Awful. The please was nasty , they put us in a completely different room due to house keeping not cleaning the room. The room they put us in was gross it didn’t even have a toilet seat

Had 4 people. Honestly its ok for a couple days just to sleep in if you dont plan on being in the room all day. But the hotel staff was rude, said anything we needed was extra money which was not anywhere when booking nor did they tell us at check in. Telling us we needed to pay them 5$ to just wash towels that they will just give back to us. Loud all around in almost every room and can hear everything . Witnessed someone getting arrested in front of the hotel. Sketchy elevators. Honestly they need to really clean it up for the rates they charge for non residents (people who dont physically live there) its not worth the stay. 200$ is not worth it. Seriously, get new staff and clean up the hotel.

Need better WiFi

The hotel smells really bad, the pool did not even work it was all dirty and smelled horrible. The sheets in the room seemed like they were not washed. It had stains of makeup, blood, and God knows what else. Don't use your money here.

The vending machine was broken and the front desk didn’t have quarters for the washing machines. Other than that, great location, convenient, easy access.

Staff was mean . People live there. I would not recommend. Pool was dirty when they opened it. Pool is mostly closed all the time. Breakfast is only muffins. No sugar for the coffee. Not my best experience. Actually my worst experience ever.

I like that the property is reliable for a stay. The rooms are spacious but I advise that if you plan to stay a few days or more to go buy cleaning supplies because they only clean the room every other week. A couple of the younger front desk clerks are unprofessional. I’ve seen 4 roaches in my room but they spray weekly. The laundry room is $3.25 to wash and dry. WiFi is great. The elevator stink. The pool isn’t open but was told that it would be cleaned but it wasn’t.

Good place to stay, they don’t allowed cats only dogs. So I have to find a different hotel but I would stay here again, staff were nice and it was very clean. The manager you can tell takes pride in her hotel.

The location was great. It was close to the airport, which made it not too expensive to take an Uber. There were fast-food restaurants within walking distance, and a convenience store in the opposite direction. For fast food, there were: Burger King, Wendy's, and Popeye. The area seemed relatively safe. The cost of the room was very reasonable. The room was clean and quiet. It had a good view of the freeway traffic, which created distractions. The large refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate proved to be valuable to me. Too many people were loitering around the property. I didn't know how many of them were guests. Also, the cigarette smoking in front of the building was a bit too much. There was also some drinking.

We never recieved a remote that operated the TV out of our 5 night stay. There were bugs in the room. It took 3 days ro recieve kitchen equipment that was dirty and the tephlon was extremly pealed and pealing from the pans. Our outdated A/C unit didn't maintain cooler temperatures yet they said our A/C was fine. We also didn't recieve a coffee pot in our room the entire stay. Please tell me why they lock up the lobby trash can. Worst stay ever!!!

The pool had not been cleaned and was out of use for the whole time which was a bit disappointing but did not end up bothering me too much because the gym was available. The breakfast-to-go options could have been replenished more often. There was no hot water and a kettle was not listed as an available additional option. I managed to adapt without too much inconvenience.

The staff was very nice but the rooms weren't as pictured and not very clean. There was debris on the floor, toilet not fully cleaned. Hair on toilet and in shower. I was fortunate to be only staying for 1 night or else I would have left.

Most of the staff was helpful and polite, You can not get clean towels / face rags or bedding, you either wash them yourself or you have to pay the hotel to wash them $5. House keeping only comes to your room every 14 days. You have to take your own garbage out and they have roaches. The mattresses and mattress pad were filthy. This is an extended stay with a kitchenette, you have to go to front desk to get any kind of cookware/dishes. The pool was closed most of our visit, that's a bummer with 2 kids.

I would like to start off by saying CANDACE is very disrespectful. She is rude and she does not know how to conduct herself. I never received breakfast at this place. The pool is filthy dirty. There are people sleeping in the parking lot. THE BLACK LEXUS THATS ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE HOTEL—— there’s someone sleeping in that car every night & that is dangerous!!!!! They have ppl that’s not checked into the property but is still here. And another thing. Why am I paying for a place to stay and I have to give you $5 to clean my linen. Like can you advertise this somewhere??? $10 for another room key??? Candace is out of control, she’s rude, I will never ever in my life be returning. I didn’t like how as soon as I went in my room there was a roach in the sink eeeeyuckkkkk

Terrible experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

I could not stay because as soon as I had take the elevator to the 3rd floor, the awful smell of marijuana was present throughout the hallway. I tried 2 rooms and they both were the same with drawers missing from the 2nd room; disappointing.

