They charged me twice for the same room, for the same night; so far so good, human error, it can hapen. When I called them TWICE to point out the obvious error, both times they said they would look into it and "get back to me". Seeing that this was not going to get resolved in a timely, friendly way, I reached out to my credit card company (VISA Canada) and initiated a formal dispute for the cgharges. Within 24 hours, VISA refunded me the disputed charges, and took charge of the problem. Courtyad Marriott Houston Airport Hotel Customer Service, 0/5 points, VISA Canada Customer Service, 5/5 points. Simple as that.

Beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were large. Fridge and microwave were nice to have. Ample workspace. Plenty of towels. Airport shuttle was super helpful and free. Staff super helpful and friendly.

If you need to park your car at the airport in IAH to travel, I think staying here is great to park your car and have the hotel shuttle drop you off at your terminal. Was really convenient, the hotel was nice, clean and the staff were helpful

This is my first stay at this Marriott location but will not be my last! The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered delicious and healthy meal choices for breakfast and dinner, and the bar offers alcoholic beverages in the eve. Nice property location just a few minutes away from the airport by complimentary shuttle.

Hadn’t planned to stay in Houston. Flight was delayed, and it was either stay here or in a cot in the airport. Easy choice! Rooms and facilities were clean, staff was friendly, and pricing was reasonable.

I came in rather late to the hotel and was quite hungry. I was able to get a bite to eat to bring back to my room. Everyone was pleasant and very close to the airport.

Pool dirty

My wife and I were visiting family in Houston and our flight back to New Jersey was canceled. Although we unfamiliar with the local area, we decided to book a room for the night at the Courtyard at Marriott and this what we thought of our stay. If you’re looking clean, quiet. and well maintained hotel, this the place to go.

The hostess at the front desk was so helpful and kind! She also felt bad when i missed my morning flight and bought me coffee! So kind!

We had a quick overnight stay but the proximity to the airport and the friendly staff made the experience wonderful!!

The hotel was great with the exception of the initial room temperature. They promptly addressed the issue. A great leadership team resolved the issue.

Very comfortable and generally quiet so it is easy to rest and catch up on sleep. In house cafe with limited hours and a fair amount of options. Quick pick up and drop off at airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We waited ages at the terminal for the free shuttle. In the morning it was a free for all for the shuttle so we organised an uber to get back to the terminal. My recommendation- go anywhere else

Room was clean and smelled clean. A/C worked well. Restaurant was actually pretty good. Fresh & Hot French fries and a turkey club sandwich. I will stay here again.

Overall, great place to stay! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean location and small bistro/bar with great service. Our only complaint was the noise level from other guests. You can hear everything going on above you and there were a group of kids staying above us so it made it hard to sleep with them jumping around all night.

The staff was very kind and efficient. When we walked in the room the temp on the AC was 62 degrees! Freezing. The room next to us had their TV up very very loud til midnight.😞 The shuttle drivers were very accommodating for an older gentleman who had forgotten his wallet in the lobby and was headed to the airport. They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were nice. Check-in was easy checkout was easy. Keep in mind that the shuttle runs every half hour and it is an airport hotel so if you need to be at the airport by a certain time, you want to make sure you come down early enough for the shuttle. Also, if you have an early morning flight and need to be at the airport by four or 415 that that is a busy time for the two hotels in that block and you may not get a shuttle unless you walk over to the other hotel we came down early enough to make sure we could get on the shuttle because we had an early morning flight and was told we needed to walk over to the other hotel. I have mobility issues so that was not an option we ended up just ordering an Uber..

No pool and if you need an early shuttle get downstaors at least 30min before no matter what your told. Check in was easy and they let us come early!

Our stay was 5 hours. Our biggest disappointment happened when our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport, making it around 11:30pm when we tried to reach the hotel for the included free pickup. After 3 tries to reach hotel we were unable to reach them. We then went to the at the cab station to a cab that we found out had no meter, charged $35.00 that had to be paid in cash.

Great shuttle service

Just had a short overnight stay to catch an early morning connection out of IAH. It's very close to the airport which is good for convenience but it's pretty loud. Rooms are clean and tidy. Not much water pressure in the showers and the water is just hot enough. Amenities as expected for the class of hotel. The wait for the airport shuttle was around 30m so plan for that. Our group was too big for an Uber with all our luggage so we opted to wait. The shuttle back to the airport in the morning was convenient and timely. Food options were limited, many menu items weren't available.
