We loved our stay although it was just a short period of time. We didn’t get a chance for this breakfast though. I liked it when we saw a real security/cop on duty at the parking lot, we felt secure and our vehicle was also safe. I also liked the location it is near where we needed to be. Last year we stayed at the holiday inn on Main Street, my husband forgot to lock the truck and the next morning we found out that someone was in the truck trying to rob. The good thing was we only left mostly garbage in there. But everything was scattered and glove boxes were left opened. We asked the front dest if they can review their camera, they told us that there was no camera in that direction. We literally parked at the front side of the hotel.

The staff at this place are really nice, and they are the number one reason we always stay here while in Houston.

Everything was good

Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was amazingly friendly. We had never before gotten a goodie bag at any hotel. That was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. The air conditioner in the room didn’t cool enough but we dealt with it. My sisters room was hot due to their air conditioner not working properly either.

Great hotel , great parking , gym was small and out dated but my overall stay was great I would still say . “Besides the fire alarm going off at 5a.m because someone burnt breakfast.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The staff were very nice. There were security cameras everywhere, even in the elevators, but the stay wasn’t bad at all.

Clean room

The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and aiming to please. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. I made use of the complementary shuttle for an appointment I had at Houston Methodist. Sergio, the driver was kind enough to make sure he got me back to the hotel in time to meet a scheduled ride I had to the airport. It was a quick trip and time sensitive. It went perfectly and I want to thank the staff for taking such care to make that happen. But I think that my great experience happens there on a daily basis.

Would not recommend this hotel. Non smoking hotel, given a smoking room and argued that is what I booked. Finally changed room, however the room had roaches and torn curtains…. Mold in the shower.

Convenient access to stadium.

If your going to stay here make sure your not staying when a game is happening next door. We were trying to enjoy breakfast but it was too crowded to even reach the breakfast area. People at night were loud or the walls were too thin felt like they were talking to us.

Everything was pleasant and staff was friendly. Only complaint was that the paint or wallpaper was peeling in bathroom. Also if the room is an accessible room, the room should have a walk in shower however it was a tub. I enjoyed the pool

The room was very clean and spacious. We were traveling with a 1 year old and he loved being able to run around the room. The small fridge and microwave was a wonderful addition. The staff even loaned us a fan to help with the ambient noise. The bed was super soft and very clean. The pillows were too. The towels were plush and they don’t skimp out on the amount they leave you. I loved the fact the parking lot was fenced in and the whole property was monitored. It gave me a heightened sense of security. I would stay here again when I come back to Houston.

Showed up and they gave my reservation to someone else.... after an hour of telling them I am who I said I am. They finally called a boss and said to book me to another room (not the same kind I had booked... once I asked about refunding me the difference I was told they could put me in a double queen room no jacuzzi. (umm I paid for a king with a jacuzzi) told them to refund me and I would go somewhere else, they said gave me an upgraded room (best they had). The room seemed nice but the ac's couldn't keep the room cool at all and smelled very musty. Overall horrible experience.

Our stay was amazing! We were greeted by friendly staff and complimentary water&snack pack upon check-in. We stayed in a kind suite with a Jacuzzi tub that was clean and relaxing! Our bed was plush and comfortable. This room was exactly what we needed for our staycation get away! Clean, comfy and most of all AFFORDABLE! We definitely will be booking in the future

I have stayed many times at this hotel and it's my favorite go-to when I have an appointment at MD Anderson (every 28 days clinical trial). The rate is fare, within walking distance to many restaurants, and always clean. This past visit the room was VERY clean, smelled great, and nothing out of place or in need of repair - I'm very picky on where to stay. I'll be back in just a few weeks!

Got in about 9:00. People were very nice. Parked in back which was fenced in. Felt good about that. Room very nice and clean. In a nice area with several restaurants close by.!

Booked a room here specifically to go to the rodeo but the hotel sold parking and actually way oversold so there was nowhere for me, an actual guest, to safely park my vehicle. My car was sideswiped and not only did the staff not seem to care, but they refused to investigate to provide camera footage so I could go after the person that hit my vehicle and took off. The rooms were nothing special but honestly having my vehicle wrecked with zero care from staff was the actual worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. So yeah 0/10 would not freaking recommend.

The room was Ok with a jacuzzi close to the bed. The breakfast is terrible, Powder eggs, no ham or cheese. The room was not ready on arrival I couldn't check inn until 4:00 pm

Super close to nrg stadium. Shower pressure good but leaking faucet. Enough soap for 1 person. Sleeper couch trash. Suite in the looses of terms. Breakfast was ok but not stocked when we showed up with 30 minutes left.

Rooms were fine. Awakened 4:30ish am to a loud alarm. Wouldn’t stop. First thought our alarm. 5-10 minutes. Stopped, started again. People talking in halls until we left @ 6:45 am. We were disoriented. No voice system telling us fire alarm, but false. If had been fire, we would be dead. No one left rooms. Need to upgrade system with voice

You couldn’t get much closer to NRG than this property. Staff was super friendly and property was clean. Neighborhood isn’t terrible, but we felt better about the enclosed parking lot with camera.

The room is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good as reviews. However, my room was on the first floor, next to elevator and reception area. The service staffs started working around 3:00 am. They pushed carts along the hallway back and/or forth, talked to each other very loudly. The worse part was the fire alarms in my room and the hallway went off around 5:00 am in the morning. That really was annoying. Unpleasant stay.

Wifi is spotty and unreliable. Breakfast is very basic and unappealing. Most of the time just scrambled eggs and bacons. Wanted to have some oat meal one day when it was served but never refilled, so didn’t get any. The breakfast staff should be more proactive in refilling food. Bread and bagel taste stale. Overall you are paying for the spacious room and possibly the location.

There were a few things that did not work. The rating for the hotel was high. When we arrived, the lobby smelled like curry and was not clean. My wife booked the room and accidentally booked it for the 15th instead of the 14th. The hotel would not refund the money, stating that they were 100% booked. If they were 100% booked, it would have not been an issue to book the room where they did not miss out on any money. Totally disgusted with the booking!

The hotel was nice and check in was good. There was barely any breakfast our first morning. Toast, bagel and cereal. Waffle mix was out and nothing in the hot plates. Second morning was a little better.

The ac in the room was not working correctly. The mattress is old and had dips so my back doesn’t feel good. They gave me room 119 by the exit door to the parking lot , so every time someone went in or out we could hear . Did not get enough rest . The website said there was a shuttle but when we got there , they told us they didn’t have one for that day .😞 the breakfast said it was from 6am to 9:30 but at 8:36 am there was no food and the lady told us she couldn’t make anymore cuz she had to leave at 9:00 am 😔 customer service was bad . I did talk to the front desk about it but she couldn’t help us .

Breakfast was to be served until 9:30 a.m. each morning but closed down before then. Even the last day with what appeared to be an ownership group meeting there the breakfast closed down at 9:00 a.m. I even overheard the ownership group mention that the breakfast was open each day till 9:30. Numerous mornings we had to ask for more food to be brought out. The room we received the second night was great, the staff were kind, but it was clear that corners are being cut at the expense of their clients.
