Good check in, staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is be prepared for the wave to smack you in the face from the smell of fabulouso clean. Suggestion to staff, dilute it please, it shouldn’t be burning your nose all night and causing a headache. Otherwise, lovely stay.

Room was clean but sterile. Laminate flooring without rugs or carpet. As a single female traveler, the door did not seem secure- it did not close tightly and there was a gap between the door and the frame. The bathroom was outdated and while it was generally clean, there were areas where deep clean was needed. The television had a good selection of cable television channels but I was eager to go the next morning. I did not stay long enough to see the pool.

Had rust around the tub and had water spots and possible mold around sprinkler in room.

For some reason my keycard wouldn't work when we got back to our room for some reason. But the deskclerk took care of it promptly.

The only thing that I didn't like was all the noise from the people above us. The ceiling would crack everytime the kids were running across the floor and you could hear them jumping on the bed. That went on for hours and we'll past midnight. That however, that is out of the control of the hote,l but parents need to do better. I get it their kids, I have my own, but just because you're not at home doesn't mean you should allow that when there's other people below you having to listen to that and I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced to pack up all my belongings back into the luggage to move to another room that late at night.

There was not enough parking and it did not feel safe. The staff was rarely seen. I was allergic to the cleaning products. The room was extremely loud at night. So loud I was not able to sleep. I did not feel safe. I checked out a day early. I would not recommend.

I came on 3/6-3/8/2026 to celebrate my birthday weekend. The hotel was okay except for the unwsnted guests in our room! Bugs water bugs. I think they need to do some serious spraying. Other than that great staff! Friendly as well.

Gissel is so attentive and so helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies Maria and Mariel are just the sweetest always making sure we have what we need .

Other than that the room was great! The blinds are the absolute best anywhere around which I love considering I typically need to be in a dark setting to actually sleep undisturbed which this was no problem for me!

The staff were nice and property is clean and basic. Ice machine does not work. Door hinges in bathroom are rusted. Rusty Brown stain on bath tub. Holes in tub. Bath mat is up and moldy. Hard water stains on walls of bath tub.
