It was ok Staff wat rude

It was fairly clean in comparison to places I’ve been to on the other side of 45. It was also pretty quiet. The vending machine went from everything being “sold out” to it just taking the coins but not giving the soda. However, if you let them know they’ll give 1 out the office with a cup for ice.

Everything was phenomenal, from the staff to the entire room. Bed was very comfy and soft. I was on the first floor and heard loud running alot from upstairs. But would go away in the day time.

Location si good I was charged for one night on the morning before my arrival. When I arrived I paid cash the FULL stay instead of being charged only the remaining balance. To this day I am still sorting out that amount because I didn’t get it back. I called the hotel this week and went to my bank to check deposits. Tomorrow it will be a month this happened FIRST TIME EVER this happens to me ☹️

Quiet

This place was not necessarily the problem, the problem was more with Expedia, advertising, stating this place to be MORE than what it is or that it offers. I like knowing ahead of time what to expect and when you give misleading information it disappoints. So it didn't meet my full expectation because EXPEDIA'S Description of the place was misleading and unfortunately this isn't the first time this happens. This place was suitable, and they did their best to accommodate and were very kind so for that reason if ever in the area again I would still consider staying there just not pleased with Expedia for being misleading.

Burn holes in the comforters, smoke detector was gone with wires hanging from the ceiling, the room/bed linen smelled like marijuana smoke and urine.

Nothing didnt give WiFi code , soon as we walked in there was roaches crawling and the smell of smoke , the floor was filthy , the restroom was filthy .

Clean but couldn’t figure out how to turn on with switch until I asked the 2nd day. No phone or fridge in the room. Remote didn’t work and floors were dirty

The description stated it was a pool and it wasnt one. Still was under renovation which was uncomfortable. Dirty old rusted microwave & coffee maker. Also, no kitchen supplies provided for the kitchenette. Lot of smoking on the stairs.

It is ok. The price is good. It is a place to hang your hat for the night. They don't have coffee in the room. No cups. Couldn't find the code for WiFi.

The staff is good and very attentive, i just wish the renovations were being done faster. Some conditions could be better, but all around this place is cool for my circumstances.

The photos do not match the room! There weren’t any towels, no stopper for tub, the comforter was torn and had holes in it, and the pillow cases were dirty

First room i got had broken furniture and was dirty, tv had dark patch on screen. Stairway had broken tvs and trash in it. Picture online shows a pool, but all that remains is pool deck and pool shaped concrete slab. I complained was moved to better room but was missing the smoke detector, just wires in ceiling, had coffee maker in room but no coffee for it. Only came with 2 small towles. Some guy was being arrested in the parking lot as i was checking out.

The property was clean, and the room was good.

The room had clearly been recently renovated, but with cheap materials. The bed was hard as a rock, the door wasn’t completely sealed, the shower only had one cloth curtain so water got everywhere, and part of the floorboards had a hole in them. I didn’t see any sign of bugs so that bumped this up to a 3.

If thats a 4 star hotel id hate to see a 1 star.left in middle of night. Terrible experience all the way around.

Overall budget hotel

To make matters worse, the sink’s bottom pipe was broken, causing water to spill onto the floor. Despite these issues, we decided to stay because it was already 11 PM, and I was traveling with my daughter. Unfortunately, the worst part of the experience came later that night. We began to feel itching all over our bodies. It was unbearable and lasted for days, likely due to lice, fleas, or some other pest infestation. This was a terrible place to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

A lot of people just walking around. Asking for spare change. Cigarettes, I don't smoke or drink. Asking for rides.

Washing machine was out. Coffee supplies were not supplied for coffee machine in room. Rather load interstate noise.

Breakfast was unhealthy and served in poor and unhygienic conditions. Room smell weed . No drinking water facility no tea coffee . Will never stay there in future.

Check in was quick and simple. Very nice overall.

The room was a little lacking in certain amenities, such as a working remote control and for the bathroom sink, and the refrigerator either wasn’t initially working properly or it was, but it wasn’t immediately apparent. But to be fair to the staff, when I addressed these concerns, they took care of them in a timely manner. And I did get to switch rooms at no extra charge because of the initial room I’ve been assigned.