There was two workers that went completely out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and that must say there was perfect and that was I am one was named Bree and I believe the other one was. I hope I get a ride it’s Maggie or Megan but she works at night. The brew works in the day and I just wanted to say they were wonderful.

We stay 2 nights with my 4little ones. Everything was OK except second night 3am smoke alarm auto triggered ( not sure if it was a defect or someone was smoking near by which might cause)

Front desk has teenagers loitering playing loud rap music outside of entrance. Door handle was not attached to bathroom door, vents on ceiling were all rusted out.

The breakfast was mediocre. But there was a little something. Coffee/Tea granola bars. Full kitchen in room. 8 minutes to my destination. Heavy smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. No pool access even though I clarified before booking. Have to pay for towels to be cleaned. $5.

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and cook ware and utensils were on hand and supplied. Communicating with the house keeping staff was an unpleasant experience and they over looked some of the thorough cleaning needing to be done.

Called to make sure we could check in late was told that was fine got to the hotel lobby had people yelling and fighting nobody was at the desk waited about a hour for someone to show up got our room toilet dosen't work smelled like cigarettes and musky i don't care how cheap it is i will never stay here again..

This place was disgustingly I wish to speak to someone about this place I have videos and pictures ended up cleaning my own room then flight was canceled and had no choice but to rebook for longer days but I requested to stay in my room cause I knew it was cleaned by myself. Simply disgusting saw 4 rooms before I picked the last one which had mold. First room had bugs all over second room looked like a public bathroom from the nyc subway thief’s room was a handicap cap room with extremely dirty floors 4th room had dirty floors and mold in the bathroom It was extremely disappointing and disgusting

Noisy guest, there was a huge fight at 4 o’clock in the morning with yelling door, slamming and beating on walls. I called the front desk and no one came to see about it. No police, nothing. The manager is rude and less than helpful! The elevators went out… both of them, and they were still sketchy afterwards. Skip this place!

The bathroom was not clean, the bathtub had grime at the front of tub near drain and toilet had mold under the rim so bad you can see it as you walked past the door. We requested the for a maid to come to room to clean. The front desk clerk said she would send them but they never showed up. And I was told that once you pay for the room it was final. They advertised in room kitchen supplies available upon request. When requested the clerk said they did not have pots, pans, or paper plates. The service and customer service was unacceptable. This was my first stay at an Extended Stay and most likely will be my last.

This entire hotel stinks from the elevators to the room floors. It look like many different people just living out these hotels looking nasty. I had ask the front desk if I could get fresh towels and wash cloth she said they don’t give out fresh towels and wash cloth to people unless they stay with them for at least 7-days so it will cost $5 plus returning my old ones. Also, I’m thinking I’m getting a hotel with a kitchen to cook for me and child the pictures look NOTHING like what’s being advertised it’s worst. They have no pots, no pans, no utensils.

The rooms aren't clean and the ceilings are dirty asll. The towels werent white . They clean the rooms after 14days of u staying at the property. Which is why roaches have made the rooms their home as well. No kitchen supplies, no where to put your trash, the wifi sucks then they charge extra for enhanced wifi and it still sucks .!! Please take your $$ elsewhere .

The staff was nice and the location was great. This hotel needs major upgrades. And cleanness was lacking. It’s a great price for what you get.

I've never seen such a disgusting hotel in my entire life. It smells of marijuana in the corridors and inside the room dirty towels never washed dirty sheets with the smell of sweat. I don't advise you to book this hotel because of the horror spent the whole night

First room- I went to see had holes in the walls, next room I went TV didn't work, no shower curtain, and hair in the tub, next day maintenance came to put sealant in back of the toilet, and then smudged what they didn't use on the counter. All this could have been done prior to my booking or even after I checked out the next day, but the manager Candice made it must. TV - management ended up swapping the non-working TV out for an out of date TV that had no remote, when I inquired about the out of date TV with no remote, the front desk clerk informed me that there are buttons on the back of the TV. I informed her that their Customer service was out of date, too. Last piece of information first room had possibly MOLD! 😡

People doing drugs in the parking lot. I tried to check in after a long flight at 1 am an was told I couldn’t check in until 3 that following afternoon after I already paid online

My mom was hospitalized and I tried to cancel with front desk, she told me go online, when i go online they tell me contact hotel. Got the run around to be charge and its not fair due to i just booked a room week before losing 4 days because my unforeseen situation occured. To think people would do whats right. This may be why i wouldn’t go back. Otherwise room was ok.

Overall nice for price . Only saw two roaches. Laudry room need clean dryers was scares to put clothes in, had to pay $5 for new sheets and towels. Again not bad compared to some hotels here.

