Kinda worn down but not terrible

Front desk was rude. Almost refused me after stating multiple times I made a reservation online. The door did not lock. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress was hard. The pillows were flat. The AC was bad. The hairdryer almost caught fire. The carpet was sticky? How do you make a whole Capet sticky??

You get what you pay for, not bad for a short quick night.

This was by far and large the worst experience I’d ever had. The room was abysmal, with stains literally everywhere, the Comforter had at least 13 cigarette burns in it, and was stained to the point of unsuitability, the refrigerator didn’t work (and had towels in it), the door sealant was broke, the room constantly smelled of smoke, the couch was stained. I could go on but I’m limited in characters. I read the reviews, which must have been faked by ownership, and convinced myself to get the room for value. Never again. Avoid this like the PLAGUE! You’re likely to catch it here!

Air was broken. bedding and floors were very dirty. Doors were broken. Reeked of Marijuana

My reservation was split by accident so i had 2 different reservation numbers. One person told me this was fine at check in. The next morning i was humiliated and had to wait at the window by the office being accused of over-staying and not paying a for second night. Even when i showed both reciepts. I even offered to write the confirmation numbers down. That was just the reception. The air conditioning was broken and made the room damp. The door was broken an i had to be let in and it didnt lock once in the room. The bed linens had some substance and about 30 burn holes in it i couldn't tell but i had my own. Luckily. Maids just walked in without notice 2 times. Just all around not great. Did not bother to stay the second night and left.

The front desk lady was very rude! As well as she didn’t know that check in was at one pm and to come back at three pm also other guests were still in our room.

Booked through Expedia and called to confirm if an early check in was available; was instructed by desk clerk they don’t have any rooms and hung up. I called back and they said they didn’t book it , I did and they don’t have any rooms; I advised but it shows availability and then asked for a refund; was told no refund can be provided.

We were not able to stay and i wasn’t able to get my money back because they said they were booked already

Overall for the money location the overall time I would spend it again it was reasonable.

This hotel is everything I love the rooms and the stay and the staff is excellent especially the lady who is always there she is so nice.

The staff was extremely rude. She called the police on me while waiting on my refund to leave which she had offered when she called me in my room to raise her voice to me that I was trying to ruin her business when expedia asked me how my check in was. I gave it basically a 3/5 and then told me that if I didn't like it I should turn in my key to get a refund.When I turned in the key she wouldn't give me the refund that she promised and called the police on me. I waited to speak with the officer and when he got there he went straight into the office where she had started to cry as if I had done anything to her. I never even raised my voice. Do not go here. We had 4 people in 2 rooms next to each other and she threatened to call the police when the woman rooming with me went to the next room to talk to our friends.There is a no visitor policy but we were all paying tenants, not visitors.

Only get a room here if you're desperate. Not all lights worked ,table had a hole.

I love this hotel the lady at the window is so nice and sweet always ask us how was our stay and the rooms are clean , the bed is soft and comfy I definitely give it a 10 in rating.

I left a blue tooth speaker that cost a lot of money one person told me it was there and other giving me run around . Heat didn’t work

This was my first time at this room everything with excellent great customer service only thing some of the people with noisy but it's okay great

The room was ok for the price and location. I was disappointed because my electrical shaver went missing after my room was serviced by the maid. My recommendation for future guests staying in this hotel is not to let the maid service the room alone or do not leave any personal belongings. Disappointed for this incident.

Yes I noticed some about your discounted rates for room.. I've rented several rooms and it always seems the hotels have a special room for discounted rate people.. I've managed book the same room several times with a few flaws like holes in the bedspreads light fixtures not working and so on

The front desk clerk should take a course in customer relations and in time telling.

Only a few analong TV stations that had a fuzzy picture. Don't believe the breakfast advertisement. There were only a waffle maker and dry cereal. That's it! Crack hotel! Musty carpet. Parking area less than guess capacity.

It was safe slept good bed was soft pillow was soft ac/ got cold good sales hot water.

Worst money I’ve spent yet... the jacuzzi is small as hell and the ac wanted to work when it wanted to ... the desk closed at 10 pm so we couldn’t ask for any other room and there’s no refunds after 5 min... don’t waste your money here at all !! We had to buy our own toilet paper too

The room was very large. It was clean and nice. The location was also clean and well kept. For the price, it was well worth it!

This place was disgusting. Not worth a Penny. I paid for non smoking room and when I got in my room it smelled like urine and smoke. The tv didn’t work and when I told the people they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a refund and of course they said no. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Honestly from the outside looking in...it was nice...but upon entrance I was very disappointed...we got a none smoking room...n yet there was about 8 burn wholes in the comforter...then we I raise the comforter...there are stains on majority of it...it’s like they don’t care about their ratings or the satisfaction of the guest....there was blood on the walls n also the tub was dirty...this has probably been my worst experience with a hotel room...very very disappointed n disgusted!!!

The room was clean. The sheets were clean and crisp and smelled clean. Although the only unit that available was smoking and a handicapped. I was first put in the smoking but asked to be moved because the smoke odor was too much for me. I was moved to the room next to the one i was in which was handicap. I had no problem with the room being clean. The only problem i had it that there was a large looked like urine spot on the sofa that went through to the other side of the cushion. I didnt sit on the sofa. I only sat on,the bed.

I would never booked her again. Half the things that was suppose to be in the room wasn't. Only two pillow. A smoking room no ashtray. When i went to tell them about the missing items. The night auditor told me people always still a lot of things. Really? Like really lady. So can y'all replace what they stole? Lied and said there was no downstairs rooms. I watched her check another person down stair. They were not in need to stay down stairs. Bur i guess it was available for them though. Be cautious.

It was ok, the location was no good as we thought it's 25 min to the airport and for good restaurant we needed to drive 15 min

Not so great for a new place I got a cray room nothing was new you could tell it was just thrown together.. nothing was new in the room a/c didn't work properly was way too much money for the room and no privacy loud and noisy.

It was noise kids running up and down the steps playing out in parking lot a/c didn't work properly. Built like it was just thrown together old phone old a/c.

Found a used needle in the couch

No ac and no other room to switch to. They made no adjustment on our bill will not stay here again

Relaxing

I was kind of nervous when I booked the hotel online, but it actually was a good stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had no complaints. The room was very clean and spacious and it smelled like spring. I don’t know if they had an air freshener bomb or what but I love it, because I hate the smell of stinky rooms. Oh btw some people complained about not having WiFi... all you have to do is ask for the password and the staff will give you a piece of paper with the name and password on it, then you connect it to your laptop and from there you can connect the rest of your devices from the laptop. But the next time my boyfriend visits from college we definitely will be coming here again.... I mean you just can’t beat the price and it was actually a decent hotel.

Hotel staff was helpful & understanding, gave us a call out of consideration to the other guest, but they ultimately understood that we were not at fault. Beds were comfortable & room had a full kitchen (perhaps a waste of space?). Bed spreads could use a wash.

Clean the walls are thin and you can hear or be heard easily but overall good stay..easy freeway access
