The property was clean, maintained well and conveniently located. We're not a fan of the hotel "hot" breakfast so finding a breakfast place in the area was impossible. You have to travel up to I-10 (which is very congested) to find restaurants. Overall, this was a good experience.

Breakfast was solid - waffle. Switching between french toast and biscuits and gravy. Coffee was solid. Not great but good enough to pour a second cup. Our room had a broken curtain. The pillows were awful. I have a sore neck. Elevator was painfully slow. Pillows were the main problem.

My room (211) smelled like mildew the whole time and the only active ice machine was on the 3rd floor.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was nice, rooms clean, and a great pool area. The hot tub was not hot but was perfect for my little one to swim around in. The staff member on duty the first evening was not super friendly but overall, a super great hotel!

The room was very well kept and spacious. Parking was great . If I would change anything there would be an ice machine on first floor since I’m handicap. Breakfast was good . Overall I would recommend and stay again.

Won't return, definitely not worth the money and it may have been more cost effective to pay directly through the hotel than through Expedia. Staff was polite enough but place definitely needs renovations but the bed was comfy.

Did not end up staying there because we drove up and didn't feel safe. Cancelled it and stayed somewhere else. Didn't even go in because the outside was so bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints there. The room lacked attention. The bath tub appeared to have been painted partway up the tub--apparently trying to hide damaged to the surface. The shower curtain rod was leaning downward so that the curtain wouldn't stay in place all the way to the wall, preventing leaking onto the floor. The bathroom door and trim around it were pealing and appeared to have water damage. I could tell they cleaned the room because it smelled like chlorine and it wasn't anywhere near the pool. Chlorine may be a good disinfectant but there's products out there that don't have that strong, disagreeable odor. With the supposedly high rating shown online for this property, and the price the hotel charges, I anticipated a much nicer quality room.

Nice and clean; however, not close to the city. Also, there was someone hanging outside the rooms appearing not to be a patron of the hotel.

The room was pretty worn down. Our mini fridge wasn’t working so we requested a change in rooms. The front desk clerk was very helpful and honestly the best experience about this hotel.

I do not recommend it, especially if you travel solo. It is unsafe. I found a person sleeping on one of their lobby chairs at 2 AM and the front desk didn’t respond when I asked. Then, a young man came out of the elevator and ran to the parking lot. It is kind of scary.

I’m never disappointed at this property. They staff whether an or pm shift are great representation of the company. My room is always a pleasure to see in . It feels like home.

The room was clean and bed was well made. The fridge worked but was old. Hallways smelled like smoke but nothing out of the ordinary. Standard place to stay, breakfast had hot food - eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, waffles etc

The environment was extremely disturbing I was literally nervous to sleep I booked for two days end up only staying one night I couldn’t sleep another day there. False advertisement it doesn’t look like any of the pictures

my rating was good + . Parking was good and safe. Breakfeast looked good but we opted to go out for breakfeast to a favorite spot. Chec-in was excellent. They were very courteous and allowed us to check in 2 hours before the 3:00 PM time frame since we arrived early. I would stay there again

Good location. General level of cleanliness of property was good. Condition of amenities is okay (acceptable), but the hotel is showing its age. Repairs usually consist of restoring original elements (from over 25, 30 years ago), and not replacement of the now old fixtures. Rooms can vary, some are decent, but some have problems (I saw three rooms after I needed to move from my original room due to dirty mattress with stains). Mattresses are comfy, but they MUST be cleaned, and the spots must be removed- this is doable, and is just being disregarded. Also, the cleaners of the rooms need to spend some time wiping off dirty spots, and must use RUST and MOLD removals, there are several sections, especially in the bathrooms where mold is showing up.

Outlets on bedside lamps didn’t work (for plugging in cell phones). Two bath towels only for a 3-night stay. Door frame in bathroom only partially repaired with nails and screws exposed. Bathtub partially painted. Rust around base of tub. Damaged “tray” that refrigerator sat on. Poor lighting in suite area. Trouble with security key-card for door.

Pool needs some work and the door inside from the pool needs to be fixed so it scans the room cards. We had to walk outside the pool and around to the front door because the door from the pool did not work.

Hot tub was not working. 90 degrees outside and pool was open but no filter /skimmer working. Water was dirty.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Rub could use some refinishing and shower bar didn't seem very sturdy. For the most part, it was a very good hotel for the price. Convenient location with easy access to all the areas we were traveling between. Everyone was courteous and guests were all very quiet. Was thankful the mini fridge also had a small freezer area.

Yes the room seemed cleaned, the only 2 problems i noticed when i 1st checked in my room i noticed there was a piece of hair on the bed cover, also over there by the couch looked like it haven't been wiped down or mopped, and the shower was hard to turn on, but it was fully stock and staff was very nice, but most of all the hotel was nice and decent so out of a 5 would rate it a 3 or maybe a 4

It was great stay clean all the way around. Breakfast was ok not a lot of options but for being included not bad.

Room itself was great. But the bathroom had long black hair at the base of the toilet. As well as the shwer and tub had long black hair in the bottom. If it was ni for the late hour of our arrival we would have went elsewhere.

The hotel has very spacious rooms and plenty of parking spaces, which made our stay very convenient. The daytime front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The TV did not work in the first room. The toilet was stopped up in the second room and no cable options. There was a terrible smell in rooms 1 and 2. Breakfast was subpar.

The the room up keep was poor. Pull out mattress was disgusting and there were no sheets for it in the room. The the shower faucet would not stop dripping. The lastnight of the stay the fire alarm went off and rang for 2 hours which was very annoying and disturbing.

Checking in I forgot my toothpaste but brought my toothbrush I simply asked for some toothpaste. A gentleman at the front stated he did not know where it was at. So when I tried to purchase some from their convenience store they had in the hotel there was none in stock. This made it extremely inconvenient for me being that I'm used to getting toothpaste as an amenity or even being able to buy it. He told me that I would have to wait till 9:00 a.m. or maybe 7:00am when the manager came in. I am only staying in the hotel because of work and will be needing to be at work at 6:00 a.m. making this very inconvenient. Also, the gentleman in the front was very unprofessional and I don't understand how he did not know where the toothpaste is but is an employee here. Probably will never stay here or recommend this to anyone else. I mean he talked ghetto as

Our room was huge compared to other hotels. I loved that it had a fridge and microwave. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked the staff service. They were nice and helpful. The only downside to staying was that the furniture was ripped up in our hotel room and there was a big roach in the room.

I found this place better than the last time I visited. It smells really clean. The shower head could be changed already though. That's about the only thing that needs attention.
