Have kitchen but No cookware. Sink clogged. No light in bathtub. I came down 5 minutes before only coffee

It was close to the convention I was at. Outdated room, old furniture, some lights didnt work. Strange people outside having some parking lot party

The coffee and muffins/ convenient grabs were great. Bed was comfy and pretty. It was quiet in my room (3rd floor). Elevator worked. Shower was very nice. When I arrived, the on duty attendant said I nearly broke his door. He wasn't welcoming in the least, but was probably concerned for everyone's safety. I didn't realize you had to be let in. I felt after that unwelcome first interaction was an introduction to feeling like I needed to be on guard in an unsafe place. Fortunately, there was little noise at all to contend with, and a comfortable shower and bed. My desk was helpful, but moved and did not stay stationary and the drawer was broken. Some of the lights worked. Overall, the room lacked cheer and warmth. The curtains did not close completely. On the night we risked being flooded from the reservoir/creek behind the property, I was too tired to attempt to flee. I do think a safety contingency plan would assure visitors that the situation was being monitored (recommended that emergency numbers be posted and this scenario looked at).

The facility was clean but had a strange smell throughout. Room are clean but showed heavy wear and unlevel. Dresser and nightstand drawers were constantly opening by themselves, outlets at desk and kitchen did not work, microwave/vent hood is falling, light switches intermittently worked, TV would not change channels, desk chair broken, toilet seat broken, cabinet door missing, no kitchen supplies as advertised, no breakfast as advertised, elevator door on a couple stuck and couldn't exit. If you're on a budget and need a place to stay it will suit you. But my employees and myself will not be staying here again.

Avoid. I reserved 2 rooms with double beds but I check in, they don’t have my reservation

OMG, where do I start? I literally have video of the horrible conditions of my room. I have stayed in hotels that were a little challenged, but I have never stayed in a hotel with this low level of maintenance and disappointment. I literally should’ve went to a motel 6. Lightbulbs cracked, raggedy dresser., holes in walls, the outlets were so bad I had to use a shoe in between the wall and the bed to hold my plug . no pots no pans on site and they didn’t even offer us new towels for the next couple of days that we stayed there. There was a kid jumping up and down on the higher floor that sounded like people were upstairs fighting. The room literally smelled like piss to the point we had to go and grab Lysol. There is no doubt this hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt or do a serious remodeling. To be honest, I cannot believe they are renting out rooms at this location. They should refund my entire purchase. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I will give them that but the rest of this hotel was completely garbage. I have video to back up my experience so when I recommend anybody staying here, I recommend going to motel 6. At least they will leave the light on for you because these likes were cracked. SO MY ANALYSIS OF THIS HOTEL LET’S JUST CALL IT ONE STEP CLOSE TO A DUMP. It is what it is. I don’t even know if I’m gonna ever stay at the extended stay again.

They denied my room at first they were saying it wasent paid for , he ripped the papers of the reservation he was getting loud with me , then they lied and aaid there was ni rooms left , he had me waiting dor over an hour and wasent answering the phone when expedia was trying to reach him

Rude staff and bugs everywhere

I ask the front desk to do a wellfare check on my room 224 today 08/11/2025 around 11am to 1p I called the front desk to be transferred to my room 3 times no answer, the front desk clerk told me he was to busy to go do a wellfare check and my wife phone was dead, I had to call the police to do a wellfare check. So at this time the front desk clerk was too lazy to go check my room to see if my family was still alive. I didn’t like the fact that this Mexican said he not gong to do a wellfare check, simply ignored a live and dead situation. That’s not good.

This property was horrible. It was homeless people outside sitting around, dirty and smelled like smoke. They couldn’t find my reservation either and had to opt for a single bed when I booked a double. The guy helping was nice and I received a refund but never again!

I would like to request a refund, the tables were not wiped down dirty tv stand, the wall plus looked hazardous popping out the wall, elevator was not working, it was a non smoking room and you could smell cigarette and weed smoke as soon as you walked into the hallway, we were on the third floor with no elevator had to carry our bags up, floor was dirty, sheets and curtains were stained, roaches running around looked like people were fixing there cars parked all accross the lanes in the parking lot, carpet was stained the drawers looked like they were falling apart, wall had stains. We weren’t even there 30 minutes before we left and booked somewhere else. I have pictures to back up all this information so please accommodate us and refund our hard spent money for this very disfortunate situation and waste of money and time in our vacation.

