tissues.
- 3/5
It takes 4 hrs to reach 77 degree .
- 5/5

- 5/5
All good. Clean and safe.
- 4/5
Everything perfect .and the price is affordable
- 5/5
Great location in the middle of Chinatown and Little Saigon with plenty of variety of Asian foods.
- 5/5
Check-in is very quick and easy. Great staffs
- 4/5
When I went to check in, given my cards to staff nicely under slot, staff just threw my cards into the slot for me to retrieve it. I spoke nicely and respectfully in return total opposite. Overall the room was clean and comfortable for one night stay.
- 2/5
The properties management and staff are very combative and the hotel is located in a run down area I was charged a 80.00 booking fee from the hotel for finding a cleaner more suitable place to stay from my long travel to Houston. When i asked for a refund i was given the run around between the hitel and orbitz on who was responsible for refunding me then later after tgey got me off the phone they decided not to reimburse me dispite the fact when I reserved the room i selected to pay at the property im very disappointed in orbitz and the hotel.
- 3/5
We liked that we can park our car just outside infront of our room. Last but not the least the person in the reception booth should be welcoming and friendly.
- 5/5
Parking right at my door and hotel design.
- 1/5
Canceled us last minutes, didn’t send email or text to let us know. Arrived there and realized they just canceled. Unfriendly and rude staff.
- 1/5
The front office clerk was rude, not only did he throw my license back at me, he spoke to me rudely upon seeing me with my girlfriend (f/f) the room upon entering had the air off and we inhaled something that had us coughing all night. Over all bad stay. Wouldn’t go back again.
