Worst hotel manager that lies and overcharge me and will not correct it. I would not recommend anyone go to this place.

Clean rooms and great staff.

The rooms are a bit old.

I didn’t like it at all. The original room was flooded due to the new AC units they installed. Then when I spoke to the front desk I was told well we will switch you rooms and if I had a problem to take it up with the agency I booked through. Not professional at all. I was given a different room in which it was hot. So overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

First room they gave us water leaked onto the floor and got our clothes and bags wet. Front desk didn’t want to believe me and was giving me a hard time trying to get a room! Then the elevator didn’t work properly! Looks like it hasn’t had an inspection in a while! Then we went for ice and the machines were not working. Also half the breakfast wasn’t available no drink choices!!
- 5/5
Room was clean, so was hotel and property. Elevator had issues. Nothing to drink at breakfast as machine was broken.

No coffee in room. Out of orange juice both days. Elevator was quite a challenge to get to go down. Sometimes it would not go down to first floor and go back up before going down again. The property was in the process of getting new furniture and a makeover. Lot of stuff just wasn’t quite done. Our room was spacious with a king bed. Lots of lamp lighting but the room was still not well lit.
- 3/5
Exceptional cleanliness! Hard to rate everything else bc they are remodeling and its a bit chaotic currently....
- 1/5
The shower did not have a handle and only cold water from the faucet..no hot water at all

- 4/5
They were in the middle of a remodel. Our towels were dirty and had hair on them. Our shower head did not work whatsoever. Our room was updated and looked really nice. Breakfast was alright, you are not able to take breakfast up to your room. The elevators didn’t work that well.

My only problem was with the attitude from the staff when I asked for towels. Apparently there was a towel shortage and when I checked in for my second reservation I couldn’t get new towels since we chose to stay in the same room instead of waiting to check in again at 3pm.

The pressure was horrible this time and nearly terrible the w be ater bearly got even warm. People were very load in the hallways. People arnight a few rooms down. When I got

Shabby hotel, room smelled awful
- 1/5
Room was not ready for guests. Remodling didnt have trim on dead roach where trim was suppose to be. Holes in walls were covers should be. Shower door wouldnt stay closed. Water got all over floor. Front desk associate not the friendliest person. Definition wont stay here again. Needs much more upkeep
- 1/5
Upon checking in on night, one they had me in an adjoining room to another occupant, whose TV was blasting to the point where we had to go get Management two different times just for that person to turn down their TV. There were roaches throughout the room and the sink was stopped up and the showerhead had a little to no pressure. The towels that they provided were dirty and you could tell that they had not been cleaned properly. On my second and third night we were in a different room and still experienced roaches. I asked to speak to the manager Raj who proceeded to try to call only one time, but would not return my phone call thereafter, nor have I heard from them since.
- 1/5
They turned off the power for construction and did not tell the customers. I had to check out early. The remote did not work and they gave me another and that one didn’t work either. I had to change rooms.
- 5/5
Staff were very courteous, room was very clean
- 2/5
One of the least enjoyable Comfort inn's we hace stayed at. Broken and missing towel rack in the bathroom. Missing handsoap dispenser, no facial tissue anywhere in the room and the outdated small refrigerator in the room was dirty both i side and out. Better than the backseat of my car as far as a bed goes but will not stay here again and may have to revisit my thoughts on staying at Comfort Inns
- 3/5
Staff was nice, and the room was clean. Only uncomfortable and annoying part of the stay was the shower. The showerhead was terrible, had poor water pressure and the water itself barely got hot. Had to take lukewarm showers at best.
- 2/5
A couple of the staff members need to take a course in hospitality, especially Crystal. She must have been having a bad day because she wasn't pleasant at all. In addition, they're working on the property and its definitely a mess.
- 3/5
Night front desk lady was not very helpful . She parks her pickup truck in the parking space reserved for Handicapped . Her Registration is expired and has been since 2024 .

Hotel is being renovated. Bed was as hard as the floor. Difficult to get to the hotel...located behind a restaurant.
- 1/5
The bedsheets had stains. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
- 4/5
The staff at the hotel, the bed, the quality of lighting and outlets was great!. The only complaint I had other than the breakfast was that the elevators are as slow as molasses!

no big problem. amenities are a little insufficient and an outlet had been broken
- 3/5
The security lock on the inside of the door the broken off and the GFI plug in the bathroom was broken so it made it very difficult to fix my hair with blow dryer and straighter . Also the ac unit is so loud it woke me up about 1000 times during the night
- 5/5
Do not have any complaints

Elevator not working. Stayed on 2nd floor and I was in town for MRI on lower back. No hair dryer! Never stay there again. Have stayed there about 20 times.

This was the worst experience i have had at any hotel. There was roaches in our room, the elevator was broken and we were put on the 5th floor.
- 1/5
Tv didn t work, elevator didn’t work. Hot water was cold. Ehh
- 3/5
Room was queit and clean. There was water leaking from the refrigerator, so we ended up having to put a towel around it and turned it off. The A/C could have been cooler.

Great location
- 5/5
This was a perfect rule and stay at a very affordable price for an overnight business trip in the energy section of Houston. Room was very clean, bed, comfortable, and safe parking. A nice restaurant right next-door to walk to in decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Nice location in the Energy Corridor, easy to access shopping, dining, and area businesses.
- 1/5
I didn't feel welcomed by the front desk person; she was very disrespectful. She was very rude.
- 3/5
They have somebody working on the hot water but no hot water for like four days but they were trying to fix it
- 3/5
The room was pretty decent. The elevator was broken but also looked like it needed a great fix in general. The hotel is decent for what it is but not spectacular per se.

