Very convenient and great amenities and most of all the Breakfast was Everything and free!!! All was good

The breakfast was top notch as well as the evening snack. The room was clean and the staff replaced the coffee and towels punctually. While the downtown location was convenient, the noise of Friday night from all the people visiting the clubs and blasting their music was irritating.

Front desk staff were super helpful and kind. Property was well maintained and convenient to mostly everything we wanted to do in Houston. We drove no more than 20 minutes roughly for some of the things we wanted to do. Some activities were as close as a half a mile away. The restaurant on the first floor was delicious and the weight staff there were amazing, especially True. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to a family or friend.

My room was very clean. Nice and comfortable. It was literally 10 to 15 minutes to all my attractions

I also found his comments regarding the complimentary evening vouchers unprofessional. He jokingly asked how many adults were in our party in connection with the vouchers, and I did not understand the reason for the joke at the time. I later realized the vouchers were related to the bar. We do not even drink alcohol, which made the interaction feel even more unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience made me feel that I was not being treated as a priority as a guest. I expected a more attentive, courteous, and professional check-in experience, especially since I already had a reservation.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable, although it was buffet-style rather than made-to-order. The valet area was quite small, which led to significant congestion and made arrivals and departures somewhat stressful. On the positive side, the location was excellent for attending the Houston Astros game, and the area felt safe and convenient.

My Number One place to stay every time I attend an event at the Toyota Center. Rooms are always clean, the Staff is always friendly and the breakfast is great.

Everything was as expected apart from the breakfast. It was the same breakfast everyday, so not ideal for someone staying multiple nights. The cleaning lady was excellent as she kept the property tidy everyday. All the staff were very helpful. A complementary bottle water in the room would have been nice. Overall, a very good hotel with good sized rooms in a very good location,

The suite was large and perfect for separate space. The breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks were great, this was a perfect stay for my 2 boys and I. The ONLY complaint I had was parking pricing, but it is downtown Houston

The staff was so friendly

Staff was not friendly. They never greeted us or welcomed us back when we returned from our outings. When I checked in, I was not greeted by the receptionist. She was unfriendly our whole stay. The front desk people just stared at us as we came and went. They greeted other guests but not us. No warm welcome at all the whole stay. I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. The restaurant hostess at the hearsay was also unwelcoming and was on the phone and did not take care of us. We will not return and don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Valet was also rude and stared at us as we arrived and did not welcome us either.

The hotel provided accommodations upon arrival. We enjoyed Happy Hour each evening, the Breakfast was delicious each morning. Everything was in walking distance.

The property is nice very convenient , great location. The only thing was a ask for a request not to be close to the elevator , and gave me one was a little noisy but not a concerned. When arrived the person who check me in was very rude when me asking questions, she looked like she did not had patient. Other than that the rest was great.

Well positioned in Downtown Houston , safe to walk around and near the FIFA world Cup Fan Zone and restaurants/pubs. Breakfast was nice, staff were always helpful and the hotel room was clean and well maintained. No items offered in bathroom other than Shampoo and soap.

The bathtub would not drain so it was very hard for us to take a shower without standing in ankle deep water. I let the front desk know, but nothing ever happened so it’s very disgusting. Taking a shower.

They did not want to do that for it will lose them business so they obscured it in the marketing. This soured my experience greatly.

Great staycation

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy Suites as a family in July, 2026. Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of space, delicious breakfast, hot tub and swimming pool made our stay unforgettable!

Toilet did not flush well and shower was dripping.

Deborah from Guest Services was amazingly welcoming. The breakfast crew on 2nd floor are very kind and attentive and accommodating. Their breakfast is delicious! We stayed here Monday through Wednesday. Hotel is very clean, from lobby to elevators to hallways to the room and so forth. The valet service was also very fast and friendly. They are also quick to answer the front desk phone and satisfy our request for extra towels and toilet paper and even a box fan to create white noise for our English Bulldog, Michael. The whole staff who encountered our pet Bulldog was very friendly and kind to him. Michael loved everyone at the hotel and they loved him. The location is very convenient with Discovery Green across the street, George Brown convention center and Toyota Center just 3-7 minutes of walking distance. We stayed on the 8th floor. Their swimming pool and gym are on the 3rd floor. They have 3 elevators which are fully functional and you don't have to wait long to catch one. We felt it's in a very safe area. We rested well each night and woke up to delicious breakfast every morning and when you come down that lobby, all the workers greet you with smiles. This will be our stay location when visiting Houston from now on.

The staff were great!! The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel did not have a parking lot. Had to park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great! A big selection of food and snacks.

Hotel is nice, I had the king suite, only issue was our room wouldn’t get as cold/fresh like the other room, breakfast is pretty good, 2 free drinks is ok can’t complain, vallet is pretty quick and consistent, front desk is helpful attentive, and do follow ups throughout your stay. Nice area, 11 minute walk to Astro game.

The hotel was clean. The staff at the front t desk and valet were helpful and courteous. The pool was clean and great on the hot summer days.

The breakfast and its staff was excellent. However poor management, they had plumbing issues which led to zero water in the building until past midnight.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and the free breakfast. My room was larger than I thought it would be. It was lovely. The only thing that shocked me a little bit was the $100 a night incidental deposit. I’ve stayed at other locations and it was never that high. I would stay here again. You can’t really beat the location.

Very nice hotel located in the city center. The rooms with nice and spacious. You get a welcome bag with snacks and water, I really enjoyed that.

Air condition in room didn't work both nights!! They sent help first night but second, just told noone available and if it was really bothering us, they would change us room like no big deal even though we have multiple kids and lot of luggage. To end the night lots of criminal activity going on outside the hotel with bunch of cops everywhere literally locking us up in our room. This was definitely the icing on the cake!! Never staying downtown area again it has became to dangerous for our family! Discovery Green park definitely not the same

Before we even entered the hotel we were greeted & assisted by the valet men, & they was not checking our car in! The whole building is very well kept & the restrooms in the lobby were spotless. The staff was very helpful & patient as the lobby became full because of a small storm. The two complimentary drinks a night, omg top tier! This is now my go to hotel when im traveling to Houston. I Love The Hilton Embassy Downtown Houston !

The location was great. Easy to use the 500 bus to get to the airport. The breakfast was good and the omelette was made for you . The hotel room was clean . The gym was clean had lots of good cardio machines and did have dumbbells and a cable machine but did lack the standard weights machines. The pool was lovely. Would have been nice to have been able to swim before 9am after the gym but it was well maintained .

Always enjoy my stay at Embassy Suites. No complaints here. Will continue to stay here for future trips to Houston.

The food and drinks were awesome, no parking but valet staff was very nice.

We booked the property because of the large rooms, free deluxe breakfast, and close walking distance to the stadium. We have no complaints. Valet was crowded and you can tell they were working quickly to get everyone in/out. The gentleman was very helpful making sure we were able to pull in safely as we had an electric wheelchair. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall was a good experience and convenient if you are planning to go to the Houston rockets game, it is within 3 minutes. Unfortunately, parking lot is not an option, you have to pay for it.

Outstanding breakfast choices and a wonderful evening reception

Valet was a bit pricy- charged per night and not per car. Times we were told our car would be ready in 10min, but waited 20-30min. House keeping never came to our room. So I had to get towels, and ask for trash bags to be picked up. Other than that, wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast was great! My room and floor had the worst smell, I wanted to leave. The restroom wasn't so clean. Overall I won't be staying there again.
