We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained when we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Overall, everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. We’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel was good with lots of eateries nearby. Hotel is also close to highway, so moving around via car was simple and easy. Breakfast also included and laundry area.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless, and our room was absolutely clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. I love how cozy and spacious the room was I didn’t like the fact that there was any free parting in the area. And the valet was $65 when it should have been at least $15-$20. The price was outrageous.

Breakfast was good and plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable and slept well.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always extremely clean which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful and the lobby is inviting. I wish there was tiny bit more variety at breakfast but other than that small thing, I will continue to come here.

It was a great place at an excellent price. The beds were comfortable, amenities, and breakfast were great. I LOVE when hotels offer coffee 24 hours per day (because I get up before breakfast starts), and they do. The only thing I'm not a fan of is carpet in rooms because it can be so unsanitary. This hotel has that. It may be a "just me" problem, though.

Amazing.. we had over 80 people in our group and the hotel accommodated our needs and let us use the common facilities. Love coming here year after year.

I love this hotel. My family has stayed here several times and it is always very clean and the staff is always extremely nice and very accommodating. The price is always great. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast time to 10:00. But that's certainly not a deal breaker and not really a complaint.

The hotel was not in the best neighborhood. You have to be careful when booking these places online if you are not familiar with the areas.

Pool was nice and clean. Surrounding areas of hotel were clean, parking area was clear and easy access around the building.

I was there for a week so I got the hang of it but again a little inconvenient. There’s no food nearby so you got a plan accordingly within about 10 minutes. You can get a lot of different fast food restaurants. But nothing wasn’t walking distance

Eye contact is REALLY beneficial. The rest of the staff, however, seemed a bit friendlier - the lady doing the breakfast, a manager (I assume) I ran into a couple times - very cordial.

e’ve been booking rooms at different hotels 2–4 times a month in Texas for the past 10 months, and this one truly stands out! It’s very clean, modern, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We arrived on a stormy, rainy day well before check-in, and when I asked the front desk how early we could check in, she kindly said we could go ahead right then. I was so grateful—it’s rare to experience that kind of flexibility without an extra charge. Such a blessing!

Every thing was great

Like the fact that they have security outside. Lobby was clean the room was clean and elevator kept clean. Breakfast was good. Staff greeted you asked for extra towels gave me the towels. Will stay again!

The hotel was clean inside and out. Rooms was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and they changed daily. The Texas shapped waffles were a hit. The pool was a bit on the smaller side but worked for us. Staff was helpful when we needed them.

Excellent stay. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, good hot breakfast, clean and quiet room with plenty of pillows, complementary coffee and assorted teas available in lobby 24/7. It feels like home away from home every time we stay here. We will absolutely return, and can highly recommend.

My family and I stayed there for a baseball tournament. My son enjoyed the fitness room, as he was able to get his workout on before the game. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a safe area. The room setup was ideal for family staying. You had lots of room compared to other hotels. And the beds were comfortable. I did have an issue that was not solved to my satisfaction. But other than that the hotel was a good place to stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and only 2 staff were extremely welcoming and kind. So shout out to Jay and Gilbert. It is very loud being next to the highway. So, if you don’t want a lot of sleep this is the place for you. There is no restaurants around, so you have to Uber or rent a car for your stay. We noticed many security guards and 1 police officer coming and going. Come to find out this hotel is not in a very “safe” place in Houston and it’s actually not recommended to stay here. They offer very minimal continental breakfast and it’s DONE by 9:00. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 vs a 1 is because of Jay and Gilbert.

Everything was great, breakfast was just as you would expect with plenty of variety of choices. The only thing to note would be the proximity to the toll road, road noise in the room is noticeable.
