It's just a place to stay overnight, even said with breakfast with........but...but to say in hungry, there was nothing to eat. Not a day to start at morning.

Property smells like marijuana. At times it looks like the whole property has a smoke cloud engulfed in it. Breakfast was just a muffin and bars. Powdered creamer for coffer. Will not be my first choice in looking for my trip back next month.

I found the staff to be very friendly, the property was clean as well as my room was very clean. The room is very spacious even with a king size bed in it. My only real complaint with the property was that their breakfast really wasn’t much of anything. It was a muffins and some juice and I feel they should put more than one package of coffee in the room, but I guess you get what you pay for. Based on other hotels, I’ve stayed at for the price. I felt as though this was a very good deal. if you’re looking for an economical place to sleep for the night, I would most definitely recommend this place.

If you need a good night rest it’s perfect. The bed was comfy and they had a nice size tv. I did notice that there wasn’t a toothbrush nor toothpaste. Also for breakfast there is a limited selection only granola bar and a muffin with orange or apple juice which i didn’t appreciate with all the money i am spending for a night I should at least have a toothbrush free of charge

The management was extremely unprofessional, and the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. They kept the reception door closed for most of the day, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The advertised breakfast was also very misleading. It consisted of only a few muffins, a juice machine, and a coffee machine. Calling this a "breakfast" is a stretch. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I'm genuinely surprised this hotel is listed on Expedia.

The pricing was just right, room was very neat. The location was next to I-610. I felt safe. No one hanging out in parking lot no moldy smell. Great place to stay if driving cross country.

Gffvhh was really good and I really enjoyed the staff. That was a very clean place and I would definitely advise anybody to go there.

The bed and the parking. I arrived late to Texas, and all I needed was a shower and go to bed. After the shower, I found that the hair dryer was broken. I asked the guy at the front desk, and he said that I needed to go to the reception to pick it up—this was on a stormy night, at midnight, when I was wet and tired—in the second floor. I went downstairs to pick up the functioning hair dryer, and the gentleman at the reception was on his way to deliver something else to another guest. I found this extremely rude, as he made me go downstairs, wet, on a rainy night to get something, when he was already delivering things to other people. Not okay.

The condition of the hotel is older, the room was clean. Breakfast was only a stale muffin and bad coffee. You could not get into the office it was a window talking thru a speaker.

The room was clean and provided the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, and the overall space felt adequate for a short visit. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby food options, which made getting around Houston simple.

Clean, basic hotel with no amenities. Mini muffins, juice dispenser and granola bars for breakfast does not equal breakfast.

Easy check in and out no issues while staying there.

The staff also seemed disengaged and uninterested in guest experience. They often stayed locked in the office, and the common area was consistently closed off, making it inaccessible to guests. If you’re just looking for a quick overnight stay, it may be fine for one to two days. However, for anything longer, I wouldn’t recommend this location. While it is conveniently located off the highway, there’s not much else nearby.

Avoid at all costs. Not only is the hotel in terrible condition, but the “staff” is even worse. I am confident that the “staff” actually own and operate the hotel. They have zero experience with customer care, and are extremely rude.

Breakfast is very poor. One Indian guy gets it ready in the morning around 6am. Coffee is bad, lukewarm, powdered creamer, sticky cup cakes, and oatmeal bars in plastic is considered "breakfast". Yuk!!!!! Don't bother with that.

Everything was great, just the cards magnet was a little fussy, other than that. Enjoyed my stay

Theu said they sold out of Non-Smoking rooms and asked if smoking was okay. I didnt have any other options so we took the room and Oh My Gosh it smelled so bad!!! We had to go buy air fresheners. My daughter was suck all night!! Also, breakfast at 6am was a cold nasty chocolates muffin and a granola bar!

Easy to find right off the freeway, just what we needed. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, basic amenities (coffee, shampoo) and fridge/microwave-were all in good condition Only had muffins /coffee available for ‘breakfast’ which was disappointing (and not as advertised). Otherwise, the rooms were comfy & we’d stay there again.