Bed spread was gaded and stains, seen what appeared to be rat droppings on the carpet, was so darn disgusted O left without even requesting a refund , room has a stale stench

Very Shady

The rooms were clean, stocked with towels and toilet paper. The ac blowed cold, beds were comfy, mini fridge only gets cool, great selection of channels, good wifi, does have cereal and muffins and waffles for breakfast every morning. The guest were quiet, you can hear the freeway traffic at night, otherwise great for the price!

We like that it was accessible to I-45 , however we hear the sound of cars and trucks on the freeway which was inconvenient at night. We like that they offer average breakfast and the dining ate is kept clean with decent trash bins.

I felt like it could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. Things need to be moved to be wipe down and dusted. Especially under the mattress we found a syringe and other drug materials.

I'm still here with family and its been a great comfort to us, love being able to cook with kitchenette, TV quality is great, room and bathroom space is awesome. Beds are cozy and good size. Few roaches but when food cleaned away in kitchen and keeping sanitary its been clean and easy, no problems.

Breakfast was included, but didnt start until 7. No coffee, or cups in our room. There was police and someone knocking on the door looking for someone, but that has nothing to do with the Hotel itself.

I enjoyed my stay, lots of places to eat close by, and had the best price around and the room was pretty nice, clean and quiet outside. Would stay here again

Just didn’t like being bothered everyday because they didn’t know I was staying an extended time so they kept opening my door. Also don’t have a do not disturb sign. Other than that. I like the stay a lot. Good tv good bed good comfort.

The room that I was first in the air stopped working so they put me in another room plus a free night

The room was really nice and clean. My check-in was unpleasant as the person at the desk balked at honoring my Orbitz reservation and pre-payment. After chatting with the online agent and them calling, he finally gave me the key. The other residents can be noisy -- while I was in the parking lot, someone was playing music really loud. However, the big, comfy room was a welcome treat.

My room was supposed to be a non smoking room

I booked room for my cousin who just came from India. Rooms were not clean. When he entered into room TV was ON so he tried to switch it off but remote wasn't working. WiFi wasn't working ( which is important for someone who just landed in USA without USA sim card). Then they changed the room that took almost an hour. Tomorrow morning Wifi was not working and front desk stuff was not cooperative when my cousin asked for help. Very frustrating and unacceptable behaviour from hotel staff. I will not recommend to stay here at all. worst place to stay.

We were surprised that the lobby was locked in the middle of the day, but considering the part of town we were in, it’s probably more safe that way.

The room was a non-smoking room but the room smelled like an old ash tray.

The pictures make this place look nice & clean and to be honest the rooms were not terrible. It took forever to track down extra towels and a DND sign. They made it seem like providing these things was a inconvenience. The swimming pool and hot tub were disgusting. They were both empty besides trash and green/ brown sewage looking water at the bottom.

Room service could be better.

No clothes, no coffeemaker, clock, Kleenex, coming back to the room can't gets in the room, the preson work at front desk, said my room were upstair, my room is 110 when i cecked in and taying in the room for first night, next day went out came can't gets in. Then she said because my room key stored close to credit card, after the mixed up, she take my room key to reregister me back in the room.

For the price it was nice place to stay. Check in process was easy. The room did not smell that’s a plus. The beds were comfortable and overall it was very roomy.

The room is not clean and there are bugs and roaches in the room. Beddings are dirty.

We stayed cause it was fair prices $64 a night and it was in front my son’s apartment I was ready for the worst but I was happy to see the hotel is clean and updated. The room was very nice AC was very cold.

The bathroom and beds were clean. The staff was quick to serve us and I have no complaints. Overall it was a good stay.

I reserved a room when I checked in I went straight to the room and it was a non smoking room. It smelled like smoke burns in the bedding no smoke detector. I went over to wash my face and the towel was dirty. Then walked over by my bed and there was roaches I decided to leave. And they refused to give me a refund. I was there less then 30 minutes and checked out it’s not about the money. It’s how they treated me. Like it’s my fault I had to leave I didn’t feel safe there.

The room I reserved and purchased on Expedia wasn’t available when I arrived for check-in so I was given a different room which turned out to not have a working air-conditioning unit.. Very unsatisfactory
