We only required a one nights stay and exceeded our expectations! The room was clean, staff very friendly, drinks from the bar were strong and on point. 5/5 would book again

I experienced a power outage in my apartment complex near the hotel. I enjoyed my stay, but this morning I needed to go to work and walk down to the breakfast buffet. When I checked in last night, I was under the impression that breakfast was available starting at 6 AM. However, I was disappointed to learn that I required a voucher to dine, which I could have purchased. I was initially told that breakfast was included in my stay, and I was not aware of the voucher requirement. It should be communicated better that when checking in at the front desk, staff should inform guests that the breakfast buffet is not complimentary and that a voucher is required for breakfast. The girls on reception were very friendly when checking us in. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Our room overlooked the pool. Parking was free and we were able to check in early at no extra cost. The $50 room deposit has yet to be refunded and is still pending on my account nearly a month later.

This was a nice stay clean property well maintained took kids got connected rooms it was nice.

We had a suite, expecting to be able to relax and enjoy the room. But there were no china or silverware whatsoever. I asked the front desk and was told they would send some. It never happened. We finally got some paper cups and plastic spoons from the maid, but had to neg to get more than one each. Ridiculously tight and not what you would expect when paying for a suite.

Convenient location, easy access to freeway, centrally located. Breakfast was good, service was good, pool looks clean, rooms and bathroom are clean. Only issue encounter was AC blowing hot air in the summer and can’t turn the unit off or change temp. Not sure why.

Clean rooms, beds were firm and comfortable, staff was friendly and the complimentary free toothbrush on request came in clutch. Overall, really happy with the stay for the price range. Would come again, please keep up the great service and quality

I saw a big roach during the stay.

The room was spacious and very well kept. The staff was very attentive to our needs.

My room was booked for the wrong day…called Expedia who informed me to call the hotel directly. Called the hotel and was left on hold for an hour just to be instructed to leave a message.

The hotel was very clean and everyone that I encountered that worked there were very polite and helpful.

Mia at the front desk was especially exceptional at her job. I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience. Overall, this was an amazing stay with an outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Galleria area.

Stayed for a long weekend and returned every day to fresh towels and a refreshed room.

Have stayed here previously, and was impressed by staff, value, location and overall atmosphere. Return visit was just as satisfactory. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Horrible area and hotel

The housekeeping could been better, I asked 3 times for housekeeping to clean the room from 12- 8pm that when room finally got clean was 8pm

The hotel room was very nice and clean. I liked this hotel more than others in same price range. There was a $75 nonrefundable fee for my 12 lb dog and that covered all three nights

TV was basically out. No network channels or EsPN. Tried to. all down to Frontdesk to see if any remodeling was going on, that was making noise, and couldnt get anyone to answer. Other than that it was a good stay

Our stay was wonderful. The lobby was clean and modern, the room was comfortable and the beds extremely comfortable. We stayed in a (very affordable) one-bedroom suite and the housekeeping staff set the sofa bed up for us and made it every day. It was nice having space for my mom and I to sleep separately since we had different schedules. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again on future trips to Houston.

Very loud in the morning on a Sunday after a concert when we were trying to sleep in just a bit.

It was an overall good experience. I had some very loud people around me and they did me a huge solid of switching my rooms. Friendly staff all the way around.

The in-house restaurant did serve delicious burgers! The staff there was excellent. Alaa was superb! Extremely accommodating. Otherwise this hotel was okay.

Clean room, the staff very friendly. I ate one night in the onsite restaurant and the food was very good, I even had a nice glass of wine. I have stayed here before, it's easy to go in any direction in Houston.

This was a last minute booking but I enjoyed it. The room was nice and cozy. I received texts as a member checking in on me which was a nice touch. Only downside, which could’ve been me, big the thermostat was confusing to use. It was either free ing or very hot

The room was clean. It felt updated. The hallways were hot. The demographic of the other guests was mixed but we did feel unsafe a few times in the parking lot due to the other guests being a little rowdy.

The breakfast buffet was exactly what we get for free at places like Hampton Inn. For the price of this hotel and the price of the buffet, I expected better quality food. All of the tables are wobbly so if you touch them at all, your drink will spill. All of our luggage fell off of our cart upon exiting the elevator for check out and in the process a ketchup packet burst. None of the employees that saw this or walked by offered to help. It was me and my two kids. We forgot toothpaste but they were out. The room was clean and the AC in the room was cold. The rest of the hotel was HOT. The parking lot has a gate and an access code was given to us, but the gate was never closed so anyone could access it.

Breakfast was a scam! They charge you full price & there was no decaf coffee no orange juice no apple juice the eggs were salty the bacon was burnt I asked for refund nothing was even discounted!
