The hotel common areas were dirty, our children outlets did not have covers on the leaving a big safety hazard, elevators out of order, ice machine out of order, no breakfast as advertised. Honestly I’ll be requesting my money back due to false advertising, dirty conditions and safety hazards.

The room was very clean, the staff was always nice. Quite and peaceful.. i will stay again.

Service was horrible. Free breakfast? There was barely a breakfast. My family and me ended up going out for breakfast. The only thing about the room that is exceptional was that the bed was clean. I will not reserve here again.

It was uncomfortable because the smell of smoke even though it was a noon smoking too. The first night people on the second level were loud. For the future I could stay there again, I will just make sure that my space do not have the smell.

Thay advertise a continental breakfast there wasn't any breakfast at all that's the only thing I didn't like and the elevator was down besides that the room was clean the bed was soft and nice in the restrooms were clean and the pool is dirty

Breakfast was not like picture on your website. All you had was coffee. Was very dissappointed on that.

We stayed here last night due to an outage in our home. There was a few things I have to address, such as a red stain in the corner of our room, the blanket appeared to have cigarette burns due to previous tenants, even though this is a non smoking room supposedly. The smell was a combo of pine sol and mildew. Truthfully. The carpet felt.. like it wasn't clean? I don't know how to describe it, it wasn't wet per se but it felt like your feet were absorbing things, and their beds are EXTREMELY FIRM.. I was so uncomfortable but so grateful to be in a conditioned room. I would say it's alright, and the breakfast was just cereal, some banana's, bread and jelly, little debbies and coffee. Before you assume it's breakfast of champions. There's also no ice, usually hotels have ice machines, but this one did not.

Breakfast was nearly non-existent. The pool wasn't open and needed cleaned. Air worked great and liked the shower. Bed was decent, bring your own pillows.

Nice rooms and big

Rooms are old and broken a lot. I had to switch to the 4th room to get a usable one. Some got broken locks. Some got smoking smells. Rooms are quite old and broken

Room smelled horrible of mold and urine. It was very dirty and not wiped down. Tried to get a new room but they didn’t have anything else.

Comfortable stay overall. Comfortable bed, cold ac, and tasty coffee.

Great property. Stayed here several times as i'm in town for business. Clean, good location, walking distance to get food.

I think the owners should address some of the maintenance issues with the property. Our room was great and updated shower. The breakfast is not what is pictured on the advertisement of Expedia .

Room was dusty and extremely limited breakfast consisting of only oatmeal pies, cereal and white bread.

The guy who works the front desk in the afternoons is mean and lazy. He doesn’t want to give you things that’s needed after housekeeping has left for the day. I needed toilet tissue and he wanted me to wait until the next morning for housekeeping to get toilet tissue.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Roaches everywhere, staines bed sheets, nothing was wipes down and was sticky, the hotel itself looked rundown, and no refund to top it all off

Bed was not stable sat on bed and fell on floor it folded in half first time and second time lifted there were hooks on both sides sticking out one scratched my leg bad

There was mold, bodily fluids, ticks and dirty walls, sheets and such. I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me a million dollars.

The room smelled of mildew as soon as we walked in. Wet spots on the carpet. Suspicious activity (prostitution). I had my baby with me and didn’t feel comfortable so I got another room the next morning. Just don’t do it. Find somewhere else.

A lot of loitering in the parking lot. Apprehensive about leaving vehicle unattended.

Further, we could could not even make a drink in our room since no kettles were provided. We would welcome your comments on the above.

Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the free breakfast and it was a disappointment. All they had was cereal and coffee, nothing compared to the pictures shown. False advertising. Everything else was ok

They took my online reservation , showed up to the place and no rooms were available, place smelled like nothing but wees.

The manager here sucks. He’s only money hungry. He’s a Mr. crabs. He will kick you out in a storm. The windows here are bolted down. They do not feed you in the morning. He don’t like kids and old people. he’s rude to everybody.

Great place to stay! Beds are absolutely comfortable, shower gets nice & hot. Very clean room

The sink wouldn’t drain, even after sitting all night, the floor was soaking wet on half the room, the phone didn’t have a cord to call the office about it, and the oool was green/brown. When I spoke to them about it after going downstairs, all she said was “sorry.” The halls and dining area has no AC so it was super hot. Not the best place to stay. Would not stay here again.

