Very clean, everything looked new and was comfortable.

While the staff was friendly, there were roaches on the property, in guest rooms, confirmed by at least 3 guests. The rooms did seem clean however. The pictures here and their website however do not match reality; it looks spacious and modern online, however it is actually run down and looks cheaply “upgraded”. Also the layout is different than the photos. Breakfast though was good. I’m honestly surprised by the high ratings. It truly is a 1-2 star hotel, so expect that.

The staff was my favorite part of my stay. It is a very old building, so the AC and vent in the bathroom make a lot of noise but it was still so easy to sleep in peace.

I rarely stay at motels when i travel, but i really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was pretty with a cute waterfall. Pool is outside but very clean. The room was an average room, but I didn’t mind because i spent very little time in there anyway. There are restaurants very near and a shopping center nearby also. I give this place s 10/10 honestly.

The shuttle service from the airport can't be beat! They staff was extremely friendly, the room spotlessly clean and spacious and breakfast was delicious! The waffles were especially tasty! We come back time and time again for the fantastic location, great service and atmosphere.

Housekeeping were great and topped up necessities and cleaned very well. Loved the laundry facilities, gym and pool. Breakfast was okay, coffee were great selections.

This place was very unsafe. They were trying to break into my vehicle and steal some of my property inside my vehicle. I will never stay there again. No recommend to no one. It used to be nice and safe but not anymore. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed.

Love everything about the room, just a couple of minutes from Hobby Airport and breakfast was good!

They required an additional $100 deposit stating it would be refunded the next day. Only to find out that the refund could take up to 10 business days to be returned. The deal I thought I was getting was not a deal and I should have stayed at the better hotel for 15 dollars more . The misrepresentation of refunding the $100 deposit the following day. When they knew good and well it waited take 10 business days to refund.

I’m always coming to this hotel every time I come into town I love coming here. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. Everybody is amazing. Good spirited people. I do appreciate everything that they do. Thank you so much guys. You’re the best.

Was excited to stay here because of the nice pool. Unfortunately due to rude staff, nails sticking out of the threshold to the sink, and terrible visibility turning out on the one way street that the staff chalked up the cities fault. An employee driving the transit van almost hit us when trying to turn out as well. My family and I only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had plan to stay here and had to go through Expedia to get refunded. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on leaving the hotel at all.

Our rooms had MULTIPLE bugs they were all different kinds of bugs. We couldn’t live comfortably because we were so worried about the bugs getting into our bags. We didn’t even eat the first day in the room but saw bugs that night and every day after.

Great accommodations and staff! Only issue was a noisy hvac radiator in the room.

We were only here one night but it was perfect what we needed. Small little pool was perfect. And despite the area.. the hotel seemed very safe .

It's a seedy part of town, and the traffic pattern out front is a little wonky. No elevator to get to the second floor rooms. If they hadn't had available rooms on the ground floor, we would have had to go somewhere else, because we can't schlepp heavy suitcases up stairs any more (we're early old). There was a drawer between the bed and the sofa that wouldn't stay closed, and the A/C unit was noisy. Otherwise it was a perfectly good place to stay, very close to the airport and the car rental places, and they had real sausage and potatoes (and fake eggs) for breakfast.

I stayed in a non smoking king and it was very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. Felt safe. Did not have a chance to have any breakfast as I got to sleep in with a 12:00 noon check out time!

There was rain, they would not give us a ride to the airport 10 min away, so we had to pay for a Lyft. I booked it for the shuttle service. I asked at the desk if we needed to say one more night if our room was even available. She said to book it and pay cancellation fees if don’t end up staying. What?!? I was in person asking if it was available? Pay cancellation fees through Expedia if I want to book it and not end up staying? The room was nice and the kitchen was very clean and nice. Property had homeless coming up asking for Shoes.

Great Staff, clean and comfortable room

I knew from the beginning when I spoke to the driver and she barely spoke acted like she had an attitude this would be a terrible place to stay. My first issue was they don’t specify in their description they only pick up and drop off from one hotel in Houston and Expedia made my flight leaving from the other hotel. As far as the room goes it was average I would definitely buy plastic silverware for your stay and/or your own dish rags (they use a sponge that obviously has been used multiple times), there was left over food on the dishes put away in the kitchen from the previous visitor. Microwave was dirty with crumbs and old food inside. Crumbs in between the fridge. Sheets had yellow specks on them and when you ask for new towels/bedding they act like it is an issue because they have signs posted trying to “save water” they want to replace linens every 3 days. Gym is not actually a gym it is 1 bike and 1 treadmill. Breakfast is trash what they call a “hot breakfast” is waffles you make with the iron, half done sausage and nasty eggs.

