Marriott never lets me down.

I paid for a king size bed, I did not receive that. My first morning I woke up to a backed up toilet and soaking wet floor from their ac unit. They switched my room to another room which had the same problem. We couldn’t even use the toilet,because it was constantly backing up with waste. luckily my family lives close by. I did call for them to come and fix it, they said it was fixed and it was not. Also it would be best to let customers know the building is under construction during their stay ,so we can choose to stay or not. Waking up to loud drills isn’t the best way.

There was only one issue for us when we stayed. The rooms did have a gap under the door so it was a little loud in the room when ppl passed.

The location Breakfast was mediocre.

It was way too expensive. $264 for one night is ridiculous!!

Door lock didn't work properly, housekeeping never happened, I had to bring my own fresh towels from the lobby to the room, front desk staff didn't seem to care

The hotel was fine. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star was b/c our room had an adjoining door to the room next door. We could hear the person in that room talking loudly on the phone and or their tv for hours. It stopped by 10 PM so we didn't have to ask to be moved. They key fob/card was squirrelly and at one point we had to get new ones. Because of they the clerk gave us a gift card for breakfast which was nice of him. Then when I added a $5 tip to bill my card was charged $35.02. After I saw this online I called & was told they would refund all but my intended tip. I appreciated the help but was a little upset I had to call in the first place. So there you have it 4 star not 5.

Old-furniture old and dirty. Bed looked liked it had been slept in and one pillowcase smelled like women’s perfume. No microwave in the room. No remote had to go back to front desk to get one. Key was disabled second day had to back to desk to get it reactivated.

It was very ran down and I felt a little unsafe. Had to park my truck upfront to hope it did not get broken into. The back of the Hotel by my room look like it would get broken into for sure.

The property is having renovations but the lobby was very nice and our room, not yet renovated, was still very clean. We only dealt with the main attendant and he was super nice.

It's a good location, staff is nice, rooms have good space and they're clean. Little noisy but this isn't the hotel fault but people's lack of consideration, in general I'd recommend the hotel.

The person who was in the afternoon shift mentioned about this and he said that the check out time was 1 not 3 PM. and this was not updated in the system.

when we checked in, we asked for an extended checkout upto 3 PM ( because we checked in late on the previous day due to various reasons) and the representative who worked with us said he has already updated the same ( check out at 3 pm) in the system. Next day, I was asked to check out by 1 PM which I felt is not fair. The person who was in the afternoon shift mentioned about this and he said that the check out time was 1 not 3 PM. and this was not updated in the system.

Very old building, disappointing since I was expecting more by a hotel carrying the name Courtyard, I thought hotels carrying a brand name like Marriot have to keep a certain level

I ended up not staying there. It was poor lighting, dingy not clean and they're in the middle of a remodel. The room overlooked a parking lot filled with packing boxes dumpsters and pallets. It was not good enough to stay in. I used all my hotel dollars for that which is a big disappointment I would really like to be refunded. It was rated as a 9.0 and somehow you have to have better management of facilities than that.

WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BECAUSE OF A FAMILY EMERGENCY. THEN I REALIZED THAT AFTER THE 12 I COULD NOT GET A REFUND. SO MONEY WAS WASTED. IS THERE ANYONE I CAN TALK TO ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE SITUATION?

The room I booked was not available. Put me in another random room which was dirty . Sheets were stained. Second room was as well dirty but now with a smell to it. I ended up leaving after less than an hour after I check in . Do not go to this place

the rooms ac was not working the room was extremely hot! was not able to stay the night i had to check out in the middle of the night because the heat was not tolerable. called the front desk a dm they said there was nothing they could do about it. completely horrible experience. i want to receive a refund for not being able to stay the night in this hotel such a horrible experience!! never again!

The front desk guy Mac or Max was extremely accommodating. He gave us a great experience after having to check out from Sugarland Wyndham for unsanitary and unhealthy conditions due to exposure to black mold. This gentleman truly was a blessing to us & he didn’t even know it. The hotel was in excellent shape & we Love the shower gel. He even presented us with a playpen for my grandson and I wasn’t even aware Marriott had them. My daughter went to warm our food downstairs and he mentioned to my daughter he will bring one up to our room. He made it to the room before they can even arrive back to the room. I am hearing impaired, so when i take my aids out, hearing is very hard. Second night, there is a vibration im feeling on the bed, once i woke, it went away...thought i may have been dreaming. Third night, was not dreaming, woke up at 3:00am with the sound of a jackhammer trying to bust up tile above me. The bed was shaking, i got dressed and went to front desk. He confirmed construction but on the 3rd floor. When he got to my room, it had quit. It happed at 4:00am and 6:15 to which i have video. Showed it to the front desk, they didn't show much concern. At that point i told them, I'm letting you know so you don't lose another customer like me! They didn't care. I will be contacting them directly and produce the video.

Front door staff was very friendly. The lobby was updated but the rooms felt bland and the lighting is very, very poor inside the rooms. We asked for a room away from I-10 and it was still loud.

Very nice hotel with good accommodations. I had a fasting blood test so I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the host gave us great tips to find some good old homey food for dinner. Very friendly and accommodating. Lots of traffic noise even at the back.

A/C was a bit cold for me but overall it was a nice stay.

The city had turned our water off during the repair of a water main break, so we made the quick decision to go to a hotel for the night. Very happy we chose this Marriott. Easy check-in, friendly front desk and clean updated room. Can't ask for more🙂

Henry was very friendly and understanding. I would recommend and stay there again. I only have one concern which is the shower door. It was not easy to maneuver. Maybe the rollers need to be maintained. Thank you for your attention.

The room had a severe lack of lighting. In fact it was awful. Also, this is the first hotel room I have ever been in that did not provide Kleenex.

The smell of the room was pungent. Linen smelled like chemical. Small bugs on the nightstand. And the toilet would make a loud noise for several minutes every time it was flushed. Water was warm, but not hot. Disgusting facility. Lobby was the only upgraded and clean area.

The only issue I had during my stay was a few bugs that were in the room. I killed a couple of ants by the coffee on the desk, a mosquito, and something else that looked like a fruit fly. Also, my sheets had stains on them that I have no idea where they came from. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, and there’s a lot of space in the room. Also, the staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Room level comfort was good. Showerhead was a little funny, but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast prices felt a bit high. I was perturbed by not having free tea or coffee in the morning.

The hotel is located conveniently by the highway, but its easy to get to.

Love this hotel! Anytime im in Houston, this is my go to hotel. The staff is wonderful, the pool and patio is nice. The wifi is a bit spotty but that isnt too much of an inconvenience. The ac runs very cold and the showers are spacious! I dont eat their breakfast, I usually go to Tasty Munch down the street or to First watch. The bed super comfortable.

It was a good stay. Front desk was really helpful. Definitely was there again.

I stayed there because I had a surgery and my doctor's office was close. All the staff was great and I have no complaints about anything on the 8 days I stayed there.