The hotel's location is excellent and the front-office staff is extremely courteous and responsive.
- 3/5
The internet and room cleaning services is well bellow average.
- 1/5
First off, there was no pool. It was concrete filled in, they don't offer breakfast at all. The toilet in our room has a horrible flusher and the tv in our room didn't work for almost 2 days before it finally started working. The ac while it worked wasn't cold enough. Even setting it on 60 still felt like it was in the 70s. The elevator was half broke and barely worked. Had to use the stairs a few times up 4 flights of stairs. All the ice machines were broken and didn't work on any floors. Yes it's right next to a restaurant and within walking distance to a gas station but that's the best thing about it.
- 1/5
Mold in shower. Broken elevators. Missing light bulbs from room. Iron leaked water all over the place. Toilet ran for 5 minutes after each flush. Poorly maintained room.
- 2/5
It was ok, but the elevator was broken and the ice machine was broken. Breakfast included which i dont normally eat, but i do drink coffee with plain creamer and there was only the sugary flavored. Also no milk. My husband took my son's pizza downstairs to ask if they could warm it up and the employee said there should be one in our room, but there wasn't.
- 4/5
Nice, convenient, and great staff.

The elevator was broken, it has roaches, the TV didn't work. There was no compensation for the INCONVENIENCES.

I always stay at this particular hotel everytime I co e to Houston and customer service is been awesome, rooms always spotless but the only problem I had this time around that the elevator wasn't working at some point and I had to walk upstairs to 5th floor. Other than that clutch work
- 3/5
The room wasn't properly cleaned, the phone didn't work, so I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I couldn't dry my hair because the blow-dryer didn't work. I will not stay at this hotel again.
- 2/5
While the hotel receptionists were extremely kind both at check in and check out, my stay was not a positive experience. First, I got stuck in the elevator. It randomly stopped between floors. Luckily, it was a short time, about 5 minutes, but still a panic inducing experience. It was nerve wracking using that elevator again, but it seemed to be the only elevator available. There was another elevator, but it appeared not to not be working. Then the whole 4th floor and especially my room had an odd, unpleasant smell. I should have requested a room change, as the smell definitely gave me a headache by morning. The room was generally pretty clean, except for a few random hairs in the bathtub. In the morning, I discovered a spot of bright red blood on the comforter, that I only noticed because I had a defective coffee lid that caused me to dribble coffee on the sheets. The comforter had a flat sheet underneath and on top of it, which is odd. The comforter clearly hadn’t been washed. If it hadn’t been only a one night stay, I wouldn’t have stayed. The gentleman in the morning at checkout said he would have offered a partial refund, but couldn’t since I booked through hotels.com. It’s unfortunate, because this hotel is conveniently located to the events I attend.
- 4/5
Convenient location with a few dining places within walking distance. Short drive to more dining and grocery stores.
- 3/5
I didn’t love it. Staff wasn’t friendly. The room was decent for the prize and given it was close to the location I needed to be at.
- 4/5
Ok.
- 5/5
It was clean
- 3/5
The staff was nice and professional. We didn’t like the smell in the hallways. Also, our bathtub did not drain.
- 1/5
The experience was horrible. The room was not clean. There was marijuana paraphernalia left in the room. The countertops were not sweat. They were holes in the wall. The room look like it was in the middle of a renovation not to mention the guests were running up and down the halls, smoking weed I checked out a day early I would like a refund
- 3/5
No hot water at the tap in the lavatory. Freeway noise is excessive. Breakfast is minimal with watery coffee & limited choices.
- 4/5
Parking lot in poor condition. Muddy parking spots. Halls ways are worn from traffic.
- 4/5
Is this hotel being renovated? Shower tiles and fixtures were new. Toilet was older and filled with noise. Seat cushions were made of one fabric and the rest of the sofa was a different color and texture. Some bar stools in the breakfast area were torn. The hotel was clean
- 5/5
A nice place to stay

It was horrible the first night someone broke a window out of my car. The staff could have cared less. I will never stay here again. I was so scared the next night. Do not stay here or leave anything in your car if you do stay here

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel
- 4/5
It was ok

Very disappointing experience. No Kleenex (facial tissues) in the room, no cold water from the bathroom sink, and no soap that could be easily found in the bathroom.

This place was absolutely appalling, filthy and disgusting. Walking out of the elevator onto the third floor it smelt of paint. It was not a subtle smell, it was potent. Walked into room 320 and the smell of ammonia was strong. Could not take a breath without feeling suffocated. Went back to lobby and they gave us room 520. No smell on the floor or the room. However, upon inspecting the bed, there was a huge blood stain on the sheet. Went back down to the lobby where I was offered sheets, so I could change the bed. Two rooms, both gross so we decided to leave. Walda said the manager would call us and he never has. We have called, left messages so we could get a refund and the manager has never returned a phone call. He’s also never present when we call either.
- 5/5
Front desk person was very nice, friendly and helpful. Suggested places to eat.
- 5/5
For the price paid is worth it.
- 1/5
Didn’t stay here felt unsafe in the environment and customer service was terrible. I just trying to get my money back.
- 2/5
toilet chair was broken and the sink in the toilet was blocked I called service desk several time and she said she is alone and can't help me right now.
- 5/5
Affordable and comfortable stay in West Houston. Beds were comfortable, shower was strong and breakfast was better than expected. Definitely worth the price.
- 2/5
Probably won’t pick again. Although the staff is pleasant, the hotel room is very old and the area we are located is very sketchy.