Says it’s smoke free hotel yet as soon as you walk in it smell so bad like smoke as well as rooms. No conditioner or blow dryer in rooms. Cheap beds , room look nothing like the pictures. Pool is close yet they don’t disclose that. It was so bad we didn’t go back for the second night even if we paid we booked another hotel.

I was in Houston to cater a Wedding. I thought this would be a geeat property because of the full size kitchen. At 1st glance the room looked clean once i got uppacked roaches started coming from everywhere on the bed, in the bathroom, the kitchen, the closet, there where so many in one of my containers that i have to run it under the shower to get rid of them. I went to the front desk to make a complaint the Representative Evelyn was non chalant and stated her manager was out until monday. I asked would she stay in the room she said no and then stated she spoke to her manager via and that there was nothing they could do because i accepted the room when she showed it to me. I contact Hotels .com to let them know what i experienced. I them had to go to walnart to purchase bug spray since they refused to accomdate me with another room also the lien and the 2nd bed was dirty. The entire stay i had to keep my belongings tied up in trash bags. Im very disappointed to say the least. Unacceptable!!

Travelocity and Extended Stay America don’t have a plan in place for this type of situation? I will be disputing one of the two charges. Either Travelocity or Extended Stay will be refunding me.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos and I don't know how it has the number of stars that it does. The hallways and elevator smell horrible. The cabinets in my room were broken. There was dried stains of bodily fluid on my sheets.

Was Ok stay. Need to clean better found roaches and other bugs in the room. I needed a quick stay because I missed my flight. Was very close to airport IAH. Manger was very loud and over the top. Just unprofessional.

Property was noisy due to construction. The bathroom sink faucet was broken (spraying water everywhere, instead of a steady stream). Also, the A/C unit’s automatic function was broken, and the air blew constantly, unless I turned it off.

Absolutely horrible. Dead and live cockroaches all over room. Dirty floors and dust and debris on floor. Broken sink. No dishes for kitchenette. No coffee maker. Towels were dirty. They offered me a “newly renovated” room… it was chaos. The halls filled with construction workers and tools. Various rooms were torn apart and furniture strewn about corridors and hallways. The room was overwhelming filled with cleaner and wet paint smell. And the lock didn’t work correctly. There was a worker sawing and hammering away in the room next store to the newly offered room. I checked out that day. They refused to give a refund.

I made the reservation primarily for the pool. Its wasn't until check-in that the young lady said it was closed. The carpet was damp. There is no ice machine.

I was given a room that reeked of pet urine And pet hair all over the tables counters floors, even on the mini stove and dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty sheets. I contacted Ms.Jeanetta who was so helpful in this regard which I told her I refuse to stay in these conditions she called her manager who seemed to be accommodating in refunding me my stay I have yet to receive because of her avoiding Expedia to process my refund. Please do your research this place is definitely not the place you think it is…….

There was a mass amount of bugs dead in multiple locations, like the fridge and bathroom, and around the room, or literally crawling up the walls. I had to take photos as proof to show the front desk and there was literally one on the counter as i was showing them. The laundry room was open to all guests, but the dryers were offline the entire stay so i couldn't dry my laundry until i took it up to the front desk. The staff was very accommodating and understanding, which was about the only upside, and the beds were well made and soft.

This property had roaches and the staff was HORRIBLE they were unprofessional and the night manager was dressed like she was at home very rude and unprofessional

I showed up and no rooms available

Reserved it at the Airport around 10pm . Took Lyft to get to the property . Was told that they don’t take Expedia reservations at all , and Expedia should’ve call me to let me know . Suggested to cancel reservation and try to find something else. Had to do a cash reservation . Waiting on Expedia to contact the property and refund my money .

This place was very very unclean and had zero items for my stay. Pool was recently broken, ice machines were removed. Only one exceptionally over priced vending machine.

No on site cafe, no real breakfast. No coffee, tea or kettle in room.

Place had cockroaches, the pictures look much better than the real place. Old building, not good at all.

Room carpet is very dirty, old furniture, roaches in the kitchen table and restroom.

There are massive of roaches in the room that I had to live in at that time. And not being able to use the luggage carrier to roll my luggage from the room back to my car because someone decided to hold it hostage with the 1 they got. They need to at least have 3 available. That's sad. I won't go back to this 1.

First of all the stay at the hotel was non-existent because of an expired identification where is my refund it was supposed to be put back on my card

My room that i stayed in had bugs, when brought up to the front desk attendant I was informed that the room I stayed in, wasn’t supposed to be available due to known issue with bugs. Could not get my room refunded either. Very unsanitary and very upset.
