My adult son stayed there during a difficult time for him. The staff were always gracious and prompt about connecting me to his room several times—his cell was lost. Thank you!

The premises were observed to have a significant presence of insects, including cockroaches. Furthermore, the facility exhibited signs of age, lacked cleanliness, was confined in space, and presented evidence of mold. Consequently, I cannot endorse this establishment.

Close to location of the event I attended I had to go through 3 rooms first and second room had roaches and bes bugs it wasn’t until I was moved to a different floor that it got better

At one point a heavily intoxicated man mistook my room for his partner's and pounded on the door for about 15 minutes, convinced he'd been locked out, before he eventually gave up. I won't be staying at this property, or in this area, again.

The attendant was not friendly, she showed an attitude. The hallway on the fourth floor was hot and smelled like garlic. The building had two elevators, one was not working.

The old carpets and furnishings were decent, and the cleaning staff and receptionists were kind and lovely.

Breakfast is ok with few common type as cheerios, fruits and pancake. However, non-smoking room is filled with smoked plus noisy flush toilet and carpet seemed not cleaned in years. Elevator sometimes had Marijuana smell. Provide limited towels.

The room was clean. The property was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. However, only one elevator worked and the pool needed to be cleaned. Other than that, it was a good stay.

i paid 67 dollars on a tuesday for this comfort inn and had a great experience. everything worked well and the property is great...5 out of 5 stars all the way...

Conveniently located to where I needed to be. Coffee was good Roaches in the room. Had already been there for hours before we seen the small babies and large one in the bathroom. (Not a water bug, I’m from East Texas). Will be submitting review for camera footage involving front desk yelling at my son for laughing with his friends. A adult friend of the staff was also present , and initiated confrontation to my child and his friends, screaming verbal threats and motioning physical threats to multiple children on property. Aged 12-14. Management is supposed to reach out concerning camera footage. I will probally get an automated response from this but that’s fine as well. Also, pool was open, but needed to be closed, could not see bottom drain. I am a CPO for the state of Texas, and this pool was beyond swimmable. Initially the pool was my biggest complaint until all the other stuff happened , seeing how the pool was the reason we booked. Why didn’t I say anything immediately? We were way past thatpoint, didn’t want a room with even more roaches , and was only for one night, and after front desk incident, I was honestly just disturbed.

Smoke alarm constantly going off throughout the day, robo calls to the room all time of day waking you up and my cousin checked into his room and had a cockroach running across his bed

Stay at comfort was definitely not the worst. Front desk was very helpful. We got to the room and the tv wasn’t working they were quick to change our room. One elevator was only working but we took stairs most of the time. Our phone was ringing every twenty minutes all night long but that was not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good and Staff was so sweet!!!

All staff was helpful and very professional handling my needs and special request for water while I was out of coins for the vending machine

Basic comforts such as reliable water, functioning AC, and proper ventilation are essential. My room was extremely humid, to the point where my clothes and even the sheets felt damp. This made the stay more difficult than expected.If not for the wonderful breakfast and the exceptional staff, my rating would have been much lower. I truly hope management invests in improving the building, because the team working here is outstanding and deserves a facility that matches their level of service.

Area is a little sketchy. Sign on the door states front door is locked by 10 due to safety concerns. The elevator and halls reeke of Marijuana smell and didnt look very well maintained. The room had a musty odor and the carpet near the Ac unit was wet. The room phone rang randomly on the middle of the night. It felt more of a room you rent 'by the hour'. Surprised that it is apart of the Comfort Inn chain.

Breakfast didn't have the basic options, room was really smelling bad as well as the entire floor. Property needs a good renovation. I wouldn't suggest this to family with kids.

1. Room was smelling due to carpet i guess. Bryan was nice to change the room. But still carpet need to be replaced. Its too dirty. 2. We stayed two nights ( wed and thurss) and buffet breakfast was same . Both days scrambled eggs, meat was changed. 3. Staff us professional 4. At around 3:30am both days room service phone was ringing. Wiered.

Roaches. I get it’s Texas but I’ve stayed at other comfort inns in Texas and no roach issues. Bed was sinking in, no hot water second day but they did get it repaired later on. Hallways smelled liked weed .

Parking was very well lit, I think to ward off possible theft or vandalism.

When I first arrived, one of the two elevators was out of order. Upon entering the room, I found a small cockroach in the bathroom, and the curtains were quite dirty. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and the free breakfast wasn't bad. However, unless the issues I mentioned are fixed, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

A bit dated , but they were making repairs and revamping the place when I was leaving . Overall great place to stay. If you have rent a car or have a car is best option as the shops are a bit far away from the property. Staff team amazing !

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. But I've stayed there for about 2 weeks and the entire time. The washing machine was broken and the hallways reeked of marijuana. The street people who live under the freeway would come in in the morning and eat breakfast. While I watched the attendant telling residents of the hotel. No,no,no not to much.

The lobby and throughout the hotel on my way to my room smelled like marijuana. In our room there was tiny roaches in the bathroom and on the nightstand. The sheets and entire room smelled like body odor. On the date of departure, there was liquor bottles throughout the parking lot. Did not feel safe.

Room was smelling bad. Front-desk staff were unhelpful and disrespectful. In particular staff on night shift. Requested for room clean up next day. The front desk staff told it will be done but was never done.

My vehicle and two other vehicles got broken into 15 minutes after checking in. This area is not a good area to book a stay. Police was called and they never responded. I had to drive with a broken window to the police station to make a report. It's been 2 days since the incident and the hotel still hasn't issued a refund.

For its price, hotel is good. Would probably upgade to cleaner place, the smoke in the corridor is very obvious. Some odor for retired equipment, slow elevator need improvement or replaced.

The employee at the front desk was nice. However, the elevator reeked of weed, the hallways were hot and stinky, my room was full of roaches (not the kind you smoke). It was late when I arrived so I just stuck it out and slept with the lights on. I am definitely marking this location off the list of "places to stay" and would not recommend to anyone!

The hotel was nice and clean but the staff from the front desk Greeni, Elvira, and Nicole, to the breakfast and Melody taking care of the food, it was a pleasure.

Stay here often because very convenient but the hot 🔥 water is often an issue.

The first week was overwhelming because of the condition of the room. On the second floor, facing the main gates, I discovered there were general humidity issues. The air circulation was poor, the room had a moldy smell, the floor felt damp, and even my belongings placed on the floor became humid. To make matters worse, there was a frequent marijuana smell in the corridor. I felt weak and unwell until my husband requested a room change. We were moved to the third floor, which at first seemed like an improvement. The air circulation was better, and the AC worked fine. However, the room had roaches—and I nearly passed out twice in the same day because of it. On a positive note, the service was fine, the breakfast was okay, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. But the combination of humidity, corridor odor, and roaches completely ruined what could have been a comfortable stay.

Property needs major upgrades. Had plumbing issues and had to request a new room. Saw a cockroach in our room. Disgusting….only AC are in the rooms in room.

Room 210..The hotel had roaches. I didn’t notice until I opened the refrigerator and thought I saw something until I got to the front door and a roach was crawling on the door.. another was on my bag when I picked it up off of the floor. I don’t recommend this hotel if you would want to sleep comfortably.
