Doubletree by Hilton Houston Hobby Airport

When we entered the lobby we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff. The room was clean & ready when we arrived.

Loved being able to go to airport on your shuttle. In fact that was the only reason I chose your hotel. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful everything was inside! Every staff member I crossed paths with was pleasant and asked how my stay was going. Can't say enough good things about Doubletree by Hilton at Houston Hobby Airport! NOT A THING

Everything was good but you already have to pay that extra money for damages that you cause or not but if that doesn’t take the cake which I think that’s crazy ain’t that what there insurance is for and then here you have to pay parking there also hell no I stayed 1 night and got a hotel else where

The only complaint we had was that our curtains didn’t close all the way and we were on the first floor with our window facing the parking lot. The maintenance did attempt to pin them. It helped for the most part.

Did not receive a receipt of my stay. Was told it was a private room by the woman at the front desk. I did receive a receipt for the meal I purchased. Thank you.

Very close to airport for next day early travel

Flight cancelled and stayed here overnight. Very clean, are surroundings and free shuttle. Room was spotless and very quiet.

The only concern was the AC being inoperable in our conference room. The ability to correct unfortunately yielded unfavorable results.

Nothing The system was down I arrived at 3pm to check in I was told the system is down and I had to wait in the lobby. So I proceeded to wait until 5:45 pm and then it was announced we can cancel the stay and book elsewhere. There wasn’t any communication in between this time what’s so ever no compensation for my time wasted or anything not even an apology from anyone of your staff members. I booked another hotel at 5:50 pm

There is no microwave in the room and the fridge in the room didn’t work. The cust if the room is too much for missing appliances and non working appliances

The hotel is in fair condition. It smells like people smoked in the room I was in.

We got there at 8pm and left at 5am the next morning and got a ticket on my car for parking in the parking lot of hotel. I didn’t do extended parking! I’m shocked and upset

The room was decent. The lobby was under construction. The pool water was very cloudy the entire 4 days we were there. The restaurant in the lobby was cute and salad was good. It was an ok stay. I was not as impressed as the pictures looked.

I needed a room overnight after a delayed flight left me in Houston. I was able to book online expeditiously, shuttle was greatly appreciated and just a short wait, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful. And a chocolate chip cookie upon check-in helped make my overnight delay a little better. 😀

The room was lovely, comfy and clean, the bathroom was clean and with plenty of towels, staff was friendly and courteous and the pool was fantastic, being both big, fresh with the temperature and even towels ready at the poolside Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Houston it's a distance from most areas of Houston, but it did have a Jack in The Box next door and some gas stations down the road that is helpful for gas, munchies and breakfast

Good location near Hobby Airport. Generally quiet and peaceful time being there. Parking on the property expense should be clearly stated in the reservation information and process for checking in.

Room was very nice but just can’t seem to understand why they would charge for coffee. Then you charge for coffee and don’t have creamer or Splenda -

Great staff, great decoration during World Cup. Place was quiet clean and most of all loved the gym!

Room restroom should be updated but room was nice. Pillows sucked but thats normal at hotels. Better than a hampton inn

nice property all around! Price was great! Airport shuttles leaves right on schedule so be at pick up point before the leave time. The only issue was 2 bags or trash left in room from previous cleaners and TV was offline. Didn't get the wake up call I requested but that's ok too!

Great! Clean rooms. Only thing I didn't like was housekeeping continuously coming to the door and in the room hours before checkout as we tried to sleep. Other than that, great!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary airport shuttle was convenient and made my travel experience stress-free. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport was a major plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

It was a delightful experience except for the pool was always dirty and the foyer was under construction, big negative as FIFA was in process. The pictures oversold the state of finished appearances and cleanliness.

Only downside was parking was not included. $15/day to park! It should be included.

The AC was set to 60, but the room still never cooled properly, and the air did not circulate well toward the bed. After noticing dust around the vent and seeing dust particles floating in the room, I checked the air filter area above the restroom. The amount of buildup was disturbing and looked like it had not been serviced within a normal maintenance window. There were also several cosmetic issues, including frayed carpet near the bathroom doorway, multiple stains on the carpet and furniture, and a noticeable red stain in the room. The mini fridge also did not cool properly, and there was a notice on it basically saying the hotel was not responsible for anything placed inside, which made it seem like this was already a known issue. Also, the cookie given at check-in was phenomenal, but after seeing the condition of the room and air filter, I do have concerns about whether the rest of the property is being maintained to the same standard as the customer service. Again, the staff were great, but the room condition did not match what I would expect from a DoubleTree/Hilton property. Between the AC, dirty air filter, stained carpet/furniture, and non-cooling fridge, the room definitely needs maintenance attention.

The coffee in the urns in the lobby costs as much as Starbucks!

Great hotel and shuttle service at the Hobby Houston airport. I did not like that we had to pay for parking. And that the parking was on a scan the code that linked me to the app. When i got the receipt the following day it had an additional usage fee of $1 and tax on the transaction. Not a lot of money but an airport hotel should not be charging for parking.

The room is clean but definitely wouldn’t recommend more than an overnight or one weekend stay. The bathroom roof tiles are made of styrofoam.

Overall, ok for a night stay for a layover. Clean, but could use renovations. Bed was super soft, but not in a good way. Just old. AC needs repair, at it at 62 and it still about 70. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was exceptional

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were traveling with children and were disturbed by loud, graphic, and inappropriate noises coming from the hallway and the room next door late into the night. It was so excessive that it sounded like an adult movie was being filmed. The situation made our family very uncomfortable and significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We expect a hotel to provide a family-friendly environment, and this experience fell well short of that expectation. I hope management takes steps to address noise complaints more effectively in the future.

The room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Warm cookies on arrival was my grandsons favorite part of the stay. Plenty of easy parking and airport shuttle that runs all night was awesome.

Hotel was nice. I would probably stay there again. Only negative was finding out you had to pay to park once you checked in. Very large area and only a quarter full. It really wouldn’t have been a negative if I was booking and they were up front on the fee.

Great stay, best cookies ever

It was a short stay. I need the shuttle to the airport but they never mentioned that they don’t ride to Bush and the driver drop me off to the nearest one like 5 min away and took off… I understand that IAH is far but clarify that your shuttle doesn’t go there…

We only stayed one night and due to a late flight got in past midnight. I still got a cookie! Since we were headed to the Galveston port the next morning I was grateful we were 5 minutes from the aiport!