Bad service

Breakfast was literally just a piece of bread and tea or coffe! Nothing else that they are showing in the pictures.

The front desk staff were very nice & helpful, housekeeping not so much. They couldn't wait to get us out of there & made rude comments & faces when we left.

FOUND A USED CONDOM WRAPER ON THE DRESSER WHEN ME & MY HUSBAND RETURNED. 1) That SAIDS ALOT ABOUT HOW THEY CLEAN. 2. NOT OUR CONDOM. 3) HOW DOES ANYONE THINK THATS OK to place a FOUND CONDOM WRAPPER ON THE DRESSER. **THE EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. **We WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN **

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Very dirty. Stains everywhere. Carpets are dirty with little pieces of garbage everywhere. I had to check for bed bugs because the place was so nasty and I found food under the mattress. I chose this place because it said free hot breakfast but all there was was fruit loops. TERRIBLE

They messed up booking and had me and my kids on the streets with no place to go.

No breakfast variety. Light noisy in the bathroom cannot leave it on overnight. Not close to any shopping area have too walk forward about 5 miles too the closes grocery stores or pharmacy.

Room was clean. But one of the beds was on the floor with no frame. Worse, the power outlet behind the bed had no cover so the wires were exposed. I have small kids and this was hugely unsafe.

It was a good stay but then I forgot my suite when I checked out and when I went back for it my belt was no where to be found

Their pool was disgusting they served Twinkies for breakfast in the front desk receptionist had the nerve to ask me for a tip when I was first checking in after I had already paid for my room and they had to change my room three times because they kept trying to put me in a room that either smelled like cigarettes and one room wasn't even clean

Just be aware that their breakfast is not what was listed. Little fruit and a few snacks.

In 2 days of stay there was a handful of bananas, oranges only on the second day, sad pieces of white bread for toasting, 1 packet of jam both days, 3 choices of cereal, and a random assortment of little Debbie snacks.

Breakfast was really limited, the pool wasn’t available, there wasn’t a body towel, the sink was dirty. It had hair from someone that probably shaved.

This hotel met all my family’s needs. The staff was nice and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The place needs live for sure. The toilet wasn’t working so we had to manually reach in tank to flush. The smoke detector was dangling from wall with no batteries. Two of the lamps did not have light bulbs and the breakfast was out of the script from Friday. Cereal no milk, coffee no cream, toast no jelly!

The property was dirty and dated. Water spills located thru out the property. My shower door was broken. Linen was dirty, staff was unconcerned. The pictures online completely are not the current condition of the property.

Poor breakfast, room is ok , no phones in the rooms , no weak up call's. Look somewhere else if you have family and children.

Outing was cut short due to room not being clean, floor was dirty, found item belong to someone else under chair and ottoman. Bottom of vanity mirror don't know what was peeling off of the nightstand, showerhead need to be clean also. what is the purpose of having a alarm clock in the room that doesn't work.

The hotel it self was alright some parts seemed like it was unkept like the smoke detector was ripped from the wall, what looked like wet toilet paper was thrown at the wall. Ither than that the hotel was average leaning twords the good side

Lady that checked us in was friendly and room was quite adequate. The AC in our room made a lot of noise but thankfully we were so tired it was but a minor annoyance. Breakfast was store bought snack cakes, cereal, bananas, toast and coffee so we personally just went somewhere to eat. What is really irritating the most though is booking a hotel specifically for the pool amenity and it being closed!

The man working the desk was very kind and trying to make the best of things. But there is no ac in the building except the rooms, room was dirty in some spots, spills and strains in many areas, floors, bed skirt, walls. Thankfully I stayed one night because I was told per manager they dont clean your room while you stay. That night I left to enjoy Houston astros, while leaving the parking lot I was flagged by many people to get me to stop, I didn't. At the stop sign I was approched by more people knocking on my truck windows. I ran the stop sign to avoid. I was afraid my belongs were going to get stolen out of my room so I left the tv on, loud while I was out. When I got back in around midnight parking lot had lots of people working. I parked my truck right in front if my window to keep an eye on it all night. The car next to my truck was broken into that night. Unless this is what your looking for STAY AWAY!!!

