The room was very clean and met our needs. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Shuttle was right on time and helpful! The facility did not answer my question about parking.

Good hotel by the airport. Would recommend having an early shuttle (by 4am or 4:30am) for people leaving at 6am.

This hotel needs to have a lot of work done. Bathroom was unclean when we arrived. You feel the people walking above you all the time. Breakfast was ok.

I like the decor. I really like the fact that you had a picture on the wall above the sofa in the bedroom. Many hotels don’t have that anymore and it makes it more comfortable. I could tell the carpeting was New. Well, it wasn’t my style. It was clean and nice. His housekeeping staff are doing an excellent job with cleanliness. The room is spacious. It had nice furniture. The mattress was very comfortable and clean. When we walked in the door to register, the first thing we noticed was an overwhelming smell of mold and mustiness. It was a terrible impression for our entrance. And as we went up the elevator to our room, we were talking about we hoped the rooms were better and one of the other guests riding with us said get ready to get your spray out. Boy was he right. The rooms smelled horrible. And there was a really wide gap of light that you could see around the door into the hallway at night. The lamps on the nightstand have plug-ins for a standard plug to charge your devices. Sadly, they’re too big and they plugs fall out so you can’t use them. So they are totally useless. The lighting in the room is in adequate. Simply lighting over the bed and no ceiling lights does not provide the lighting that the customer needs. Lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom leaves it hot and musty and if you look underneath the bathroom sink you’ll see mold is growing. The whole place feels like you need to have mold remediation. And the customer notices. Believe me, they notice. We have another upcoming stay there that we will likely cancel because we had two rooms and none of us want to stay there again.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C easy to operate! Airport shuttle was great. Would have liked body lotion in the bathroom. Prefer liquid milk for coffee.

Room cleaning every other day. Ran out of body wash, called front desk & wash told they can't access the body wash until the following morning.

A basic but clean and decently priced hotel close to Houston Airport. A comfortable bed, good shower but noisy air conditioning. I wasn't there long enough to find out about the amenities. I appreciated the airport shuttle service.

The location is conveniently located close to the airport and there is ample parking.

Property is older and showing its age. Not as nice as some Fairfield’s I’ve stayed at other places.

The rest of the stay was fine. It’s an older property but it is well maintained. The breakfast was typical but fresh. So other than having to pay for an Uber that we didn’t expect, the stay was good.

As soon as I walked into the room the smell was un delightful, as well as not being the correct room. The breakfast was no where near standard.

This was a last minute booking for a cancelled flight. I didn’t spend much time and left before breakfast started, but from what I could see and experience, it was a pretty clean hotel.

Expedia would not answer my concerns. We had to cancel our room due to dangerous weather coming in. The hotel was very understanding and told me to contact Expedia to ask them to call the hotel and they would approve a refund. But Expedia could not be reached. We will not be using Expedia ever again

Clean room, comfy bed, easy check-in and out. Very close to the airport but tucked away on a side street so it wasn’t noisy. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed there on night for the next morning flight. The receptionist and staff are friendly. The shuttle service is excellent without worry free to catch my flight. The room is clean. I have to leave the hotel at 7 am, they pack the breakfast for me. Everything is great here.

Waited for shuttle. Instructions when booking would be better, such as which terminal! Tried emailing hotel before travelling with no response.

It was close to the airport but the shuttle was a joke. We switched hotels knowing this hotel offered a shuttle until midnight. However on arrival we called over and over. Tried every single number for this hotel and no one answered. So so frustrating. We had to get our friends that were at the hotel already to go down to the front desk and ask what was going on. Only to be told the shuttle closed at 11:30. We had already started calling at 11:20. We were stuck paying for an u er that we didn’t plan for! This definitely ruined our opinion of this hotel and all we were offered was some points !

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at, and I go to Houston probably 3x a year for several days at a time. On site security to watch the cars, airport transportation is very convenient, breakfast options, and even a nice clean pool area

Hotel staff was sparse at night but available. Room was blah and somewhat small but the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was impressive!! Neighborhood: It’s not really a walkable location at all, esp at night. The holiday in next door had the Blue Dixie restaurant - closes at 10pm and I barely made it. Uber eats late in the area didn’t offer many exciting options either. A mini mart would have a been a mile in the dark with no sidewalks in either direction.

The room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Despite being close to the airport it was quiet.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the toilet wasn’t flushing and the water was brown when I first checked in , they fixed it but seeing that fresh off my flight was very disappointing

This hotel is in a good location for an early morning flight from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Cassandra at check in was very helpful, and we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Perfect location for taking a cruise out of Galveston. Free airport shuttle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for one night stay and super closed from the airport

The bed is not comfortable. Had to move to a different room. The room was on the first floor. The room service was noisy. The reception service was excellent. Breakfast was good as well.

At first, I couldn’t find the property. Better signage is needed. The closest entrance to the property is blocked/closed gate. THAT did not give me a good impression. I would suggest more lit areas around the building. I found it quite dark. However, my room was clean, there is one elevator not working. The bed was so comfortable. Had a good nights sleep,

Everything was okay, and no complaints. It was just average, nothing out of the ordinary. My only observation would be that the pillows looked worn out. They are not dirty but mainly they can be replaced.

The location is perfect for shuttle to the airport- however, one of the 2 elevators is down for maintenance and that caused significant delay to get to the room. Property was clean enough for the price. You can hear the neighbors so thin walls- or turn the t.v. Up.

Please advise the hotel about the shuttle services: if they are going to say sorry to their guests when there was only one shuttle in service, then once for all, they should tell the guests who signing up for the timely shuttle pickup (every 30 minutes) knows, that ‘you are on your own risk by waiting for the shuttle’. It was really the case, when I asked the manager on duty, the only thing he could say was ‘I’m sorry’. I told him, ‘sir, do you know what is the accountability means?’. If you already knew you can not deliver, go get it, sir!