Room in good condition but had a musty smell. The breakfast needs attention looked liked leftovers reheated. Things need to be brighter in the breakfast area

We were a party of 3. All over 70 years old with pickup from the airport with 2 scooters. The young female driver just watched and did not offer to assist. She stated no one informed her there were scooters. I had when I requested the pickup. Another transporter from another hotel assisted. They had to make 2 trips. A different older (perhaps her mother) female driver came and she wasn't much help either. There was no luggage rack for the luggage at the hotel. Thank God for the shift change and a male desk clerk offered to help with the luggage as the initial female clerk did not. He was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a microwave. When we checked out, I asked if the driver could park the van near our room because there was a ramp for the luggage and scooters. I was informed they only pickup from the lobby. Upon existing I realized the van was only about 5 parking spaces from our room. It had to drive to the lobby. It would had been easier for the driver and us to board closer to the room. This male driver was courteous, very helpful, and he refused the tip we offered. None was offered to the 1st two drivers nor did they deserve any. I wanted to give them one star but I could not change it

Very clean premises, lobby, and room. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Large rooms with oversized TV and overwhelming choice of TV channels. Small, but nice pool with water fall and pool lounges and tables. Very conveniently located to airport, and walking distance for food and convenience stores. Second year staying here while attending events at Houston Univ.

The room was HUGE and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Room was very neglected three out of the four nights we had roaches that were in the room they supposedly cleaned it and sprayed never happened. Had a mold smell when you first walk in or anytime you had the AC on. Anytime that I try to talk with the manager no response or never on the property never came into clean the room or anything. Had to go find a maid to get fresh towels. Whenever I finally got a hold of somebody, they said roaches were normal for Texas. I grew up in Oklahoma in Texas and no, it’s not normal and when you call corporate to get any type of compensation or any dealings with the hotel, they say you have to contact the property itself. How do you run a hotel chain if you can’t call corporate on a hotel.

24 hr shuttles to the airport!!

I had to unexpectedly find a hotel at the last minute and found this one at 10pm on a Friday night. The young woman working the desk was very nice and efficient and got me in a room right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rpom was. I stayed two nights and was very pleased. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the hot water hot.

Older rooms, but delightful housekeeping touches elevated the room and made me feel like they took care to clean it and make it feel welcoming. Pillows were not very comfortable, but I slept.

I’m not gonna lie. It was a little hood and for non-smoking runs. The hallways are full of smoke cause people go out on the balcony and smoke which the smell just goes in your room if you run the AC so just be aware of that but the property was nice if you have kids don’t stay on the second floor cause people who actually live there complaining about kids getting kids at a hotel. The breakfast was OK. The check-in and checkout staff was nice one day. They didn’t come and clean our room though but overall and OK place to say if you just need somewhere to stay, but just know you go see some stuff and smell a lot of smoke.

Kuerig ine the room. Rooms were clean shuttles driver was quick and helpful. Only 10 minutes to the airport. Great Hundarian restaurant within walking distance. No fruit or yogurt at breakfast but coffee was excellent, apple and oj available. I had a bagel was great.

The lobby needs some renovation and also it is extremely small to accommodate checkin/checkout guests, as well as the breakfast serving area, which is on one side of the entrance lobby where there is barely any space.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We flew in late at night and the hotel clerk was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and the shuttle was clean, quiet and comfortable. He was our knight in shining armor after a long day in the airport! Our room was so clean and nicely painted and well appointed- it honestly was just as nice as the resort we had just left. The shuttle took us back to the airport with no fuss in the morning. The room was a great value, cleaner and nicer than the price point would suggest, and service was above and beyond.

There was lots of places to eat right down the street. We felt safe the whole time we were there and they have the most comfortable beds of any place we have stayed. We will definitely be staying there again.

I've stayed at days inn before but this was by far the best one. Despite the minor stains on the lower part of the couch everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was good also, There is a $100 deposit they charge even if you paid in full which i did for incidentals that this app doesn't tell you about. Overall great experience.

The property looked like the pictures for the most pet but the pictures did not indicate that there was no bathroom sink. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The room we chose said 490 sqft but it was not that big. Parking was very limited.