The toilet flooded over night and smoked my clothes, and the answer for this by the staff was to give me the employee discount on a future stay, and the employee discount was the same price as the Expedia price, plus who would want a “discount” that just gives them more money after damaging my belongings

I could feel the springs of the mattress but it wasn’t enough to keep me from sleeping It was quiet and close enough to Minute Maid Park for the game Lots of nearby restaurants

They say they serve breakfast until 9:00am, but I witnessed no food other than Twinkies, cold cereal, toast, and (thank goodness) bananas. There was an empty fridge, empty hot food area, and empty area that was probably supposed to hold oatmeal. I've also never seen a "gone for 5 minutes" sign at the front desk so often. This was also the first time I've been hit on by the guy checking me in to the point where he said he's into older women. I locked all the locks on my door.

During check in, I got my room key to go on the 2nd floor. The room I selected was nonsmoking, however when I went to the room assigned to me, it smelled like someone just got done smoking a pack of Newports and there was urine in the toilet seat. I immediately requested either a transfer or a refund. I got the transfer and the room was much better and smell completely better and it was clean.

I was bitten by bed bugs

The hotel was surprisingly new and nice.

There was a certain musty scent. Sheets were dirty. Room needed a deep clean. Broken telephone and curtain didn’t close fully, so if you were outside my room on the floor you could’ve looked in. The phone not working felt very unsafe. Definitely get what you paid for; except you really could clean the rooms.

Room smelled terrible front desk staff wasn’t no real assistance bed bugs smh it was horrible I had to go buy air freshener and get Lysol from the housekeeping lady the next morning I’ll never ever stay there again

Different options for fast food, which was nice since the hotel itself didn't have much to offer. "Free continential breakfast" was advertised. Consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, white bread, hot tea, and coffee. The coffee tasted how you would imagine burnt rubber to taste like. Room wasn't super clean, but good enough I guess. Did have towels and soaps for guests. Did include other things like a hair dryer, ironing board, microwave, and a mini fridge. Would honestly stay again but will bring my own coffee pot. And breakfast.

This property had always been our go to place, it was close to where we visit and the amenities were great. Breakfast is hardly an amenity anymore. You have very little choices. Location is close to some restaurants making food easy to get to. The rooms are in need of some repairs. Our room did not have the security latch on the door. Housekeeping walked in on my friend while she showered. Housekeeping was only trying to exchange our towels but there still was no privacy in this situation and a lack of awareness. We're hoping that management is working on updating the property as it's a prime location. Additionally, the 2nd floor feels unstable as you walk just past the stairs, in front of vending area and in front of the upstairs lobby. Definitely may be from old water damage.

The place is vleaned ,. My room for 1person was large cleaned and rooming. Luby just acriss the street. So i didnt have to go far to get something to eat. The area is cleaned. I feel safe and the price was magnificent for 1 night getway from everyone with Expedia, a place to relaxed and think. Overall i will be back when i need to get away.

Fridge was not working and moldy, sink did not drain indicating it was clogged, suspicious hole in the bathroom ceiling, room smelled of dog, no real complimentary breakfast as indicated from pictures online (update that so people are not fooled), and bed needs something to keep it from sliding off box spring.

The property needs to have a maintenance person on call. The first room I was given had the curtains hanging off. 4 days later they said they could not get anyone to come and fix them and offered me another room. The toilet constantly had running water so I am sure there water bill is high. Also the night receptionist was a young Indian women. She had here friends in behind the reception every night and even left the property with.

The breakfast included 3 sugared cereals and a coffee machine - no bread to make toast or fruit for an option. The beds were super comfy and room was spacious.

The room was comfortable. It did not have coverings for lights, one of the lamps did not have a light bulb installed, there was no smoke detector (cables exposed) and there was a wad of paper stuck to the fire alarm plate. Other than those details, the stay was pleasant. We would stay here again on another trip.

There was no breakfast.
