Second time stay here. Lovely place

The location a walking distance to the convention center is perfect. The price is reasonable, breakfast helpful. Can park there for free not true of the hotels at the convention center. Rooms very clean and comfortable. It is a good sleeper hotel that convention folks need to take advantage of. The mile walk to the convention center is a healthy daily walk.

Air conditioner is a little bit noisy, but for the price and location worth to stay there

Bathroom was very clean and looked new. Lotion, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hand soap dispensers were nice and good products. Even had packaged toothbrush (with toothpaste) and floss and in the room for us! Breakfast was ok. Have to fix it and bring back to room. Waffles always a hit, but cereal was stale and juice dispenser didn’t work. But overall for our one night family stay, it was a great value and and great stay!

I made a truthful comment about her attitude to Expedia, she saw it and asked me to remove it, I didn’t. While I checked out on Sunday she asked again if I deleted it, I said no, she said somethings to me I didn’t understand, sounded like she was threatening me, I entered my uber and left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

The room is much smaller then expected. Also its not a hot tub its a jacuzzi and very slow to fill!

The hotel was a bit overpriced for what you get. The room was updated, fairly nice & clean, & plenty of good hot water. We were disappointed that the room had no coffee maker, nor was there an alarm clock. The king bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was good, though the a/c unit did make an annoying vibration when the compressor kicked on. There was a nice big TV, but only the local Houston channels. They had very limited little breakfast choices, mostly a few cereals, in a small space at the check-in window, with no sit down area, and shuts down at 9am even on Saturday mornings. The property had maybe 15 parking spaces, none reserved or guaranteed, & we were lucky to find only 2 left when we returned to the room at 1am. The lady at the check-in desk, who I believed to be one of the owners, was not rude, but not friendly at all, & had a rough time communicating. They have no swimming pool or exercise facilities. It is only a 2 story building, but no elevator. One man, whom I believe was another of the owners, did come out & offered to help us with our luggage up the steep stairs. One reason we booked was they had a 'no smoking' and a 'no pets' policy. Overall not a bad stay, but probably about $30 overpriced.

Renovated and very clean. Close to medical center . Comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. No coffee maker in room and not much to offer for breakfast. Price is good. would probably stay there again

In only stayed for 4 nights, didn’t need much from the staff, so I didn’t bother them. I will say the housekeepers were very attentive. Would stay there again?

Great service. The rooms are fine and everything you need for a short stay. Romeo welcomed us and was so accommodating giving us a downstairs room as we had a lot of bags - would definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfy. Walking distance to the lovely Baldwin Park and some nice spots to eat and drink in Midtown as well as the McGowen red line stop.

We stayed here for one night for a concert at the Toyota Center. The room was a little musty (smelled like a former smoking room but nothing recent) but the location was very convenient and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Not bad for the price and felt safe and comfortable. Mattress was nice and firm. Try the ginseng coffee, it's delicious!

Good value and location for the price. This Inn does not seem to have fallen prey to any of the problems commonly associated with urban motels. AC was more than adequate during high temps, room was clean and quiet, and staff very responsive.

Room very clean. We had a little language barrier with staff, but worked it out. Air conditioning was fine and we backed up to our door to unload. Very nice place.

Located 1 to 2 miles away from downtown, the Rooms are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. Would love to come back and stay whenever possible.

The room was spacious and clean, with every corner spotless. Bed was very comfy and water pressure was great! Kids enjoyed the breakfast waffles and we loved the variety of coffee options. There was some street noise that couldn't be avoided but not too bad. We had a car but I don't think there were many dining or tourist activities within walking distance. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

It was very nice room with everything I needed and the staff was kind. The air conditioning was super cold! It was wonderful. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I didn’t want to get up early, but they did have options to get breakfast which is nice. I only stayed a couple days but I’d definitely stay again :)

Stayed here for a quick trip one night to see the Astros play Requested a bottom room and were able to accommodate. Room was exceptionally clean . Would stay here again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Romeo. Definitely staying there again in the near future. Highly recommend. Also they have someone there 24/7 at the desk. looked over my trailer when I left there over the weekend. Thank you!

The room and property were extremely cleaned and very well maintained. The only thing I would’ve liked that wasn’t available was coffee in the room. But, it was easy enough to go to the office and get coffee.

This is how you run a business! The property is in very good condition. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was modest, but everything you needed, really. The best part of this stay however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs and were extremely accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel is situated right next to the freeway, and it can be quite noisy during the day. However, at night the traffic calmed down and we had no problem sleeping through the night

AC worked great!

At first I got a room with smoking smell even after overnight and was not happy about it. The front desk changed my room and the new room was good. It had a refridgerator and microwave in room, and also provided tooth brush, a small breakfast area, which are great considering the price. The bus 54 station is nearby and subway station is walkable, so it oa relatively convenient transit to downtown.

Only issue i had was the thin walls. I got woken up around 3 am because of cars revving their engines. Not the motels fault.

We were very happy with this property. The rooms were clean, the breakfast bar was small but had just enough for us, and the location was very conveniently located. It was next to downtown, about 5min drive and no more 20/30min away from all other major tourist spots. The front desk person was even nice enough to make more waffle mix when they were out (when we went to get breakfast towards the end of breakfast hours). They also cleaned the room and replaced towels. The hotel was very quiet, minus being next to the highway.

Everything was great for me I’ll be staying there again ! Staff there are very friendly