Property was located in a very rough area with a few homeless people on the property. I was concerned my car might be burglarized and cancelled my reservation.

The staff was very nice. The hotel room was cleaned very well, however there were lots of cockroaches. I mean everywhere on the bed in the bathroom in the kitchenette.

Laundry facility no means to get quarter without leaving facility. Two lamps in room did not work. Harassed by management when asked to use vacuum cleaner. NO receipt given when paid bill. Dog feces over ground, no place to put trash except on room. Very dissatisfied with this location as others have been much more accommodating.

No where to sit in the lobby while waiting for a taxi. Front desk was unattended and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to Dallas a taxi the second morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was good size and the TV worked fine.

The pictures for this property need to be updated. The water is dirty, there are roaches and all of the dressers are really old and broken. I’m usually not one to complain and the price was reasonable but all of the pictures online show nice new furniture, beds with more than one thin sheet and no comforter and furniture that doesn’t look like it has been thrown from a two story window. If you smoke crack or are looking to hang out with roaches then this is the place for you.

They wouldn’t let me check in until after 5 PM. Even though I was promised a 3 PM check-in. The room was run down, the whole hotel was run down. Strong smell of bleach in the room. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

Got in the room and I was tired. I took a shower and fell asleep. Woke up couple hours later with bugs crawling on my hand and face. Jumped out of bed and turned lights on. I saw 3 little bugs on my pillow and few are on the walls running behind wall decorations. This place is infested with bugs and needs to be shot down’ Don’t use this place!

Bare bones. No coffee maker in the room, not even any plastic cups. Covid absolves these low-end motels of providing anything.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke when i returned. Someone had been in the room whilst i was gone. Couldn't sleep for smoke smell... blood on door handle panel inside of door, toilet was not totally clean handle had something visible on it. Keys didn't work when i returned and had to pee. Thank God for the overnight front desk person running the key up. I checked out the next morning and they had the audacity to keep the money for the day i didn't stay. Never again. Carpet had a huge red stain in it not sure what it was.

This was one of the most unforgettable hotel stays of my life. Between the used food stuff littering the room, the cigarette ash, and the window that just fell apart and into the room one night, I can't imagine how little cleaning and maintenance goes into this property.

Terrible !! Got to the room and it reeked of a musty smell. Toilet did not work so we tried to call the front desk only to find out our phone didn’t work. We went downstairs and the worker told us he would give us keys to a vacant room to use that restroom when we needed to (instead of just giving us a new room???). We waited 30 minutes for the worker to come back upstairs with the new room key and he never came. We went to the lobby and there was no one working. Called the front desk phone, nothing. We had tickets to an event so we left. When we came back to the hotel for the night, no one was working because after 10 pm everyone leaves except security !!!! So we talked to security (who was very nice) and he said there were no empty rooms so we were basically stuck with a room and no functioning toilet. We decided to go home, didn’t even spend the night. Terrible !! Spend money elsewhere.

I found two cockroaches, in the reservation said I would be entitled to breakfast and the next day the employee told me I wouldn't have it!

The guy at the desk tried to get me ck in early for my daughter wedding !!! Got the first room open the door weed and other people stuff was there no phone to call front desk had to use cell.. then he got me a clean room ..so went off to wedding then I returned and shift change and the guy at desk told me we had to walk the stairs to the 3 floor.. then went to bed to wake at 7am someone trying to get in room well me and wife was sleeping !! And again this time it had a phone that didn’t work to call the front desk!!where later we found out it was front desk that had forgot they put us in the room!!!

You get what you paid for, the location is great, everything else is okay.

The location it self was good. But the maanger was not helpful. The hallway we stayed on smelled the weed. The room across from us was in and out all night long and there was no one working up front at 11:00 when i went to report it. There was people outside our window laughing and being loud in the middle of the night. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep and left the next morning. I feel we should get a refund for the night we didn't stay.

The bathroom wasn't working.

They did not have the room I purchased online, so I need a difference of pay. I paid $71 when I got here but I paid 87 online so I need the $16 refunded
