1st receptionist who checked me in was accommodating and respectful , I found bumps on my back when I was staying there , I couldn’t confirm if it was bed bugs but my clothes had to be washed before they entered my house, the pool was closed. When I was leaving nobody helped me with my belongings and valet couldn’t even hold the door for me eventually I had to ask them to hold the door, the amenities don’t really match the price unfortunately I could’ve went somewhere cheaper , the bathtub is small not good for taller people

Great place. My thermostat and AC didn’t work very well, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly, and overall the day was enjoyable.

Excellent value for a hotel room and they also had inexpensive dining on the premise. You were able to order food and take back to your room. It only took 10 minutes and I believe the kitchen was open until after 1:00 am every evening. They also have a bar onsite where you can watch games on the tv. All in all a good stay as the room featured a television that you could watch from different tv streaming platforms from your phone cast to their tv

The worst hotel experience ever! My entire body was covered in flea bites, and I could barely sleep all night because of the constant itching. I’m 100% certain they were fleas because I actually saw one with my own eyes. It was just too fast for me to catch it or take a picture. This was completely unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously so other guests don’t have to go through the same experience.

We had no tv or wifi for our whole stay, while they blamed it on weather conditions others in our same floor did have those amenities, sink would clog up and when addressing it to the staff it was excuse after excuse.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at to be honest the location of it seem so secluded but it’s not but becuase of it , it was peaceful there’s security as soon as you enter that was a bigggg plus for us , it was cleannnnnnnn and the food was authentic ! Great place

The one elevator was broken during my entire stay - broken for more than 2 weeks. We had to haul our luggage and dog crate up and down stairs, the bed sheets weee stained with blood and urine, the the door lock to our room broke.

The elevator was temporarily of service , we took stairway during the time we were there . It was a little difficult for me because I felt and scratched my knee a week before traveling . The TV was technical issues we reported and got fixed . The location is the plus . Wish the elevator was working while we were staying !!

The building had security, the staff was phenomenal, the room was comfortable, and the location was very close to our family. I definitely will be booking here again in the future. And lastly, the center of the tub in our room felt a bit concave and unsteady while showering.

We visited the hotel bar and I must say thar Deja, the bartender, waa awesome and makes great cocktails. We were chatting it up as od we've known each other for ever. She waa very personable and shared that she's been a bartender at the hotel for around 2 years. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. We did experience one additional mishap during our last night. The bathroom sink handle broke and the water would not shut off. Although this caused a minor inconvenience, I must say the maintenance staff handled it IMMEDIATELY and for that we were grateful. We understand things happen but the response to those things are important. We will definitely visit again.

Goôd place to stay

The room I stayed in at the Champions Club and Hotel was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, there was a water leak in the bathroom, and the drainage system was poor. The best thing was that I slept very well thanks to the bed cushions.

The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too.

Pretty property it was quiet. Room was not very clean. The bathrooms updated. The fixtures need replacement or at least repair. The shower was dripping the entire day. Never could shut it fully off.

I don't have pet so I don't know. The hotel is intended for Poker Players, it is near asian concentrations, you can find good asian food restaurants, markets, and all others activity here along Bellaire Blvd., and nearby

First of all, I didn’t realize we were staying at a low budget casino. We were met with armed security guards at the door, and what appeared to be, “working girls” in the lobby (based on how they were dressed.) The hotel smelled like old carpet. Our bathroom was not clean. We found hair in the tub. After we complained, a lady from housekeeping came in, but there was a language barrier, so she did not understand our complaint. She just wiped around the floor. We called her back and pointed to the hair in the tub. She finally cleaned the tub (thank goodness!) The bed sheets looked like someone had already slept on them, so we asked for new sheets and had to put them on ourselves. If we weren’t so tired from the drive to Houston, we would’ve asked to cancel the room. Other than the nice people at the front desk, This was not a very good experience.

We loved the size and style of the room and bathroom! We received great house keeping everyday and appreciated the waters in our room every time we came back! Also, we loved the food from the kitchen that is very affordable and the security in the front is very friendly and professional.

Air conditioner started to warm up --started off cool, but didn't seem to keep temp. Carpet when we got off on our floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed recently. Room was clean enough. Appearance was just kind of worn in general. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Did not have automatic doors coming into the hotel and only when we first got there did the security guard open them for us--otherwise we struggled to open the door and remove our bags.

My only concerns were that there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, and the hallway on the second floor had a strong unpleasant odor, which seemed to be coming from the carpet. Additionally, the lack of complimentary breakfast was a disadvantage.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were okay. I had to change rooms because the first room had some issues. The staff was very helpful and accommodating the change.

It was ok. For the price I paid, I cant complain. Everything was fine except for the ladies that clean the rooms. They were rude as can be with no self awareness of where they are, but other than that it was fine. Nothing to brag about, but also a great budget friendly hotel. I would not stay here ling term.

The desk is too small, the smallest one among hotels we have stayed. There is no shelves which is very rare in a hotel. There was a single chair in the room which was inconvenient for 2 people to stay.

Everything was great with the service, the parking, very clean.

This hotel looks like a 2 or 3 star hotel that they cheaply repainted and refinished to try and call it a 4 star hotel. The entry doesn't have an automatic door to get bellhop carts in easily and there is an armed security station that is in the way upon entry. Customers of the "poker lounge" were smoking immediately outside of the main entry doors so there was no way to avoid breathing in smoke when you enter the main doors. The room was clean with new finshes but you could tell it had been quickly updated since the hinges on the door to the bathroom were rusted and the drywall was left unfinished around the toilet paper holder. Again, this is at best a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star place.

Friendly, helpful staff. Valet dude is always taking care of us. Front desk ladies are awesome. Crossing paths with the housekeepers is always a friendly exchange. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. My cell pairs with TV easily for playing music. Nice, large towels and great water pressure in the showers. More than adequate workout room. Good breakfast.

The bathtub water faucet keeps on leaking & making noises throughout the nights. I also informed that body wash dispenser wasn’t working either. We informed the hotel thru text messages & they said that the problem will be taken care but nothing was done. I was happy that hotel was texting us to check on our stay & see if we need anything but I guess it was a waste of my time replying back.

Nice place and good location to Chinatown. Staff was nice. Kind of weird if you aren’t expecting the poker club, but everyone was very nice. Pretty clean and nicely decorated.

This is the second one I stayed at your hotel. Everything was perfect but the only thing bad was of how loud and noisy it could get as a result of the gambling.

I feel safe all the time I got there very late, and leave the hotel 5 am they have security at the parking lot

Loved that area around the property was very quiet. Staff was very supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Loved that the property was not large. It was cozy.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except we wished the pool stayed open later (closes at 8pm). Other than that 10/10! Clean accommodations, super friendly staff, and a level of security that is top notch. My family and I felt extra safe here. My husband and I look forward to visiting again without the family to take advantage of the poker room!!! All in all, a great experience.

We provided effective security without incurring extra costs. We loved it! We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

They lyed about pool be open it was green they drain and refilled without cleaning would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone esle to stay there.
